一.技术领域
:本实用新型涉及一种脱硫除尘器,特别是涉及一种增强型水浴式脱硫除尘器。
二.背景技术
:现在适用于中小型工业锅(窑)炉烟气脱硫除尘于一体的净化技术主要是湿法脱硫除尘器。湿法除尘就是创造烟气与水接触的机会,如果在水中加入脱硫剂,那么除尘的同时又能脱硫。烟气与水或洗涤液接触的方式有以下几种:(1).利用雾化器把含有脱硫剂的洗涤液雾化成细小液滴,喷洒到烟气中,如喷雾室烟气洗涤器就是利用此原理。(2).让烟气通过吸收液层,烟气以气泡形式与吸收液接触,即烟气洗涤,如硫化床烟气净化器、湍流式烟气净化器、冲击式或水浴式烟气净化器等。(3).利用惯性作用使烟气与水膜接触,如旋风水膜除尘器、文丘里水膜除尘器等。(4).利用静电使烟气中的尘粒与液膜接触,如静电水膜除尘器等。湿法脱硫除尘器的脱硫机理实际上是烟气中的主要成分二氧化硫被液体吸收,是一种化学吸收,惯性、表面张力、重力、静电力作用对二氧化硫的化学吸收不起作用,对化学吸收起作用的是气体和液体分子、离子的扩散运动以及气体、液体对流和混合。它们的共同点是利用烟气与液体的接触,除掉灰尘和有害气体而达到净化效果。传统的水浴式脱硫除尘器由烟气进口、水浴室、分离室、液箱等构成,它的结构为一整体,净化器本体与贮液箱连为一体,贮液箱下部与排水槽相连,补水箱中的浮球阀与外部的给水管相连,它捕集的灰份以灰浆形式由液箱下部的排浆闸阀定期排出,但在实际运用中出现了以下各种各样的问题:(1).水与烟气中二氧化硫接触时间较短,吸收不充分,吸收量少;循环水量较少,二氧化硫极易饱和,脱硫效率不高。
(2).对烟尘排放浓度较高的锅炉如循环硫化床锅炉、抛煤机锅炉等净化效率低,且工作液水位不稳定,不能保证达标排放。
(3).由于硫酸腐蚀,水位控制箱中的铜浮标使用不足两个月即被损坏,需经常更换。
(4).如果排浆时间间隔稍长,灰浆会板结成块,致使排浆口堵塞,影响正常操作,大大增加劳动强度。
(5).排放净化器内灰浆时水位下降,不能保持水位的操作正常高度,造成阵发性烟尘和二氧化硫超标排放。
由于存在上述问题,造成锅炉不能完全连续运行,经济损失较大,烟气净化效果也很不理想;难以达到节约能源和稳定可靠的高效技术指标要求,即不能达到标准规定的污染物排放总量的控制要求。
三.实用新型内容:本实用新型的目的:克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种水与烟气中二氧化硫接触时间长、接触充分、除尘脱硫效果好、常开式排水的增强型水浴式脱硫除尘器。
本实用新型的技术方案:一种增强型水浴式脱硫除尘器,含有封闭壳体、进烟气管、出烟气管、螺旋喷头和引风机,所述封闭壳体含有水浴室、沉灰室、脱水室,其中进烟气管贯穿封闭壳体的顶面,且其下端面位于水浴室下部的水面上方,在进烟气管内以及进烟气管外的水浴室上部安装有一定数量的螺旋喷头,所述螺旋喷头与供水机构连通,水浴室上端部与沉灰室的上端部连通,沉灰室的下端部与脱水室的下端部连通,脱水室的上端部与出烟气管连通,在脱水室中交错安装有一定数量的脱水板,出烟气管中安装有引风机,水浴室的底部与沉灰室的底部连通,并且通过液封式排水槽与沉淀池连通。
所述螺旋喷头的供水机构和引风机之间设有延时启闭控制机构,使螺旋喷头先于引风机开启,且后于引风机关闭。
所述进烟气管的下端为渐扩型,下端口径大于上部。
所述水浴室的底部为倾斜式结构,并且在倾斜式底部的高端安装有一个喷水器,其低端设有液封式排水槽,便于冲洗水浴室底部的沉淀物;或水浴室、沉灰室和脱水室的底部均为倾斜式结构,并且在倾斜式底部的高端安装有一个喷水器,其低端设有液封式排水槽。
所述脱水室的上端部与引风室的上端部连通,引风室下部与出烟气管连通。
本实用新型的有益效果:1.本实用新型除尘效果好,在进烟气管内以及进烟气管外的水浴室上部安装有一定数量的螺旋喷头,形成多级水膜,该喷头成雾性能好,其成雾形状为锥形实心状,覆盖面积大,烟气从水膜中穿过,与水充分接触,烟气从进入到排出经过四级净化:一级净化由进烟气管中的螺旋喷头完成;二级净化由水浴室中的水流完成;三级净化由水浴室上部安装的锥形螺旋喷头完成;四级净化由沉灰室、脱水室的脱水板完成。经过上述四级净化,烟气中的有害物质烟尘得到充分的过滤,因此过滤除尘效果好。
2.本实用新型脱硫效果好,水浴室的底部通过液封式排水槽与沉淀池连通,喷头的喷水量和排水槽的排水量相适应,以维持液位正常,这样水量充足,二氧化硫不容易饱和,因此烟气中的二氧化硫能够很好地被吸收,根据需要,可以在水中加脱硫剂,增加脱硫效果。
3.本实用新型结构简单、成本较低。其中螺旋喷头等部件为市场所售的现有产品,容易购买,同时安装和拆卸方便,便于维修,因此制造成本和维修成本均低,从而提高企业的经济效益。

螺旋喷头3开始喷射水雾,形成水膜,引风机开启,烟气从进烟气管4进入时,贯穿管内螺旋喷头3产生的水膜,使烟尘加重,实现一级净化;烟气向下冲击水浴室2的工作液面,较大的尘粒因为重力的作用被水捕获,二氧化硫与碱水充分接触,实现二级净化;未捕获的细小尘粒和二氧化硫气体在水浴室2内上升,穿透由螺旋喷头3产生的水膜,此时螺旋喷头3为三个,其产生的水膜覆盖整个水浴室2的上部,使烟气中尘粒与水汽充分混合接触,实现三级净化;烟气进入沉灰室5,增重尘粒和溶有二氧化硫的液滴在沉灰室5的底部进行凝集,经过最后一次气、水混合接触后,进入脱水室6,通过对脱水板7的冲击和碰撞,将水滴黏附着的尘粒捕获后顺板流下捕获的微粒和有害气体的液滴在底部的聚集,实现四级净化;最后烟气通过引风室8由出烟气管9排出,这样,烟气中的尘粒和二氧化硫经过四次净化洗涤、吸收,已经全部被除去。被捕获的尘粒和二氧化硫经过底部的液封式排水槽进入沉淀池反应、沉淀、脱水,清水调整PH值后,由泵打入净化器循环使用。
实施例二:本实施例与实施例一基本相同,相同之处不重述,不同之处在于:在进烟气管4内从上到下安装有多个螺旋喷头3,实现多层次净化,另外在水浴室2的上部也可以安装多层螺旋喷头3,以增加吸收效果。
Claims (5)
1.一种增强型水浴式脱硫除尘器,含有封闭壳体、进烟气管、出烟气管、螺旋喷头和引风机,其特征是:所述封闭壳体含有水浴室、沉灰室、脱水室,其中进烟气管贯穿封闭壳体的顶面,且其下端面位于水浴室下部的水面上方,在进烟气管内以及进烟气管外的水浴室上部安装有一定数量的螺旋喷头,所述螺旋喷头与供水机构连通,水浴室上端部与沉灰室的上端部连通,沉灰室的下端部与脱水室的下端部连通,脱水室的上端部与出烟气管连通,在脱水室中交错安装有一定数量的脱水板,出烟气管中安装有引风机,水浴室的底部与沉灰室的底部连通,并且通过液封式排水槽与沉淀池连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强型水浴式脱硫除尘器,其特征是:所述螺旋喷头的供水机构和引风机之间设有延时启闭控制机构,使螺旋喷头先于引风机开启,且后于引风机关闭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的增强型水浴式脱硫除尘器,其特征是:所述进烟气管的下端为渐扩型,下端口径大于上部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的增强型水浴式脱硫除尘器,其特征是:所述水浴室的底部为倾斜式结构,并且在倾斜式底部的高端安装有一个喷水器,其低端设有液封式排水槽,便于冲洗水浴室底部的沉淀物;或水浴室、沉灰室和脱水室的底部均为倾斜式结构,并且在倾斜式底部的高端安装有一个喷水器,其低端设有液封式排水槽。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一所述的增强型水浴式脱硫除尘器,其特征是:所述脱水室的上端部与引风室的上端部连通,引风室的下部与出烟气管连通。
