传统的单螺杆挤出机构中物料的塑化是通过对物料的体积压缩来实现塑化,其主要包括有衬套和螺杆,所述衬套上设有加料口、出料口和安装止口,螺杆上设有物料输送段和物料计量段,安装止口处设置有加料槽,该加料槽通常采用浅槽设计,影响物料的输送能力和挤出产量,其螺杆的输送段采用深螺槽的螺杆设计,螺杆的计量段采用高压缩比螺杆设计,使得物料在挤出加工过程中没有能够被充分塑化,影响到产品的最终质量,一份中国实用新型专利也公开了一种发明名称为单螺杆挤出机,其专利申请号为95219311,申请日为1995年8月18日,它包括机筒、机筒加料段、螺杆、成型模头和加料斗,其特征在于在机筒的压缩段和计量段设置机筒销钉,在螺杆的计量段设置螺杆销钉;采用四段式螺杆;在螺杆出口处,成型模头前设置过滤板;在机筒加料段镶有纵向沟槽的内套。其通过在机筒的压缩段、计量段和螺杆的计量段均设置销钉,以加强物料的混合均化效果,但是其物料在挤出加工过程中的输送能力、挤出产量及塑化效果仍不够理想。

超低压缩比的单螺杆挤出机构,主要包括衬套和螺杆,衬套上设有加料口、出料口和安装止口,安装止口处设有加料槽,螺杆上设有物料计量段和呈螺旋状的物料输送段,所述加料槽的槽深是传统加料槽深度的1-2倍,所述物料输送段的螺槽深度是传统螺槽深度的60-80%,所述物料计量段上设有混炼元件。
所述混炼元件的截面形状呈梯形。
所述物料输送段上的螺纹是双头螺纹。
所述物料输送段上的螺纹呈屏障型螺棱状。

由图1、图2和图3所示,超低压缩比的单螺杆挤出机构,主要包括衬套1和螺杆2,衬套1上设有加料口11、出料口12和安装止口13,在安装止口13处设有加料槽14,该加料槽14的槽深是传统加料槽深度的12倍,这样可以加强物料的输送能力,提高挤出产量;螺杆2上设有物料计量段和呈螺旋状的物料输送段,物料输送段上的螺纹21是双头螺纹,其螺纹21呈屏障型螺棱状,所述物料输送段的螺槽深度是传统螺槽深度的60-80%,可以使其物料的熔融性能可改善30%,所述物料计量段上设有混炼22元件,该混炼元件22的截面形状呈梯形,可以增加物料的混炼效果,最终保证了物料在挤出加工过程中能够被充分塑化。
传统的单螺杆挤出系统中物料的塑化是通过物料的体积压缩来实现塑化,本实用新型的超低压缩比的单螺杆挤出机构中物料的塑化是通过螺杆强化混炼来实现塑化。
