Abstract

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种设置有整体式胶囊分配装置的自动售货机。
背景技术
现今，消费者，即顾客需要自动售货机、尤其是专用于出售食品和类似产品的机器能够提供种类尽可能多的产品，而且还要求所有这些产品都及时存放在同一机器内并可从同一机器买到。由于自动售货机所提供的产品在数量和种类方面不断增加，而且这些产品通常以具有不同尺寸和形状的包装件之形式被销售，因此就会相应地增加自动售货机本身的体积和重量。此外，将多种产品，尤其是预先包装好的产品保持在待售状态下，意味着：当自动售货机的存货被买完时，需要更长的工序才能完成对自动售货机的补货工作，因为货物的补充一般涉及到对待售物品进行有序的排列，例如通过将各个物品摆放成堆或将各个物品放置在多个合适的空间内，这些空间设置在多个螺旋线之间或设置在一个轮状部件或分配带的多个扇形部分之间，或者设置在类似部件之间。对并排安装的多台自动售货机同时进行使用的确会增加待售产品的数量和种类，但这并不能解决上述的机器维修问题，也不能降低这些机器的管理和运营成本。
发明内容
因此，本发明的一个目的在于提供一种能够克服上述缺陷和缺点并设置有一体式胶囊分配装置的自动售货机。
在该总目的范围内，本发明的一个目标在于提供一种设置有一体式胶囊分配装置的自动售货机，而且这种自动售货机能够公开销售多种产品，同时不仅可以缩短补充货物所需的时间，而且还可以降低这些机器的管理和运营成本。
本发明的另一目标在于提供一种设置有一体式胶囊分配装置的自动售货机，这种自动售货机能够以最合理的方式对该售货机内的可用空间进行利用，从而能够将大量产品存放在一个较小的空间内。
本发明的再一目标在于提供一种设置有一体式胶囊分配装置的自动售货机，这种自动售货机极为通用，而且能够将多种传统自动售货机的功能和用途接合到一个根据本发明的自动售货机上。
根据本发明，上述的这些目标可通过结合有如所附权利要求1所述的特征并设置有一体式胶囊分配装置的自动售货机来实现。

具体实施方式
图1至4分别示出了根据本发明设置有一体式胶囊分配装置的自动售货机的不同实施例。概况地说，这种自动售货机可包括一个外壳或箱体1，该外壳或箱体用于容纳和/或显示出待售的产品并用于安装对这些产品进行处理和输送所需的各种部件。实际上，在该外壳1内设置有一个第一分配单元2，该第一分配单元2用于输送由一个或多个第一存储舱室3内取出的产品；在该外壳1内还设置有至少一个第二分配单元4，其用于输送散放在第二存储舱室6内且被包装成胶囊(5)的产品。
图1示出了根据本发明的自动售货机的第一实施例，在该实施例中，第一分配单元2的所述第一存放舱室3适合于容纳准备调制的产品，例如茶、咖啡、牛奶或巧克力及粉末状的其它产品。所述第一存放舱室3还适合于向至少一个调整单元7进料，在该调制单元7内，根据消费者所选模式的不同而进行热饮或冷饮的制备工作。但是应该知道：如果需要，每个所述的第一存放舱室3都可与一个单独的调制单元7相连接。接着，这些热饮或冷饮就会被自动售货机直接输送到一个杯子8中，消费者可通过第一拾取舱室9将杯子8取出并拿走。第二分配单元4包括一个排放导管10，该导管10适合于将胶囊5从所述第二存放舱室6输送到一个第二拾取舱室11内。应该知道：利用胶囊5就可以分配种类繁多的产品，而且无需依赖于其它可被分配的产品，就是说，可由自动售货机进送输送。这样，例如，该第二分配单元不仅可以分配液态或固态的食品，例如不同的糖、咖啡稀奶油、桔柑酱、果酱、谷物、糖果等，而且还可以分配象再生或湿润型纸巾和餐巾、奖品这样的物品及类似的小型物品。
图2示出了根据本发明的自动售货机的第二实施例，在该实施例中，第一分配单元2适合于进送预先包装好的固态产品，例如甜味和/或咸味点心、法式炸薯条、糖果等。当然，该第一分配单元2还适合于分配预先包装好的饮料，例如多种由食品用纸或塑料包装好并可以买到的饮料。所述预先包装好的产品和/或饮料是通过螺旋形部件12的转动实现的，在该螺旋形部件12内，介于同一螺旋形部件的两条螺旋线之间的空间形成了所述第一存放舱室3。第二分配单元4通过一个卸料导管10对胶囊5进行运送，从而使所述胶囊5能够集中在拾取腔13内，与通过第一分配单元2输送产品的情况相同，消费者可从该拾取腔拿到该胶囊。
图3示出了本发明的第三实施例，在该实施例中，第一分配单元2与在图1所示的第一实施例中提及的第一分配单元相似。在该实施例中，由第二分配单元4输送的胶囊5被进送到一个调制单元7′内，这种调整单元适合于通过对容纳在胶囊内的物质进行浸泡的方式制成热饮或冷饮。由于调制单元在本领域内是公知的，而且能够对散装粉末和容纳在胶囊内的物质进行浸泡，因此就可以按照下述方式将其装配并设置在自动售货机内：使所述第一存放舱室3内的产品和容纳在所述第二分配单元4之第二存放舱室6内的胶囊5能够被输送到同一调制单元内。在本发明的第三实施例中，第一分配单元2和第二分配单元4将按照上述方式制成的热饮或冷饮直接输送到一个杯子8内，消费者可通过一个共用的拾取腔13拿到杯子8。
图4示出了本发明的第四实施例，在该实施例中，第一分配单元2将第一分配单元2的特征与本发明的上述第一和第二实施例结合在一起。实际上，在这种情况下，第一分配单元2适合于分配预先包装好的产品和饮料并向用于通过浸泡法制备热饮或冷饮的调制单元进料。该第一分配单元2包括第一存放舱室3，这种存放舱室既适合于容纳浸泡型产品，又适合于容纳预先包装好的产品和饮料。所述预先包装好的产品和饮料是按照本发明第二实施例所述的方式进行输送的，但只要涉及到热饮或冷饮的制备，就需要考虑将其应用到本发明的上述第一
实施例中。
第二分配单元2与图1所示的第一实施例中提及的第二分配单元相似。消费者可从一个共用的拾取腔13内拿到由两个分配单元2和4输送的产品，而且该拾取腔13还设置有一个适合于可靠地保持着杯子8的部件14，而杯子8内将被注入所述的热饮或冷饮。
因此，通过上面的说明可以清楚：本发明通过提供一种设置有一体式胶囊进送装置的自动售货机而使上述的目的和优点得以实现，该自动售货机除了具有通用性之外，还能够向公众提供数量众多、种类繁多的待售产品，所有这些产品都以最合理的方式存放在同一机器内。此外，还发现：本发明实际上还能够在很大程度上缩短对自动售货机补充货物所需的时间，因为部分存货在存放舱室内处于松散(即没有规定的顺序)的装载状态下，这样就能够在一个较小的空间内存放大量的产品，同时还可降低维修和操作成本。通过上述的说明还可以清楚地看到：本发明实际上能够将多种传统的自动售货机的功能和用途集中于本发明的单个自动售货机上。
应该注意到：可以对所用的材料及本发明之装置的各个部件的形状和尺寸进行选择，以能够更好地满足具体的要求或适用于特定的领域。
当然，安装到本发明之装置内的各个零部件并非严格、唯一地按照上述方式和图示的方式进行实施，而是可以通过多种不同的实施例进行实施，而且所有这些实施例均落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

1、一种自动售货机，其包括一个第一分配单元(2)，该分配单元用于对由一个或多个第一存放舱室(3)内取出的产品进行输送，其特征在于：其还包括至少一个第二分配单元(4)，所述第二分配单元用于将包装在胶囊(5)内的产品进行输送，而胶囊(5)则松散地存放在第二存放舱室(6)内。
2、根据权利要求1的自动售货机，其特征在于：从一个或多个第一存放舱室(3)内取出的所述胶囊(5)和所述产品被分配到同一产品拾取腔(13)内。
3、根据权利要求1的自动售货机，其特征在于：所述第一分配单元(2)对预先包装好的固态产品进行输送。
4、根据权利要求1的自动售货机，其特征在于：所述第一分配单元(2)对预先包装好的饮料进行输送。
5、根据权利要求3或4的自动售货机，其特征在于：所述预先包装好的产品和饮料是通过一个螺旋形部件(12)的旋转进行输送的。
6、根据权利要求1的自动售货机，其特征在于：所述第一存放舱室(3)适合于向至少一个用于制备热饮或冷饮的调制单元(7)进料。
7、根据权利要求1的自动售货机，其特征在于：由所述第二分配单元(4)进行输送的所述胶囊(5)被送向至少一个用于制备热饮或冷饮的调制单元(7)。
8、根据权利要求7的自动售货机，其特征在于：位于所述第一存放舱室(3)内的产品和由所述第二分配单元(4)分配的胶囊(5)被进送到同一调制单元内。
9、根据权利要求1的自动售货机，其特征在于：所述第一分配单元(2)适合于分配预先包装好的产品和饮料并适合于向一个用于通过浸泡法制备热饮或冷饮的调制单元进料。
