Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种集装箱液袋，包括袋体，所述的袋体包括内衬垫和外壳，在袋体上设有排气结构和进料卸料结构。本实用新型是软性可折叠液袋，装入集装箱后，再对其液袋进行非危液体装载，它可以可有效降低大宗非危液体货物的包装运输成本：实现“门对门”运输，简化装卸作业程序，减轻装卸工作量；装卸方式简便，无需昂贵的辅助设备，大量减少资金占用率；符合环保要求，消除包装桶的处理和装运罐的污染问题。

本实用新型涉及一种液体容器，尤其涉及一种能够储存和运输各种无危险液体和化学制品的容器。
背景技术
散装液体运输是运输行业的一个主要分支，一直以来，传统的罐箱和包装桶是其主要运输方式。但罐箱和包装桶高昂的购置、回空以及维护、清洗费用常使企业物流成本居高不下。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺点，本实用新型的目的是提供一种集装箱液袋，解决了企业物流成本居高不下的问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案为：一种集装箱液袋，包括袋体，所述的袋体包括内衬垫和外壳，在袋体上设有排气结构和进料卸料结构。
所述的内衬垫为线状低密度聚乙烯内衬垫，所述的外壳为聚乙烯机织物外壳。
所述的线状低密度聚乙烯内衬垫共有两层。
所述的聚乙烯机织物外壳的外表面还结合有一层铝箔。
所述的排气结构包括不锈钢内螺纹环和箝位铝环，所述的不锈钢内螺纹环设在袋体的内部，所述的箝位铝环设在袋体的外部，两者固定联接而夹紧所述的内衬垫和外壳。
所述的进料卸料结构包括不锈钢内螺纹环和箝位铝环，所述的不锈钢内螺纹环设在袋体的内部，所述的箝位铝环设在袋体的外部，两者固定联接而夹紧所述的内衬垫和外壳。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型是软性可折叠液袋，装入集装箱后，再对其液袋进行非危液体装载，它可以可有效降低大宗非危液体货物的包装运输成本：实现″门对门″运输，简化装卸作业程序，减轻装卸工作量；装卸方式简便，无需昂贵的辅助设备，大量减少资金占用率；符合环保要求，消除包装桶的处理和装运罐的污染问题。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2，本实施例的集装箱液袋包括长方形的袋体1，袋体包括两层线状低密度聚乙烯内衬垫2和聚乙烯机织物外壳3，聚乙烯机织物外壳3的外表面还紧密贴合有一层铝箔，该铝箔可防止在运输过程中氧气和湿气进入，还可以作为绝缘体。在袋体1的一个长表面的一侧设有排气结构4，排气结构包括不锈钢内螺纹环5和箝位铝环6，不锈钢内螺纹5环设在袋体1的内部，箝位铝环6设在袋体1的外部，两者固定联接而将内衬垫2和贴合有铝箔的外壳3夹紧在它们之间；在袋体的另一个长表面的一侧设有进料卸料结构(图中未示出)，进料卸料结构与排气结构的结构相似，其区别在于进料卸料结构中的不锈钢内螺纹环和箝位铝环的内径均大于排气结构的不锈钢内螺纹环和箝位铝环的内径。
使用时，将折叠的集装箱液袋平铺在集装箱底面后展开，用配套的装置旋进排气结构的内螺纹环内螺纹从而堵住排气结构，使进料卸料结构朝向集装箱门的一侧，用配套的工具旋进进料卸料结构的内螺纹环内螺纹从而连接进料管与进料卸料结构。通过进料管往进料卸料结构输入要储存的液体，随着液体的增多，集装箱液袋慢慢鼓起，达到预定的容量后停止进液，用配套工具堵住进料卸料结构；通过配套工具从排气结构中排掉袋中集聚的多余的气体，然后再堵住排气结构。
虽然本实用新型以一较佳实施例揭露如上，但并非用以限定本实用新型实施的范围。任何本领域的普通技术人员，在不脱离本实用新型的发明范围内，当可作些许的改进，即凡是依照本实用新型所做的同等改进，应为本实用新型的发明范围所涵盖。

1、一种集装箱液袋，包括袋体，其特征在于，所述的袋体包括内衬垫和外壳，在袋体上设有排气结构和进料卸料结构。
2、如权利要求1所述的集装箱液袋，其特征在于，所述的内衬垫为线状低密度聚乙烯内衬垫，所述的外壳为聚乙烯机织物外壳。
3、如权利要求2所述的集装箱液袋，其特征在于，所述的线状低密度聚乙烯内衬垫共有两层。
4、如权利要求2所述的集装箱液袋，其特征在于，所述的聚乙烯机织物外壳的外表面还结合有一层铝箔。
5、如权利要求1至4任一权利要求所述的集装箱液袋，其特征在于，所述的排气结构包括不锈钢内螺纹环和箝位铝环，所述的不锈钢内螺纹环设在袋体的内部，所述的箝位铝环设在袋体的外部，两者固定联接而夹紧所述的内衬垫和外壳。
6、如权利要求1至4任一权利要求所述的集装箱液袋，其特征在于，所述的进料卸料结构包括不锈钢内螺纹环和箝位铝环，所述的不锈钢内螺纹环设在袋体的内部，所述的箝位铝环设在袋体的外部，两者固定联接而夹紧所述的内衬垫和外壳。
