Abstract

本发明涉及一种储存高粘度流体的容器。容器 有两半,其间设置着帽状隔膜。容器的底侧设有供充 填与排空该容器的孔口。在容器的上侧设有压缩空 气连接部件。

Description

本发明系关于一种储存高粘度流体的容器,该容器具有靠近其下部的输出孔。
迄今已公用的储存该高粘度流体的容器,例如硅硐糊剂的容器有约200升的容量。流体被装入容器中下侧用密封带密封的大的合成树脂袋。此外,在容器中通常还加入几个内装吸湿材料的袋,用以防止上述流体受潮。
在这种容器用空以后,装有糊剂的袋和密封带片留下来成为废料,同时有相当多的材料粘结在上述废料上也被抛弃了。处理这些废料已成为越来越难于解决的问题并花去越来越高的成本。除此之外,相当大量的贵重流体材料也损失了。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种储存高粘度流体的容器,它可以避免迄今通用的储存该种流体的各种办法的固有的缺点。
本发明的目的是这样达到的:容器由两个相等的部件构成,它们在靠近容器中央部位沿至少基本垂直于容器罐的纵轴线而延伸的平面连接在一起。隔膜的一端被夹持在连接在一起的两容器部件的端部之间,隔膜可在至少与容器的一个部件的内壁基本相接的第一位置及与容器的第二部件的内壁基本相接的第二位置之间运动。
使用本发明的容器,可以做到使容器有效而均匀地排空,同时在使用具有远远大于迄今所通用的上述的约200升容量的容器时,由于隔膜从上述第一位置到上述第二位置运动可将流体有效地排出容器。这种容器能使用多次,结果可以有效地避免废料的排放。
现参照附图中所示的本发明容器的实施例,对本发明作更详尽地描述。
左半是容器的剖视图,右半是同一容器的正视图。
如图中所示,图中的容器或罐1包括两个相等的容器部件2、3,在它们相向的开口端有凸缘4和5并用螺栓连接在一起,螺栓穿过该凸缘但在图中未示出。于是容器或罐1就有相对于垂直于容器纵向中心线6延伸的平面A-A至少基本为镜象对称的两半2和3。
容器1由框架7支承,框架7由多个垂直延伸的立柱8和底盘9组成,最好成为通用的托盘形式,这样就可以用叉车或类似设备运送支承着容器1的框架7,就像处理带有可选择载荷的任何普通托盘那样。
多少有些像帽子状的隔膜10装在容器或罐的里面,其一端具有被夹紧在凸缘4和5之间的周缘11。
密封元件12,例如球阀或类似件被固装在容器下半部3的底部,通过它可进行容器的排空和/或充填。
在容器上半部分2的顶部装有连接器14,其上连接着供应压缩介质,例如压缩空气的导管。
经过密封元件12,可将流体压入而使上述容器充满。帽状隔膜将逐渐地从图中左下部所示的实线位置和图中右下部所示的虚线位置移向图中所示的线10′的位置。
为了排空容器,使压缩介质,例如压缩空气经过连接器14压入容器内部。若同时打开密封元件12,容器中所装的流体将被压出容器,隔膜逐渐从图示的虚线位置返回到图中所示的实线位置。
在两个极端位置至少隔膜基本上与容器的内壁接合,这样就可以一方面使容器的容积得到最佳的利用以容纳流体,另一方面使几乎全部流体能重新压出容器。为了清晰起见,未按比例绘出部件2和3的内壁与隔膜间的空隙。
只有容器的下半部分3的内壁接触流体,如果愿意,还可以在上述容器的下半部分上可任选地敷设适宜的衬层,例如聚四氟乙烯或聚乙烯衬层。
容器可以有例如从1600升到2000升的容量,带有支承上述容器的结构的容器的尺寸和/或重量依然可以保持使该容器能用叉车搬动并能用卡车运送。
如果需要,还可以在容器1上设置吊装结构13,以便使容器连同框架7能用吊装设备起吊。为了清洗、检查或更换例如隔膜等目的,也可以借助于起吊结构13只吊起容器部件2来使容器上半部分2与带有支承框架7的容器下半部分3分离。

Claims (4)

1、一种储存高粘度流体的容器,在靠近容器的下侧有输出口,其中,容器由两个相等的容器部件构成,它们在靠近容器的中央部位沿至少基本垂直于容器的纵向轴线延伸的平面相互连接在一起,隔膜的一端被夹紧在容器的两个对半部分的相互连接的端部之间,隔膜可在基本和第一对半部分的内壁相接的第一位置与基本和第二对半部分的内壁相接的第二位置之间运动。
2、如权利要求1中所述的容器,其特征在于,在容器的远离上述输出口的一侧上设有连接部件,用以在容器的内壁与容器中所设置的隔膜之间供应压力介质。
3、如权利要求1或2中所述的容器,其特征在于,容器被支承在具有其结构可与托盘相似的框架结构的框架上。
4、如上述权利要求中的任一项中所述的容器,其特征在于,在带有输出口的容器部件的内部覆盖着防止流体粘附的敷层。
