本实用新型涉及一种料仓用喷气式破拱装置。
背景技术:
目前,在料仓里的物料由于物料的内摩擦、潮解和静电作用,常常会引起物料搭拱、堵塞,使物料不能从料仓口顺利排出,导致生产流程中断。为了解决料仓里的物料搭拱、堵塞问题,使物料从料仓口顺利排出,可采用电磁作用的仓壁振动器,并采用半波整流控制来实现,但采用仓壁振动器时若线圈受潮,需要烘干后再使用,并且当铁心与衔铁发生碰撞时,必须立刻调整仓壁振动体的振幅和工作气隙,不适合于要求防爆的场合使用。
在铝工业炭素厂,为了解决石油焦粉在料仓里的搭拱、堵塞问题,使物料从料仓口顺利排出,普遍采用安装在仓壁上的机械破拱装置,其驱动装置由1.5Kw电动机和减速机组成,出轴转速为18.6r/min,在安装在料仓里的轴上间隔一定距离焊上几排钢棒,通过轴的连续转动,达到破拱之目的,为了方便破拱装置的安装与拆卸,在仓壁上开的法兰孔应足够大,旋转轴处应有良好的密封。这种机械破拱装置的缺点是结构比较复杂。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种结构简单、工作可靠、使用寿命长的喷气式破拱装置,以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括喷气管(1),在喷气管(1)上固定有法兰(2),法兰(2)与固定在料仓壁(3)上的仓壁法兰(4)连接,在喷气管(1)的管壁上开有喷气孔(5),在喷气管(1)的管端固定有堵头(6),在堵头(6)上固定有护套(7),护套(7)的端面与法兰(2)的端面紧贴。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,其结构简单、工作可靠、使用寿命长。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:将法兰(2)焊接在喷气管(1)上,并将法兰(2)用螺栓与焊接在料仓壁(3)上的仓壁法兰(4)联接在一起,在喷气管(1)的管壁上均匀开6-8个φ5mm的喷气孔(5),在喷气管(1)的管端焊接一个堵头(6),并用螺栓、垫圈、弹性垫圈在喷气管(1)的端头固定一个护套(7),护套(7)采用聚氨脂橡胶,安装时护套(7)的端面与法兰(2)的端面贴紧,护套(7)的作用主要是预防料仓中的物料堵塞喷气孔(5),然后用螺纹联接或法兰联接的方式将喷气管(2)接在进气管上即可。使用时,在进气管上安装常闭式二位三通电控阀进行控制,当通电时,阀开启,压缩空气由进气管进入喷气管(1),并迅速从喷气孔(5)喷出;断电时,阀关闭,压缩空气停止进入,利用电控阀开闭产生的脉冲气流,以达到破拱之目的,压缩空气压力为0.5-0.6Mpa,耗量为0.5m3/min;本实用新型的安装位置,对倾斜出口的钢制料仓,从料仓出口起1/4倾斜边长度处;对混凝土料仓则为1/3倾斜边长度处,其安装数量可根据料仓的形状具体确定。

1.一种喷气式破拱装置,它包括喷气管(1),其特征在于:在喷气管(1)上固定有法兰(2),法兰(2)与固定在料仓壁(3)上的仓壁法兰(4)连接,在喷气管(1)的管壁上开有喷气孔(5),在喷气管(1)的管端固定有堵头(6),在堵头(6)上固定有护套(7),护套(7)的端面与法兰(2)的端面紧贴。
