(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及机械领域,具体为压型钢板成型主机的辊轴结构。
(二)背景技术
现有压型钢板成型主机的辊轴结构,其包括主动辊轴、从动辊轴,所述主动辊轴、从动辊轴的两端分别套装有轴承,所述轴承安装于墙板内的轴承座,在一端的墙板两侧,所述主动辊轴上分别套装有主动链轮和从动链轮,对应从动链轮部位,所述从动辊轴套装有副从动链轮。本辊轴结构的缺点就是轴承座内安装轴承的孔是通孔,轴承安装后,两端用端盖封住,因此对应每个轴承,均需要加工两个相应尺寸的端盖,而端盖的加工均是选择成块的材料,而加工轴承座通孔所产生的碎屑又无法二次使用,这样造成较大的浪费,而且加工端盖需要的工时较长。
(三)发明内容
针对现有压型钢板成型主机的辊轴结构,轴承座内安装轴承的是通孔,轴承安装后,两端用端盖封住,因此既费工又费时的缺点,本实用新型提供了另外一种压型钢板成型主机的辊轴结构,相对而言加工省时,也较节省材料。
其技术方案是这样的:其包括主动辊轴、从动辊轴,所述主动辊轴、从动辊轴的两端分别套装有轴承,所述轴承分别安装于墙板内的轴承座,在一端的墙板两侧,所述主动辊轴上分别套装有主动链轮和从动链轮,对应从动链轮部位,所述从动辊轴套装有链轮,其特征在于:所述轴承座内安装轴承的孔分别为半通孔,所述半通孔的敞开端分别封盖有端盖。
本实用新型采用上述结构之后,由于轴承座内安装轴承的通孔为半通孔,轴承安装后只要在半通孔的敞开端安装端盖,相对现有结构而言,对应每个轴承而言可以节省一个端盖,因此省时,也节省材料,从而避免了现有结构,将安装轴承的孔加工成通孔,再用端盖封盖,这样既浪费材料,也浪费工时的缺点。

(五)具体实施方式
见图1,本实用新型包括主动辊轴1、从动辊轴19,主动辊轴1、从动辊轴19的两端分别套装有轴承4、8以及轴承15、11,轴承4、15分别安装于墙板17内的轴承座3、16,轴承8、11分别安装于墙板13内的轴承座9、12,在一端的墙板两侧,图1中为墙板17的两侧主动辊轴1上分别套装有主动链轮6和从动链轮2,对应从动链轮2部位,从动辊轴19套装有副从动链轮18,轴承座3、9、16、12内安装轴承的孔分别为半通孔,半通孔的敞开端分别封盖有端盖,图1中5、7、10、14分别为端盖。

1.压型钢板成型主机的辊轴结构,其包括主动辊轴、从动辊轴,所述主动辊轴、从动辊轴的两端分别套装有轴承,所述轴承分别安装于墙板内的轴承座,在一端的墙板两侧,所述主动辊轴上分别套装有主动链轮和从动链轮,对应从动链轮部位,所述从动辊轴套装有链轮,其特征在于:所述轴承座内安装轴承的孔分别为半通孔,所述半通孔的敞开端分别封盖有端盖。
