背景技术
目前，随着农业生产的发展，家禽养殖业得到迅速的发展，为改善人民的生活做出了极大的贡献。家禽养殖业在为社会提供家禽肉食的同时，也同时产生大量的家禽毛，以鸭、鹅毛为代表的羽毛绒，是很好得天然保暖材料，具有质轻、柔软、保温性能好的优点，羽毛绒呈朵状，有60～150根绒丝，以一个交结点为核心向外放射状分布，形成外疏里密的三维空间结构，传统的使用方法是将羽绒作为服装、床上用品的保暖填充材料直接使用，本申请的发明人经过大量的实验，采用经过水洗的朵状羽毛绒和羽毛片根部的柔软单根细毛枝，经过在梳理机内负压状态下多次往复循环梳理，在梳理时均匀喷洒乳化合毛油，使朵状羽毛绒分离成为卷曲、相互抱合缠绕的团状羽毛绒单纤维。在此基础上开发出用途广泛的羽毛绒纤维纱线，在纱线的基础上开发出羽毛绒纤维纱线色织布。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保暖效果好、重量轻、用途广泛的羽毛绒纤维纱线色织布。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种羽毛绒纤维纱线色织布，是由经向、纬向中至少一种颜色的染色纱线和本色纱线织成的平面图案布，其中：所述的染色纱线和本色纱线均是由1～100％重量份的羽毛绒纤维和0～99％重量份的其它纺织纤维成纵向排列并相互交叉捻合在一起。
本实用新型采用上述结构，可以为服装、鞋、帽等工业提供一种具有重量轻、保暖效果好的新型面料，开拓了羽毛绒纤维的应用领域。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型的羽毛绒纤维纱线色织布，是由经向、纬向中一种颜色的染色纱线1和本色纱线2织成的平面图案布，染色纱线1和本色纱线2染色纱线1均是由60％重量份羽毛绒纤维3和40％重量份的棉纤维4组成，羽毛绒纤维3和棉纤维4成纵向排列并相互交叉捻合在一起。本实用新型中羽毛绒纤维纱线的染色方法与传统的染色方法基本相同，只需适当地调整染色液的pH值，采用活性染料染色在微酸或微碱性环境下即可。通过将羽毛绒纤维纱线染色，可以织成各种花色品种的纺织面料，以满足不同的需要。

1.一种羽毛绒纤维纱线色织布，是由经向、纬向中至少一种颜色的染色纱线(1)和本色纱线(2)织成的平面图案布，其特征在于：所述的染色纱线(1)和本色纱线(2)均是由1～100％重量份的羽毛绒纤维(3)和0～99％重量份的其它纺织纤维(4)成纵向排列并相互交叉捻合在一起。
