本实用新型提供一种超声波卡片封装机构,包括压塑滚焊组件,所述压塑滚焊组件包括滚模、超声波发生器,所述滚模与超声波发生器相对设置,在滚模的两侧设置有水平微调组件;所述水平微调组件包括微调滑块和支撑块,所述支撑块与滚模连接,所述微调滑块与支撑块相贴合接触连接,两者之间的接触面与水平面呈一定的夹角。本超声波卡片封装机构结构简单、紧凑,加工过程冲击小,作用平稳,噪音小,调节精度高、操作比较方便,加工质量好,生产效率高,可广泛应用于电话卡、智能卡、IC卡、卡片等各种薄片物品的自动封装过程,适用范围较广。

超声波卡片封装机构
                       技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连续自动包装装置,特别是涉及一种超声波卡片封装机构。
                       背景技术
卡片封装机是一种可以实现用塑料薄膜将薄片物品连续自动封装的装置,一般应用于电话卡、智能卡、IC卡、名信片等各种薄片物品的自动封装。目前现有的超声波卡片封装机的封装机构一般采用上下冲压式压焊结构。这种冲压式压焊结构的缺点在于:(1)需三组模分别完成塑料薄膜上、下、左、右四条边的压焊,因而结构较复杂,零配件多,设备体积大,调整、更换、维修的难度大,程序烦琐;(2)冲压压焊时,上模对机床的瞬间冲击力较大,易损坏设备组件;(3)采用冲压压焊机构,由于需将封装分成三次步骤来进行,限制了封装速度的提高,目前只能实现封装80~100个/分钟;(4)该种冲压式压焊机构的工作噪音较大,造成工作环境的噪音污染,对长期工作的操作人员的身体健康有较大的影响。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单,封装快速,无瞬间冲击,工作噪音低的超声波卡片封装机构。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种超声波卡片封装机构,包括压塑滚焊组件,其特征在于:所述压塑滚焊组件包括滚模、超声波发生器,所述滚模与超声波发生器相对设置。利用所述滚模与超声波发生器配合作用可以实现卡片的连续滚焊封装。
所述滚模的两侧设置有水平微调组件。
所述水平微调组件包括微调滑块和支撑块,所述支撑块与滚模连接,所述微调滑块与支撑块相贴合接触连接,两者之间的接触面与水平面呈一定的夹角。当所述微调滑块在水平方向移动时,可以使支撑块带动滚模在垂直方向作细微移动;通过调节滚模两侧设置的微调滑块与支撑块,可以调整滚模的水平度,以满足滚焊封装所要求的间隙精度。
所述夹角为0.01~10°。
所述微调滑块为楔形块,与微调滑块相配合的支撑块可为楔形块或其他形状的块状体,如正方块、三角块等。
所述微调滑块设置在带顶块的滑槽内并与螺旋调节组件相连接,所述螺旋调节组件包括螺栓、螺母,所述螺栓与微调滑块固定连接并伸出滑槽端部的顶块,所述螺母套接在螺栓上并顶接在滑槽顶块一侧。
所述滚模上方还设置有调节锁定构件,所述调节锁定构件包括滑块、压块、定位螺栓,两块滑块套接于滚模两端,压块压接于两块滑块之上,定位螺栓通过螺纹连接压接于压块之上,对滚模的位置进行固定。
本超声波卡片封装机构可以包括两套压塑滚焊组件,两套压塑滚焊组件前后设置于卡片输送带上,设置在前的压塑滚焊组件将塑料膜的三边密封形成塑料膜袋,待将卡片送入塑料膜袋后,再用另一套压塑滚焊组件将塑料膜袋的开口边密封。
本超声波卡片封装机构与塑料膜输送机构及卡片输送机构组合在一起即构成卡片封装机,可实现卡片的连续输送及封装。
本实用新型相对于现有技术有如下优点:(1)加工过程冲击小,作用平稳;由于本实用新型是通过滚模转动在塑料包装薄膜上实现连续滚焊,而不是利用现有技术的上、下冲压压焊,所以可以避免产生对设备的较大冲击力,使生产过程的振动减少,从而可以延长设备机件的使用寿命。(2)噪音小。采用本实用新型可以有效地减少工作环境的噪音污染,有利于操作人员的身体健康。(3)结构简单、紧凑;本实用新型的结构紧凑,所占操作空间小,而且组成的构件较少,维护比较方便。(4)调节精度高、加工质量好;由于本实用新型设置了较为精密的水平微调组件,通过调节水平微调组件可以使滚模与超声波发生器之间的间隙达到较高的均匀度(可以精确至0.01mm),所以可以保证卡片的封装质量好,密封边均匀一致,卡片封装的外观更加精美,不会出现压接不均的现象(如有的部位压接过量而有的部位仍未完全密封)。(5)加工过程平稳、生产效率高;采用本实用新型可使封装过程更加连贯、平稳,封装速度得到大幅提高,最快可实现封装200~500个/分钟。

                  具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述,但本实用新型的实施方式不限于此。
实施例
本实用新型的具体结构如图1所示,由图1可见,本超声波卡片封装机构包括操作台1、压塑滚焊组件2、2′、传送带3,所述压塑滚焊组件2安装设置于操作台1一端,压塑滚焊组件2′设置于操作台另一端,传送带3位于操作台1上,其上表面与操作台面相平齐,压塑滚焊组件2与塑料膜输送机构5相连接,卡片输送机构4连接于传送带1一侧,所述塑料膜输送机构5及卡片输送机构4的结构及位置如图2所示。压塑滚焊组件2的具体结构见图3,由图3可见,所述压塑滚焊组件包括支架2-1、滚模、超声波发生器2-4,滚模由滚筒2-2与两端的支撑轴2-3连接构成,在滚筒2-2外表面设置有压卡凹位,压卡凹位的周边为加工有图案、字母或花纹的凸边,压卡凹位用于确定容纳卡片的塑料膜袋大小,压卡凹位周围的凸边用于压合卡片周围的塑料膜边,滚模安装在支架2-1上,在滚模上方设置有调节锁定构件,所述调节锁定构件包括竖直滑块2-5、竖直压块2-6、定位螺栓2-7,两块竖直滑块2-5嵌入支架2-1内侧的滑槽内并通过滚动轴承2-8与滚模两端的支撑轴2-3相连接,竖直滑块2-5可带动滚模上下滑动以调整位置,竖直压块2-6压接于两块竖直滑块2-5之上,定位螺栓2-7通过螺纹连接穿过支架2-1压接于竖直压块2-5之上,对滚模的具体位置进行固定;超声波发生器2-4位于滚筒2-2的竖直下方并与滚筒2-2相对设置;在滚模的两侧设置有水平微调组件,所述水平微调组件包括微调滑块2-10、支撑块2-9、槽块2-11、槽块顶板2-13、螺栓2-12、调节螺母2-14,所述支撑块2-9为扁正方块,通过嵌在内部的滚动轴承2-15与滚模的支撑轴2-3相连接,所述微调滑块2-10为楔形块,与支撑块2-9相贴合接触连接,两者之间的接触面与水平面之间的夹角为1°,微调滑块2-10设置在固定连接于支架2-1上的槽块2-11内,在微调滑块2-10内连接有螺栓2-12,螺栓2-12带螺纹的一端伸出通过螺钉固定连接于槽块2-11端部的槽块顶板2-13的通孔并与调节螺母2-14螺纹连接,调节螺母2-14顶接在槽块顶板2-13的一侧。
本实用新型的作用原理是:松开定位螺栓2-7,使滚模及竖直滑块2-5可以在垂直方向上下移动,然后旋转调节螺母2-14,螺栓2-12就可以带动微调滑块2-10在槽块2-11内的滑槽沿水平方向作细微的移动,由于微调滑块2-10与支撑块2-9相贴合接触连接,其接触面为一与水平面有夹角的倾斜面,所以微调滑块2-10在槽块2-11内作水平移动的同时,支撑块2-9亦会带动滚模、竖直滑块2-5沿支架2-1内侧的滑槽在垂直方向上作细微的移动;当调节滚模与超声波发生器2-4之间的间隙达到符合生产要求的尺寸及水平度时,拧紧定位螺栓2-7对滚模的位置进行固定,即可进行滚压封装生产;当在生产的过程中滚模的位置产生偏移影响封装质量时,通过调节滚模两侧的调节螺母2-14即可对滚模位置进行调整矫正,操作非常方便。

1、一种超声波卡片封装机构,包括压塑滚焊组件,其特征在于:所述压塑滚焊组件包括滚模、超声波发生器,所述滚模与超声波发生器相对设置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的超声波卡片封装机构,其特征在于:所述滚模的两侧设置有水平微调组件。
3、根据权利要求2所述的超声波卡片封装机构,其特征在于:所述水平微调组件包括微调滑块和支撑块,所述支撑块与滚模连接,所述微调滑块与支撑块相贴合接触连接,两者之间的接触面与水平面呈一定的夹角。
4、根据权利要求3所述的超声波卡片封装机构,其特征在于:所述夹角为0.01~10°。
5、根据权利要求3所述的超声波卡片封装机构,其特征在于:所述微调滑块为楔形块,与微调滑块相配合的支撑块为楔形块。
6、根据权利要求3所述的超声波卡片封装机构,其特征在于:所述微调滑块设置在带顶块的滑槽内并与螺旋调节组件相连接。
7、根据权利要求6所述的超声波卡片封装机构,其特征在于:所述螺旋调节组件包括螺栓、螺母,所述螺栓与微调滑块固定连接并伸出滑槽端部的顶块,所述螺母套接在螺栓上并顶接在滑槽顶块一侧。
7、根据权利要求3所述的超声波卡片封装机构,其特征在于:所述滚模上方设置有调节锁定构件。
8、根据权利要求7所述的超声波卡片封装机构,其特征在于:所述调节锁定构件包括滑块、压块、定位螺栓,两块滑块套接于滚模两端,压块压接于两块滑块之上,定位螺栓通过螺纹连接压接于压块之上。
