Abstract

一种风扇固定装置,包括一上盖和一下盖,风扇固定在该上盖上,该上盖设有固定部,该下盖设有与上述固定部相对应的定位部,该上盖的固定部卡在下盖的定位部上,且上盖与下盖在水平方向上可相对滑动。本实用新型中,转动上盖,使其与下盖错开即可方便地进行散热器的安装和拆卸操作。

风扇固定装置
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种风扇固定装置,特别是指一种电子元件散热用风扇的固定装置。
【背景技术】
中央处理器等电子元件在正常的运行过程中都将产生大量的热,若不及时排除其产生的热量,将导致热量累积引起温度升高,而严重影响电子元件的正常运行。为此,业界通常在这些发热电子元件表面安装一散热器,以辅助其散热。同时,为保证散热器散热的高效性,通常在散热器上还加装一风扇以协助散热。
通常,散热器是通过设在其四角落处的扣具而固定在电子元件上,而风扇的外框尺寸与散热器的四角落所界定尺寸接近,外框的四角将散热器四角落上方空间遮挡,此时,若不妥善处理风扇与扣具安装的问题,则很容易导致扣具或用于固定扣具的工具与外框产生干涉现象,妨碍散热器的安装和拆卸,故需一种风扇固定装置,以期能将风扇固定至散热器上进行协助散热,而不妨碍散热器的安装和拆卸。
【发明内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种不会妨碍散热器的安装和拆卸的风扇固定装置。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:本实用新型风扇固定装置包括一上盖和一下盖,风扇固定在该上盖上,该上盖设有固定部,该下盖设有与上述固定部相对应的定位部,该上盖的固定部卡在下盖的定位部上,且上盖与下盖在水平方向上可相对滑动。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的上盖通过其固定部卡入下盖的定位部上,且上盖与下盖在水平方向上可相对滑动,转动上盖,使其与下盖错开即可方便地进行散热器的安装和拆卸操作。
下面参考附图,结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1和图2,本实用新型风扇固定装置1包括一上盖12和一下盖14,用于将风扇2固定于散热器3上。
风扇2包括一方形外框22和一叶轮23,该外框22的四角落位置分别设有一安装孔24。
散热器3设有若干散热鳍片32,该散热鳍片32的两侧近顶端处分别开设一凹槽33,散热器3的四角各设一扣臂34,扣臂34的末端开设固定孔36,通过扣具如螺钉等固定在电子元件上。
该上盖12呈方形,其具有一外框122,外框122中央具有通孔,于通孔中央设有一固定部124,若干均匀分布的扰流肋条126连接外框122和固定部124。外框122的四角落分别向上伸设一末端设有倒钩的柱体1222。固定部124包括一固定板1241、若干弹性扣爪1242及四凸点1246,该若干弹性扣爪1242于固定板1241中央一体向下突伸且于固定板1241下方均匀分布,每一扣爪1242的末端形成向外突出的扣钩1244,上述四凸点1246围绕上述扣爪1242呈圆周均匀分布于固定板1241的底面上。
该下盖14具有一外框142,外框142中央具有通孔,于通孔中央设有一定位部144,若干均匀分布的扰流肋条146连接外框142和定位部144。该外框142的四对角分别形成一缺口1422,该外框142的其中两相对外侧缘分别向下延伸形成一固定板1424,该固定板1424的内侧近端部处各设有斜向上突伸的扣钩1426。定位部144的形状与上述固定部124配合,其中央为一通孔1442,该通孔1442的直径上部较下部小,上部和下部之间形成一台阶1443,定位部144上与上述固定部124的凸点1246对应位置设置四滑槽1444,该滑槽1444的两端深陷形成二凹点1446,其形状与凸点1246配合。
请同时参照图3和图4,组装时,风扇2通过上盖12的柱体1222挤压穿过其安装孔24,使柱体1222的倒钩卡扣在风扇2上,从而将风扇2固定在上盖12上,下盖14通过固定板1424的扣钩1426定位钩扣于散热鳍片32的凹槽33而固定于散热器3上,再将装有风扇2的上盖12置于下盖14上,使上盖12的固定部124对应下盖14的定位部144下压,固定部124的扣爪1242弹性内敛穿过下盖14的定位部144的通孔1442,通过扣钩1244钩扣于台阶1443下方而将上盖12固定于下盖14上。此时,上盖12固定部124的凸点1246探入下盖14定位部144滑槽1444一端的凹点1446内,上盖12与下盖14相互错开,散热器3的扣臂34的固定孔36位于下盖14的缺口1422正下方,且未被风扇2的四角遮盖,可方便对散热器30进行拧合固定。待散热器3固定后,施力于上盖12或风扇2而转动上盖12,固定部124的扣爪1242在定位部144的通孔1442内转动且凸点1246在滑槽1444内滑向另一端的凹点1446,此时,风扇2及上盖12的四角恰好位于散热器3固定孔36的正上方,从而完成散热器3与风扇2的整体安装。
本实用新型中,在对散热器3进行安装和拆卸的过程中,可反向转动上盖12,使风扇2的四角偏离散热器3固定孔36的正上方,便可方便地进行散热器3的拧合安装和拆卸操作,在完成相应操作后,转动上盖12至原来位置即可再次固定风扇2,在散热器3的安装和拆卸过程中,操作较为方便;另外,风扇2通过柱体1222固定于上盖12上,下盖14通过固定板1424的扣钩1426定位钩扣于散热器3的散热鳍片32上,固定也较为方便。

Claims (10)

1.一种风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该风扇固定装置包括一上盖和一下盖,风扇固定在该上盖上,该上盖设有固定部,该下盖设有与上述固定部相对应的定位部,该上盖的固定部卡在下盖的定位部上,且上盖与下盖在水平方向上可相对滑动。
2.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该固定部包括一固定板和若干具有倒钩的弹性扣爪,该扣爪于该固定板中央向下突伸形成,该定位部中央开设具有台阶的通孔,该固定部的扣爪钩扣于定位部的通孔台阶下方。
3.如权利要求2所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该固定部还包括若干设于上述固定板底面的呈圆周均匀分布的凸点,该定位部上对应上述凸点设有滑槽,该凸点可在滑槽内滑动。
4.如权利要求3所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:每一滑槽的两端形成有与上述凸点配合的凹点。
5.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该上盖具有一外框,外框中央具有通孔,该固定部位于通孔中央,若干肋条连接该固定部与该外框。
6.如权利要求5所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该上盖外框的四角各设一柱体,该柱体末端设有卡扣风扇的倒钩。
7.如权利要求6所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该风扇四角位置各设一安装孔,该上盖的柱体穿过安装孔,而倒钩卡扣在风扇上。
8.如权利要求1所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该下盖具有一外框,外框中央具有通孔,该定位部位于通孔中央,若干肋条连接该定位部和该外框。
9.如权利要求8所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该下盖的外框的四对角分别形成一缺口。
10.如权利要求8所述的风扇固定装置,其特征在于:该下盖的其中两相对外侧缘分别向下形成一固定板,该固定板的内侧设有扣钩。
