技术领域:本实用新型涉及到一种输送煤粉的管道,特别是涉及到一种双金属复合无缝耐磨弯管。
技术背景:在电厂及一些行业输送煤粉用于发电的过程中,大量采用输送煤管道,但在输送煤弯管道接头区极易磨损,使用寿命短,一旦破损,就必须停机更换,维修成本较高,严重影响企业的正常运转。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的,就是要提供一种双金属复合无缝耐磨弯管,可以有效地克服上述管道弯管存在的缺陷。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:双金属复合无缝耐磨弯管是有外管、接头所组成,其特征在于:在所述的外管的内壁浇铸一层耐磨合金层,该合金层是有耐磨材料所组成,其厚度可以根据需要任意改变。本实用新型具有结构简单,生产成本低等特点,能够有效地克服一般钢管不耐磨损,不耐冲击等缺陷。

在图1中,本实用新型双金属复合无缝耐磨弯管是有钢结构外管1、接头2所组成,其特征在于:在所述的钢结构外管1的内壁浇铸一层耐磨合金层3。具体实施时,是将外壁材质为普通钢管的外管经加热弯曲一定角度后成型,在其内壁内衬泡沫材料,在内衬泡沫材料的内侧涂刷一层锆英粉水基涂料,经晒干后,放在砂箱中填入石英砂,上震动台震实石英砂,将冶炼合格的耐磨铸铁钢液注入型腔,边浇铸钢液,边抽真空,浇铸入型腔的钢液溶化内衬泡沫形成耐磨合金层3。形成的双金属复合无缝耐磨弯管经设置其两头的接头2与直管连接。本实用新型具有结构简单,生产成本低、安装、使用方便等特点,大量地运用在输煤管道中可以有效地减少煤粉对管道的磨损和过量对管道的冲击,且其单位内生产成本比用纯钢管生产成本低,具有较大的使用价值。
