Abstract

一种具竹节管状家俱制造结构,其主要包括:一拉伸杆、一中模及一上、下模,藉由该上、下模的分合可将金属管体适当位置挤压扩张,使金属管体形成一竹节管状;其中该具竹节管状家俱制造结构是由金属管体的中空孔洞穿置于中模后,于该上、下模合拢时,该拉伸杆会顺着中模的撑体向本体移动,使位于成型部的金属管体受到撑体末端的第一凸缘挤压扩张,进而使管体可于适当间距即有一隆起的凸缘结构。

技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种具竹节管状家俱制造结构,特别是指一种具竹节凸缘的管状结构家俱。
背景技术
公知竹节管押出结构是如我国公告第267406号专利案(下称引证案),其主要构成特征为:是于一架体上端二侧分别设置平行的滑轨,于滑轨端再配合设置一移动座,于移动座的四角端再分别设置支杆,以于支杆顶端固定设置一推缸座,于移动座上再设置一下模体,于下模体二端再分别固定设置导柱,并于下模体中设置一半圆状的成形槽,且于成形槽中设置一凹入的环槽,并令环槽导接至下模体外端的气源管端,于下模体上端是设置一与之配合的上模体,于上模体端再滑套设置于导柱且配合下模体分别设置成形槽、环槽、气源管,于上模体上端再导接设置至固定于推缸座端的推缸推轴端,于移动座底端再设置一拉引座,且于拉引座一端连接设置至一推缸的推轴端,藉移动座的配合管材押出成形速度而可制成略为凸起的环节为其主要特征者;而其构成上的主要缺点为:该引证案是由一移动座、一支杆、一推缸座、一下模体、一上模体及一拉引座;该引证案是藉由拉引座与移动座达成,其组合元件众多,机构动作频繁,磨损甚钜。
由此可见,上述公知物品仍有诸多缺失,实非一良善的设计,而亟待加以改良。
本案实用新型发明人鉴于上述公知竹节管押出结构所衍生的各项缺点,乃亟思加以改良创新,并经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究后,终于成功研发完成本件具竹节管状家俱制造结构。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种金属管体上可快速形成一似竹节凸缘的管状家俱结构,以解决公知竹节管押出结构所衍生的各项缺点。
本实用新型的一目的是在于提供一种具竹节管状家俱制造结构,当穿过中模的撑体且置入中模的本体后,可依制造者的需要用,是可采用人工方式加以旋转,藉由将本实用新型的凸缘结构的成型关系,使用人工方式制造出不同特色及节距的凸缘结构,使家俱整体更具竹的特色。
可达成上述实用新型目的的具竹节管状家俱制造结构,包括有:
一金属管体,是有一中空孔洞的圆柱形物体;
一拉伸杆,是有一导斜面及一细长杆状;
一中模,是有一本体及数撑体,该本体中间有一孔洞,该撑体末端设有第一凸缘,且该撑体与撑体间会形成导槽;藉由该孔洞将中模套置于该拉伸杆;
一上、下模,该上、下模是对称各有一分模面、成型部及轮廓形状;
该金属管体是可将中空孔洞穿置于中模,且该上、下模可分可合。分开时将金属管体装入上、下模的轮廓形状,在上、下模合拢时,该拉伸杆会顺著撑体向中模的本体移动,使位于成型部的金属管体受到撑体末端的第一凸缘挤压扩张,使该凸缘与上、下模的成型部密合,并使管体每隔适当间距即有一隆起的凸缘,而该相邻二凸缘间乃形成一细长状。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2~4,本实用新型所提供的具竹节管状家俱制造结构,主要包括有:一金属管体1,是有一中空孔洞11的圆柱形物体;一拉伸杆2,是有一导斜面21及一细长杆状22;一中模3,是有一本体31及数撑体32,该本体31中间有一孔洞33,该撑体32末端设有第一凸缘321,且该撑体32与撑体32间会形成导槽34;藉由该孔洞33将中模3套置于该拉伸杆2;一上、下模4,5,该上、下模4,5是对称各有一分模面、成型部41及轮廓形状42;
其中该金属管体1是将中空孔洞11穿置于中模3,且该上、下模4,5可分可合;上、下模4,5分开时可将金属管体1装入上、下模4,5的轮廓形状42,其后在上、下模4,5作动合拢时,该拉伸杆2会顺著撑体32向中模3的本体31移动,使位于成型部41的金属管体1受到撑体32末端的第一凸缘321挤压扩张,使该凸缘12与上、下模4,5的成型部41密合,然施以成型扩孔的加工过程中,成型所需的外力则由气压、柱塞或冲头(图未标示)连结于拉伸杆2的细长杆状22末端,并藉由拉伸杆2的导斜面21将中模3的撑体32撑开,藉以将撑体32的第一凸缘321迫紧至金属管体1,并使金属管体1逐渐拉伸至上、下模4,5的成型部41。
撑体32亦可视加工的需要而调整撑体32的数量,亦可为二撑体32、三撑体32......至多数撑体32,以达中模3的撑体32撑开加工的需求,及相同迫紧拉伸的功效。
藉由上述构件的组成后,将金属管体1的中空孔洞11置于本实用新型的中模3中,并使上、下模4,5作动合拢后此时该拉伸杆2会顺着撑体32向中模3的本体31移动,进而将固定的中模3的撑体32向外撑大,以将金属管体1在适当位置扩张成型一凸缘12,并藉由上、下模4,5的成型部41与拉伸杆2的导斜面21的搭配,使中模3的撑体32不会因第一凸缘321的过度外撑而损坏,或籍拉伸杆2的导斜面21移动距离可调整中模3的第一凸缘321与上、下模4,5的成型部41间的间隙,使金属管体1可轻易的加工其环绕金属管体1外径的凸缘12。
再者,若欲将加工完成的金属管体1取下时,只需待上、下模4,5分开,使金属管体1向后退出,以脱离中模3的撑体32外撑的状态,即可将金属管体1轻易的由上、下模4,5中取下,使金属管体1每隔适当间距即有一隆起的凸缘12,而该相邻二凸缘12间乃维持一细长管体。
请参阅图1所示,本实用新型的金属管体1可视需求加以加工设置成椅状结构的椅座框、靠背框、脚座及扶手等可被加工或弯曲成有靠背或兼有扶手的坐具;或是支承人体,供人坐著工作和休息的坐具。
本实用新型所提供的具竹节管状家俱制造结构,与前述引证案及其他习用技术相互比较时,更具有下列的优点:
1.本实用新型在于提供一种具竹节管状家俱制造结构,可将金属管体加工具有竹节凸圆的结构,使金属制作的管体藉由新技术与新工艺的应用,得以制作竹节管状弯曲椅子,使人使用时感到更为舒适。
2.本实用新型在于提供一种具竹节管状家俱制造结构,藉由上、下模的成型部与拉伸杆的导斜面的搭配,使撑体不会因第一凸缘的过度外撑而损坏,或藉拉导斜面移动距离可调整第一凸缘与成型部间的间隙,使金属管体可简易的加工其环绕金属管体外径的凸缘。
3.本实用新型在于提供一种具竹节管状家俱制造结构,若欲将加工完成的金属管体取下时,只需待上、下模分开,即可藉由本实用新型的结构的连动关系轻易的松开,将金属管体轻易的由上、下模中取下。

Claims (3)

1.一种具竹节管状家俱制造结构,包括:
一金属管体,是有一中空孔洞的圆柱形物体;
一拉伸杆,是有一导斜面及一细长杆状;
一中模,是有一本体及数撑体,该本体中间有一孔洞,该撑体末端设有第一凸缘,且该撑体与撑体间会形成导槽;藉由该孔洞将中模套置于该拉伸杆;
一上、下模,该上、下模是对称各有一分模面、成型部及轮廓形状;
该金属管体将中空孔洞穿置于中模,该金属管体和该可分可合的上、下模的轮廓形状相装配,该在上、下模合拢时顺著撑体向中模的本体移动的拉伸杆通过位于成型部的金属管体受到撑体末端的第一凸缘挤压扩张,该凸缘与上、下模的成型部密合,并使管体每隔适当间距即有一隆起的凸缘,而该相邻二凸缘间乃形成一细长状。
2.如权利要求1所述的具竹节管状家俱制造结构,其特征在于:该中模的撑体为两个或两个以上。
3.如权利要求1所述的具竹节管状家俱制造结构,其特征在于:该金属管体是由铝质材质制成。
