Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种电连接器,其包括设有若干狭槽及通道的绝缘本体、若干固持于绝缘本体内的信号线缆及电源线缆、若干收容于狭槽内与信号线缆电性连接的信号端子及若干收容于通道内与电源线缆电性连接的电源端子。每一通道包括有导引槽及收容腔,每一电源端子包括与对接端子对接的接触部、与相应的电源线缆电性连接的焊接部及连接接触部与焊接部的中间部,电源端子的接触部于靠近中间部处设有一凸块,通过将凸块插入导引槽并旋入收容腔内可将电源端子安装于相应的通道内。该电连接器设有可满足大功率传输需求的电源端子及信号端子,且电源端子可牢固安装于绝缘本体内。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型是有关一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种包括有信号端子及电源端子以满足大功率传输要求的电连接器。
【背景技术】
电连接器组件已广泛用于电子系统的信号及电源传输上,其通常包括一安装于电子系统中印刷电路板上的板接连接器及一与该板接连接器对接的电连接器。板接连接器及电连接器各自包括绝缘本体及若干固持于该绝缘本体内以用于信号及电源传输的信号端子及电源端子。
随着当今电子系统对大功率传输的要求,比如像割草机的电动装置,相应的电连接器组件需要具有大功率传输的能力,以将电动机的电源及信号分配到割草机的印刷电路板上,另一方面,设计电连接器组件结构时,不仅需要适应电子系统小型化的趋势而且要能保证电连接器与板接连接器之间正确可靠的连接。
因此,需要设计一种改进的电连接器以克服上述现有技术的缺点。
【新型内容】
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种具有信号及电源端子能满足大功率传输需求的电连接器。
本实用新型的又一目的在于提供一种结构简单且能保证与板接连接器之间正确可靠结合的电连接器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型电连接器包括设有若干狭槽及通道的绝缘本体、若干信号线缆及电源线缆、若干收容于狭槽内与信号线缆电性连接的信号端子及若干收容于通道内与电源线缆电性连接的电源端子。绝缘本体包括一对接面及形成于对接面上的对接空间。每一电源端子包括有延伸入对接空间内的接触部。每一通道包括有导引槽及收容腔,每一电源端子于接近接触部设有一凸块,通过将凸块插入导引槽并旋入收容腔内可将电源端子安装于相应的通道内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点:其设有可满足大功率传输需求的电源端子及信号端子,电源端子设有凸块结构可牢固安装于绝缘本体内。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1及图2所示,本实用新型电连接器2及与其对接的板接连接器3构成电连接器组件1,该电连接器组件1运用于大功率传输的电子系统中。
请参阅图4至图6并结合图1及图2所示,电连接器2包括第一绝缘本体20、若干固持于第一绝缘本体20内的第一信号端子22及第一电源端子24、分别与第一信号端子22及第一电源端子24电性连接的相应数量的信号线缆26及电源线缆28及一将电源线缆28捆扎在一起以缓解施加于电源线缆28上的外力的扣持夹29。
第一绝缘本体20包括一通常呈扁平状的六面体主体部201及自主体部201延伸的支撑部202。主体部201设有一对接面20a及与对接面20a相对的连接面20b,信号及电源线缆26、28延伸出该连接面20b。主体部201包括有一设置于对接面20a上的对接空间203及若干穿过连接面20b及对接空间203内表面203a的通道204。每一通道204包括不同形状的第一及第二部分200a、200b,第一部分200a包括一导引槽2041及一大直径圆孔2042。第二部分200b毗邻对接空间203的内表面203a,包括一收容腔2043及小直径圆孔2044。主体部201设有一突出部205及一对应于该突出部205并设置于连接面20b上的凹陷部206。突出部205毗邻于对接空间203内的通道204,并设有若干于凹陷部206相通的狭槽207。主体部201进一步设有与对接空间203相通的一校准槽208及一扣持槽209,以及设置于扣持槽209一侧的扣持部2090。
支撑部202包括一自连接面20b底部延伸的水平连接部210及自水平连接部210向后并向下延伸的退出部211。在本实施方式中退出部211与水平连接部210侧呈45度角。
请参阅图7并结合图1及图2所示,第一信号端子22由金属片冲压制成,包括基板220、一对自基板220的第一末端的相对两侧向上并向后延伸的弹性臂222、若干设置于基板220第二末端的弹性指部224及一对设置于弹性臂222与弹性指部224之间的固持部226。弹性指部224自基板220的一侧延伸至另一侧,固持部226自基板220的相对两侧向上延伸。
第一信号端子22的弹性指部224与相应的信号线缆26电性连接。第一信号端子22与信号线缆26一起自连接面20b组装于第一绝缘本体20的狭槽207内。每一第一信号端子22的弹性臂222毗邻于第一绝缘本体20的对接面20a,并包括一对相对突伸的接触部2 22a。固持部226干涉配合于相应的第一绝缘本体20的狭槽207内,以将第一信号端子22固持于第一绝缘本体20内。
请继续参阅图4及图5所示,第一电源端子24由导电材料机械加工而成,包括一环形中间部240、自中间部240的前端面向前延伸的圆柱形接触部242及自中间部240的后端面向后延伸的焊接部244。圆柱形接触部242设有一毗邻中间部240的凸块246。焊接部244设有一半圆形凹槽247。
电源线缆28包括一芯线280及一封装芯线280的保护皮282。电源线缆28一末端的芯线280部分裸露于保护皮282外以设置于半圆形凹槽247内,并与相应的电源端子24的焊接部244焊接。第一电源端子24连同电源线缆28自连接面20b组装于第一绝缘本体20的通道204内。当每一第一电源端子24的凸块246与相应的通道204的导引槽2041对齐时,第一电源端子24沿大直径圆孔2042向前移动,直到中间部240抵靠于每一通道204设置于第一及第二部分200a、200b之间的过渡转接部2045,然后逆时针方向旋转直到凸块246收容于收容腔2043内,第一电源端子24的中间部240及凸块246分别前后抵靠于转接部2045,以防止第一电源端子24在前后方向移动。在通道204与第一电源端子24之间留有一间隙204c以允许用于冷却第一电源端子24的气流通过。
参阅图2所示,信号线缆26及电源线缆28向后延伸出第一绝缘本体20的连接面20b。电源线缆28由水平连接部210及退出部211支撑。退出部211可作为一操作部以方便电连接器2脱离板接连接器3。扣持夹29安装于退出部211以将电源线缆28束在一起,可缓解施加于电源线缆28上的外力并防止第一电源端子24发生转动。同样信号线缆26也可以安装该扣持夹29。
请参阅图8、图9及图10所示,板接连接器3包括第二绝缘本体30、若干固持于第二绝缘本体30内的第二信号端子32及第二电源端子34。第二绝缘本体30具有与电连接器2的对接空间203相同的六面体结构。第二绝缘本体30包括一面对电连接器2的对接面30a及与对接面30a相对的安装面30b。第二绝缘本体30包括若干贯穿对接面30a及安装面30b的圆孔301、一设置于对接面30a上并毗邻圆孔301的空腔302及若干与空腔302相通的穿孔303。每一圆孔301包括第一大直径部3010及第二小直径部3012。每一第一大直径部3010的内圆周面上设置有若干肋部304。第二绝缘本体30设有一与空腔302相邻的扣持件305及一设置于顶面30c的校准键306。扣持件305的末端设有一钩部307。若干支撑部308设置于第二绝缘本体30的安装面30b以在板接连接器3与安装该板接连接器3的印刷电路板(未图标)之间预留一段距离。
第二信号端子32由金属片冲压成型并分别收容于穿孔303内。每一第二信号端子32包括伸入空腔302内的对接部320、一固持于相应的穿孔303内的固持部(未标号)及延伸出安装面30b以与印刷电路板电性连接的安装部322。
第二电源端子34由导电材料机械加工而成并分别安装于相应的圆孔301内。每一第二电源端子34包括一收容圆孔301的第二小直径部3012的配合部340、延伸出安装面30b以与印刷电路板电性连接的圆形焊接部342及一连接配合部340及焊接部342的连接部344。配合部340为一中空圆柱体并设有若干弹性片345,每两个相邻的弹性片345形成一狭缝346。每一圆孔301的肋部304牢固抵接于相应的第二电源端子34连接部344的外圆周面,以将第二电源端子34固持于第二绝缘本体30内。配合部340包括有用于与电连接器2的第一电源端子24的接触部242连接的内接触部347。
请参阅图3及图10,电连接器2与板接连接器3处于对接状态。校准键306收容于校准槽208内以保证电连接器2与板接连接器3的正确装配。板接连接器3部分收容于电连接器2的对接空间203内,电连接器2的突出部205收容于板接连接器3的空腔302内。第一电源端子24的圆形接触部242延伸入第二电源端子34的中空配合部340内以与配合部340内的内接触部347电性连接。第二信号端子32的对接部320延伸入电连接器2的开槽207内以与第一信号端子22的弹性臂222的接触部222a连接。板接连接器3的扣持件305收容于电连接器2的扣持槽209内,钩部307与扣持部2090相扣持以保证电连接器2与板接连接器3之间可靠的电性及机械连接。
Claims (10)
1.一种电连接器,其包括设有狭槽及通道的绝缘本体、若干信号线缆及电源线缆、若干收容于狭槽内与信号线缆电性连接的信号端子及若干收容于通道内与电源线缆电性连接的电源端子,其特征在于:每一通道包括一导引槽及一收容腔,每一电源端子包括一用于与对接端子对接的接触部,一与相应的电源线缆电性连接的焊接部及连接接触部及焊接部的中间部,每一电源端子的接触部毗邻中间部处设有一凸块,通过将该凸块插入导引槽并旋转该凸块进入收容腔可将电源端子安装于相应的通道内。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体上设有一对接面、与对接面相对的连接面及自对接面向连接面延伸并收容电源端子接触部的对接空间。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:对接空间内设有一突出部,所述狭槽设置于该突出部上,信号线缆收容于狭槽内并延伸出绝缘本体的连接面。
4.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:通道及相应的电源端子之间留有一间隙,该间隙贯穿对接空间的内表面及连接面以允许气流的流通。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:通道包括分别设有一导引槽及一收容腔的第一及第二部分,且第一部分与第二部分之间设有一转接部,电源端子之中间部及凸块分别抵靠于转接部。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:绝缘本体包括一自连接面向后延伸的支撑部,电源线缆向后延伸出连接面以设置于该支撑部上。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:支撑部包括垂直向连接面延伸的连接部及自连接部向下向后延伸的退出部。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:电连接器进一步包括一安装于退出部并将电源线缆束在一起的扣持夹。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:其中电源端子的焊接部包括一半圆形凹槽,电源线缆设有收容于该半圆形凹槽内并部分裸露的芯线。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:其中每一信号端子包括一基板、一对自基板第一末端的相对两侧向上向后延伸以与对接端子对接的弹性臂及一对自基板的相对两侧向上延伸并干涉固持于相应的狭槽内的固持部。
