背景技术
现有金属化有机薄膜的金属边为直线结构,在做成电容器芯子进行喷金时,附着力差,接触不好,电阻大,因此做成的电容器存在损耗大,易发热,引线易脱落等缺陷,使得相应的产品性能下降,可靠性降低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使喷金层与基材附着力好并能降低接触电阻的波浪金属边金属化有机薄膜。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种波浪金属边金属化有机薄膜,在有机薄膜基材上具有金属镀层,在基材的一边留有绝缘边,有机薄膜的金属边为锯齿状。
由于本实用新型的金属边为锯齿状,因此其喷金面形成错落有致、起伏有序的大面积喷金面,进而使得喷金层与基材之间的附着力加大,改善了接触条件,降低了接触电阻,减少了损耗和发热,提高了电容器的性能,增加了相应产品的可靠性。

具体实施方式
波浪金属边金属化有机薄膜的有机薄膜基材1上具有金属镀层2,在基材1的一边留有绝缘边3,有机薄膜的金属边如图3所示为锯齿状。锯齿状金属边可以形成错落有致、起伏有序的大面积喷金面,进而使得喷金层与基材之间的附着力加大,改善了接触条件,降低了接触电阻,减少了损耗和发热,提高了电容器的性能,增加了相应产品的可靠性。
