本发明涉及一种载重型摩托车后减震器,尤其是涉及一种内置气囊式载重型摩托车后减震器。
背景技术:
目前,现有技术的载重型摩托车后减震器系统的重要部件--阻尼器在结构上一般采用两种形式:一是阻尼器采用双筒结构,内筒为工作油缸,内外筒之间为储油腔。这种形式的连杆只能朝上工作,它有工作稳定性较好的优点,但结构较复杂,外形较大且连杆直径受限制,影响阻尼器的使用范围,同时生产成本高;第二种是阻尼器采用单筒形式,其优点为结构简单,连杆直径不受限制生产成本低,但连杆只能朝下,才能保证连杆组件在减震油内工作,这就限制了阻尼器的使用范围和影响了阻尼器的性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的,就在于提供一种既能提高连杆的直径即强度、且连杆组件的工作方向不受限制、改善减震器性能的载重型摩托车后减震器。
为实现上述目的:本实用新型的载重型摩托车后减震器包括由连杆组件和筒体组成的阻尼器,其特征是:所述的筒体中装有封闭的橡胶气囊。
所述的橡胶气囊通过一压紧垫片固定在筒内连杆运动端的另一端。
由于阻尼器在筒体中装有封闭的橡胶气囊,形成了一个油气分离式的阻尼器,当连杆组件向筒内运动时,由于连杆的内伸占有了筒体中储油腔的空间从而压迫气囊,使得气囊被压缩:反之,当连杆组件向筒外运动时,由于连杆的外伸使储油腔空间增大,气囊恢复原状。如此连杆在内伸或外伸时始终是在充满油的工作缸内运动,从而保证了阻尼器应有的液力性能,同时也是得连杆无论是朝上或朝下位置时都能正常工作。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的载重型摩托车后减震器采用了独特的内置气囊结构,使阻尼器内的空气和油得到有效的隔离,从而使本后减震器能综合具备常用的单筒及双筒结构阻尼器的优点,并避免了它们各自存在的缺点,既能提高连杆的直径即强度、且连杆组件的工作方向不受限制并改善减震器性能、并能降低生产成本,产生较好的性价比,且可适用于各种后减震器,所以有较好的市场推广价值。
