Abstract

本实用新型讨论的是一种制药行业中,中间体进行臭氧灭菌设备,属制药机械类。
背景技术
目前,在我国制药行业中,中间体的臭氧灭菌程序,大多采用将中间体装入托盘,然后将托盘放入在烘箱,进行臭氧灭菌,这种灭菌的方法简单易行,但由于中间体存放在托盘的过程中,会产生中间体厚度不均匀的现象,这样,臭氧在烘箱内对流时,容易发生穿透不均匀,为此,一般企业都采用人工对托盘上的中间体定时翻动,这种一来不但造成人力和电力的浪费,同时还会产生二次污染,降低了灭菌的效果。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题克服现有制药行业中,中间体进行臭氧灭菌的设备,需人工定时翻动的不足,提供一种能够将中间体(物料)充分搅拌混合,受臭氧穿透均匀的双锥回转臭氧灭菌机。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的,本实用新型双锥回转臭氧灭菌机,它包括带有进料口,出料口的罐体、支座、臭氧发生器、泵,其特征是:带有进料口、出料口的罐体中部是圆形,上、下两部各是锥形;罐体内臭氧进风口和臭氧出风口采用空心套轴结构,空心套轴通过轴承及轴承座固定支撑在支座上,轴承加机械密封,罐体可由电动机机械传动机构带动旋转。臭氧进风口和臭氧出风口呈八字形,臭氧进风口与臭氧发生器的出口采用不锈钢管连接,臭氧发生器的进口和泵的出口连接,臭氧出风口用不锈钢管与泵的进口连接;臭氧进风口与臭氧出风口均不随罐体旋转。罐体由电动机通过机械传动机构带动作断续式或连续式旋转。
本实用新型双锥回转臭氧灭菌机,罐体为双锥形,物料在罐体内可以充分搅拌混合,罐体上、下两端装有密封性极好的进料口、出料口,这样在罐体旋转时物料不会抛出,采用电力通过机械传动拖动双锥形罐体以一定转速作断续或连续旋转运动,具体结构上用空心套轴结构形式解决支承及旋转问题,空心套轴通过轴承、轴承座固定支撑在支座上。另外泵连续源源不断将臭氧送入罐体,臭氧进风口和臭氧出风口呈八字形,加强了臭氧与物料接触效果。

具体实施方式
实施例参照图1电动机选具有较大的启动力矩,能保证罐体(2)在断续或连续运转启动时有良好的启动性能,电机(7)通过皮带减速机(5)进行减速,使罐体(2)以一定的旋转速度作连续或断续、正反二向旋转。罐体(2)为双锥形,顶部和底部分别有进料口(1)和出料口(8)作物料的装、出用,为快开结构,密封可靠,操作简单。罐体(2)中部一端通过传动轴(未标)和空心套轴(4)支撑在轴承及轴承座(未标)上固定于支座(6),另一端通过传动轴(未标)和空心套轴(12)支撑在轴承及轴承座并固定于支座(11)。轴承加机械密封。泵(9)放置在支座(11)的下方,臭氧发生器(10)放置在泵(9)的上方,泵(9)的出风口用管道与臭氧发生器(10)连接,臭氧发生器(10)出口由管道与臭氧进风口(3)连接,臭氧出风口(13)与泵(9)的进风口连接,臭氧进风口(3)、臭氧出风口(13)分别通过空心心套轴抽出,呈八字形,轴承加机械密封。当罐体(2)旋转时,臭氧进风口(3)、臭氧出风口(13)不随之旋转。罐体采用不锈钢材料。

1.双锥回转臭氧灭菌机,它包括带有进料口,出料口的罐体、支座、臭氧发生器、泵,其特征是:带有进料口、出料口的罐体中部是圆形,上、下两部各是锥形,进料口、出料口在罐体的上下两端;罐体内臭氧进风口和臭氧出风口采用空心套轴结构,空心套轴通过轴承及轴承座固定支撑在支座上,轴承加机械密封,罐体由电动机带动旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双锥回转臭氧灭菌机,其特征是:臭氧进风口和臭氧出风口呈八字形,臭氧进风口与臭氧发生器的出口采用不锈钢管连接,臭氧出风口用不锈钢管与泵的进口连接;臭氧发生器的进口与泵的出口连接,臭氧进风口与臭氧出风口均不随罐体旋转。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双锥回转臭氧灭菌机,其特征是:罐体由电动机通过皮带减速机构带动作断续式或连续式旋转。
