本发明涉及一种生物医药制备的搅拌装置,包括桶体,左进料口,顶置电动机,顶置减速装置,右进料口,套轴,方形框,弧形搅拌桨,底置电动机,底置减速装置,内旋转轴,垂直搅拌桨,出料口以及万向轮。所述顶置发动机与顶置减速装置连接,顶置减速装置与套轴连接,套轴与方形框连接,方形框上设有弧形搅拌桨,弧形搅拌桨设在方形框的对角位置;所述的桶体下部设有底置发动机,底置发动机与底置减速装置连接,底置减速装置与内旋转轴连接,内旋转轴上设有垂直搅拌桨,垂直搅拌桨设置在桶体的中央位置;所述的套轴与内旋转轴同心设置。本发明在现有的搅拌设备的基础上,提出了一种搅拌均匀,效率高,省时省力,且安全性能高的搅拌设备。

一种生物医药制备的搅拌装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物制药设备,尤其是涉及一种生物医药制备用的搅拌装置。
背景技术
生物制药原料以天然的生物材料为主,包括微生物、人体、动物、植物、海洋生物等。在生物制药领域,常常需要将各种不同类型的原料药混合在一起,经过一系列的反应后,然后通过分离方法将各种原料药分离,进而提取到所需要的生物医药。在分离方法中,搅拌操作是比较常见的一种分离方法。在生物制药领域,搅拌设备应用也比较广泛,在分离固、液态的混合医药时尤为常用。当前多数搅拌设备的搅拌方法都是搅拌罐进行搅拌,由于搅拌的工艺比较简单,搅拌效果往往不是太理想,而对于某种特殊要求的医药,搅拌设备的搅拌效果将直接影响后续加工工艺的操作,对产品的品质也起着绝对性作用。另外,有的搅拌设备密封性比较高,操作往往也比较困难,设备存在可操作性比较差等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种过滤效率高,操作简单,且操作性强的过滤设备。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种生物医药制备用的搅拌装置,主要包括桶体,左进料口,顶置电动机,顶置减速装置,右进料口,套轴,方形框,弧形搅拌桨,底置电动机,底置减速装置,内旋转轴,垂直搅拌桨,出料口以及万向轮。所述的桶体上部设置有顶置电动机与左进料口与右进料口,顶置电动机与顶置减速装置连接,顶置减速装置与套轴连接,套轴与方形框连接,方形框上设置有一对弧形搅拌桨,一对弧形搅拌桨上部与下部分别设置在方形框的对角位置;所述桶体的下部设置有底置发动机,底置发动机与底置减速装置连接,底置减速装置与内旋转轴连接,内旋转轴上设置有垂直搅拌桨,垂直搅拌桨设置在桶体的中央位置;所述的套轴与内旋转轴同心设置,套轴可绕内旋转轴旋转,所述的桶体中下部设置有出料口,桶体底部设置有万向轮,万向轮可使整个装置自由移动。
所述的左进料口与右进料口分别与外部物料输送机连接,原料药通过进料口分别从桶体的左、右端进入桶体相混合,当混合物料较少不足以装满整个桶体时,此时启动顶置电动机,顶置电动机通过顶置减速装置带动套轴旋转,套轴转动带动其上的方形框旋转,进而带动其上设置的弧形搅拌桨转动,弧形搅拌桨的旋转使混合液体混合,达到搅拌的目的;当混合物料充分充满整个桶体时,此时,一方面启动顶置电动机,使弧形搅拌桨工作,另一方面启动底置电动机,底置电动机通过底置减速装置带动内旋转轴转动,进而带动垂直搅拌桨的旋转,设置在桶体中央位置的垂直搅拌桨能够搅拌弧形搅拌桨搅拌不到的桶体中部区域的混合物料,从而达到充分混合的目的;充分混合的物料从出料口流到下一道加工工序,桶体下部设置的万向轮可使整个装置自由移动,从而提高了装置的可移动性。

本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种生物医药制备用的搅拌装置,主要包括桶体1,左进料口2,顶置电动机3,顶置减速装置4,右进料口5,套轴6,方形框7,弧形搅拌桨8,底置电动机9,底置减速装置10,内旋转轴11,垂直搅拌桨12,出料口13以及万向轮14。所述的桶体1上部设置有顶置电动机3与左进料口2与右进料口5,顶置电动机3与顶置减速装置4连接,顶置减速装置4与套轴6连接,套轴6与方形框7连接,方形框7上设置有一对弧形搅拌桨8,一对弧形搅拌桨8上部与下部分别设置在方形框7的对角位置;所述桶体1的下部设置有底置发动机9,底置发动机9与底置减速装置10连接,底置减速装置10与内旋转轴11连接,内旋转轴11上设置有垂直搅拌桨12,垂直搅拌桨12设置在桶体1的中央位置;所述的套轴6与内旋转轴11同心设置,套轴6可绕内旋转轴11旋转,所述的桶体1中下部设置有出料口13,桶体1底部设置有万向轮14,万向轮14可使整个装置自由移动。
所述的左进料口2与右进料口5分别与外部物料输送机连接,原料药通过进料口分别从桶体的左、右端进入桶体相混合,当混合物料较少不足以装满整个桶体1时,此时启动顶置电动机3,顶置电动机3通过顶置减速装置4带动套轴6旋转,套轴6转动带动其上的方形框7旋转,进而带动其上设置的弧形搅拌桨8转动,弧形搅拌桨8的旋转使混合液体混合,达到搅拌的目的;当混合物料充分充满整个桶体1时,此时,一方面启动顶置电动机3,使弧形搅拌桨8工作,另一方面启动底置电动机9,底置电动机9通过底置减速装置10带动内旋转轴11转动,进而带动垂直搅拌桨12的旋转,设置在桶体1中央位置的垂直搅拌桨12能够搅拌弧形搅拌桨8搅拌不到的桶体中部区域的混合物料,从而达到充分混合的目的;充分混合的物料从出料口13流到下一道加工工序,桶体1下部设置的万向轮14可使整个装置自由移动,从而提高了装置的可移动性。

1.一种生物医药制备用的搅拌装置的工作方法,其特征在于:该搅拌装置包括桶体(1),左进料口(2),顶置电动机(3),顶置减速装置(4),右进料口(5),套轴(6),方形框(7),弧形搅拌桨(8),底置电动机(9),底置减速装置(10),内旋转轴(11),垂直搅拌桨(12),出料口(13)以及万向轮(14),所述的桶体(1)上部设置有顶置电动机(3)与左进料口(2)与右进料口(5),顶置电动机(3)与顶置减速装置(4)连接,顶置减速装置(4)与套轴(6)连接,套轴(6)与方形框(7)连接,方形框(7)上设置有一对弧形搅拌桨(8),一对弧形搅拌桨(8)上部与下部分别设置在方形框(7)的对角位置;所述桶体(1)的下部设置有底置电动机(9),底置电动机(9)与底置减速装置(10)连接,底置减速装置(10)与内旋转轴(11)连接,内旋转轴(11)上设置有垂直搅拌桨(12),垂直搅拌桨(12)设置在桶体(1)的中央位置;所述的套轴(6)与内旋转轴(11)同心设置,套轴(6)可绕内旋转轴(11)旋转,所述的桶体(1)中下部设置有出料口(13),桶体(1)底部设置有万向轮(14);
