本实用新型涉及一种油泵附件，特别涉及一种能够防止油液渗漏的油箱。
背景技术
现有的油泵用油箱包括箱体、箱盖，箱体一侧有通油孔，箱体口边有通气孔，这样的油箱如果侧置或倒置，油箱中的液体就会倒流出来，因此使用很不方便。特别是用于便携式液压工具中，由于使用时油箱常会侧放或倒置，就常会发生漏油现象，污染环境，也给工作带来麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的上述缺陷而提供一种防渗漏油箱，以达到全方位放置而不会渗漏油液的目的。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：
一种防渗漏油箱，包括箱体和盖，盖上有一内伸通道，通道上连接内为通道、头部带狭小通道的弹性体。
弹性体头部最好为V字形，这样的结构受压均匀，因此在油液的压力下密封得更好。
采用弹性体的目的在于使V字形头部形成的通道孔有一定的弹性变化，能够适应使用要求。弹性体最好采用橡胶，也可采用其他弹性物质。弹性体其实质是起单向进气作用，如同一个单向进气阀。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于可以在不同的条件下使用，能够做到不渗漏油液，方便操作。尤其适用于便携式液压工具中，可以随意使用而不会发生油箱漏油现象，避免污染环境。

以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示，油箱由箱体5、箱盖2等组成，箱体5与箱盖2由密封圈3密封，箱盖2有内伸的通道，通道上连接头部为V字形的橡胶阀门4，箱盖外侧上还有螺母罩1，螺母罩1底部设有凹槽，空气可从凹槽处进入箱盖的通孔内而进入油箱5内，与油箱内空间6相通。螺母罩1主要是防灰尘等杂物落入箱盖的通道内。
当油泵不工作时，橡胶阀门4的狭小通道在自身弹性力的作用下保持闭合状态。当油泵倒置时，橡胶阀门的狭小通道在油压的作用下闭合的更紧密，从而防止油液7从通道中泄漏出去。
当油泵工作时，油液7从油箱吸出，油箱内产生负压，油壶内的负压随油量减少而增加，当负压增大到一定程度时，橡胶阀门由外部的空气压力克服油压和橡胶阀的弹力而打开，空气被吸入，从而达到消除真空的目的。

2、如权利要求1所述的防渗漏油箱，其特征在于：所述的弹性体的头部为V字形。
3、如权利要求2所述的防渗漏油箱，其特征在于：所述的弹性体为橡胶。
4、如权利要求1至3所述的任一防渗漏油箱，其特征在于：所述的盖上还有防尘罩，防尘罩内有通道与箱盖通道相通。
