技术背景:现在市场上企业广泛使用的灯头压制玻璃设备均采用履带式自动压玻机,该设备结构比较简单,维修也比较方便,冲片吸片,灯壳装模,玻璃料装模,压制成型均能一次完成,且产品合格率较高。但也存在一些缺陷,如生产率不能进一步提高,工作效率低。为了克服以上缺陷,进一步提高工作效益,本实用新型提供一种全新的设计方法,能够进一步有效地提高设备的工作效益。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,履带式自动压玻机是有压料下模,下模链板,方轮,冲片吸片模,灯壳装模,玻璃料装模等部件所组成,其特征在于:所述的履带式自动压玻机的压料下模,冲片吸片模,灯壳装模,玻璃料装模的模位均为4个下模。采用4个下模的模位可以比原先设计的3个下模的模位大幅度提高其生产率,降低生产成本,且产品的合格率不受影响。

具体实施方式:在图1中,履带式自动压玻机是有压料下模1,下模链板2,方轮3,冲片吸片模4,灯壳装模5,玻璃料装模6等部件所组成,其特征在于:所述的履带式自动压玻机的压料下模1,冲片吸片模4,灯壳装模5,玻璃料装模6的模位均为4个下模。本实用新型的下模均安装在下模链板2上,下模链板2在方轮3的带动下旋转,首先有冲片吸片模4将铜接触片放入下模内,下一道工序将灯壳装模5,灯壳装模后将玻璃料装模6,下一道工序是将玻璃料装模6的下模在链板运动方向7的作用下经上模压制成型模8的压制下成型,形成合格产品,在方轮3的带动下成品下模9。该产品设计时,充分挖掘了设备的潜能,最大量的提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,具有广泛的实用价值。
