Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种双面插背板,该双面插背板的一面按照槽位宽度设置有一个或一个以上前背板连接器,该双面插背板的另一面按照槽位宽度设置有一个或一个以上后背板连接器,所述前背板连接器和相邻的后背板连接器位于双面插背板同一水平高度上且依次左右错开;所述前背板连接器和后背板连接器为相同规格且插针定义相同的背板连接器。本实用新型的这种双面插背板,实现了前、后单板的通用,在背板设计、生产、背板加工生产等方面都没有特殊要求,降低了生产成本和工程难度。同时前、后单板相同,降低了单板的设计成本。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及通信设备的背板技术,特别涉及一种双面插背板。
背景技术
目前,随着通信系统对集成度提高的要求,采用双面插背板来直接倍增槽位数目成为背板技术的发展潮流。槽位数目的倍增,使系统业务在单板上的配置粒度可以更好的进行平衡,直接带来设计的灵活性和可靠性,同时也为多产品集成提供了可能性。
参见图1,图1为现有技术双面插背板与单板的连接示意图。其中,前单板100通过插头101插入双面插背板110的前背板连接器111,后单板120通过插头121插入双面插背板110后背板连接器112。如图1所示,前单板100和其对应的后单板120前后正对,而前背板连接器111和后背板连接器112不在同一水平高度上,前单板100的插头101和后单板120的插头121也不在同一水平高度上,即上下错开,虽然前背板连接器111和后背板连接器112的接口插针定义可以相同,但是它们的上下位置不同,所以,前单板100和后单板120不能在双面插背板上通用。
可见,这种双面插背板有一个难以克服的缺点:前、后槽位的单板不能通用,本质上类似于两框背靠背集成。
针对上述缺点,出现了采用专用背板连接器实现前后槽位单板通用的设计思想。
参见图2,图2为现有技术的通用双面插背板与单板的设计示意图。其中,前单板200通过插头201插入双面插背板210的前背板连接器211,后单板220通过插头221插入双面插背板210的后背板连接器212。前背板连接器211和后背板连接器212都包含电源接口和信号接口,在同一水平高度上,前背板连接器211和后背板连接器212的接口插针定义相同,所以,前单板200和后单板220可以在背板上通用。
其中,双面插背板210上的前背板连接器211、后背板连接器212采用相同的专用背板连接器,且前后、上下完全对齐,前背板连接器211的插针和后背板连接器212的插针压接深度必须小于或接近等于背板厚度的一半,相互绝缘。
上述这种双面插背板,对双面插背板的电路板要求相当高,厚度误差要求非常小,否则不能保证专用背板连接器压接深度小于或接近等于背板厚度的一半和相互绝缘。由于这种背板连接器的专用性,以及采用这种连接器的背板印刷电路板设计、生产、背板加工等都有特殊要求,直接带来高成本和工程难度大等难以克服的困难,所以这种双面插背板目前只处于设计思想阶段,还不能在实际生产中得以实现,无法得到广泛地应用。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双面插背板,实现前后单板的通用,降低双面插背板的设计和生产难度,同时降低单板的设计成本。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案具体是这样实现的:
一种双面插背板,该双面插背板的一面按照槽位宽度设置有一个或一个以上前背板连接器,该双面插背板的另一面按照槽位宽度设置有一个或一个以上后背板连接器,所述前背板连接器和相邻的后背板连接器位于双面插背板同一水平高度上且依次左右错开;所述前背板连接器和后背板连接器为相同规格且插针定义相同的背板连接器。
所述前背板连接器和相邻的后背板连接器可以共占一个槽位的宽度。
所述的每个前、后背板连接器可以包含电源接口连接器和信号接口连接器。
所述的电源接口连接器和信号接口连接器均可以为普通的背板连接器。
所述每个前、后背板连接器的上、下端可以分别包含导向/防误销。
由本实用新型的技术方案可见,本实用新型的这种双面插背板,将前、后背板连接器左右错开,采用普通的背板连接器就可以方便地实现了前、后单板的通用。且本实用新型的这种双面插背板,在背板印刷电路板设计、生产、背板加工生产等方面都没有特殊要求,降低了生产成本和工程难度。同时,前、后单板通用,降低了单板的设计成本。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例和附图,对本实用新型进一步详细说明。
本实用新型的双面插背板,不必须采用双面插背板专用连接器,可以采用比较窄的背板连接器,本实施例中选择了普通的ZD连接器,两个连接器的宽度之和大致等于一个槽位宽,本实用新型并不要求两个连接器的宽度之和精确等于一个槽位宽,这样本实用新型可以选择多种普通连接器来实现,方法简单、灵活。
参见图3,图3为本实用新型一个较佳实施例的双面插背板的俯视示意图。其中,在双面插背板300的大致一个槽位距离内,前背板连接器301占据左半部分,后背板连接器311占据右半部分;也可以是前背板连接器301占据右半部分,后背板连接器311占据左半部分。
如果一个槽位间距不够两个背板连接器的宽度,将前、后槽位恰当左右错开,保证两面连接器能够水平安装即可。一般双面插背板的前、后背板连接器都采用公头连接器,单板上采用母头连接器。
参见图4,图4为图3所示实施例的双面插背板的前视示意图。本实施例的双面插背板的前、后背板连接器都包含了电源接口连接器和信号接口连接器,其中信号连接器是普通的ZD连接器。如图4所示,本实施例的双面插背板400的前背板连接器包含电源接口连接器401和信号接口连接器402,电源接口连接器401位于信号接口连接器402的上方,也可以是电源接口连接器401在下,信号接口连接器402在上,只要保证背板连接器的接口插针定义与单板的接口插针定义一致即可。图4中,403为后背板连接器的电源接口连接器、404为后背板连接器的信号接口连接器,它们与前背板连接器的电源接口连接器401和信号接口连接器402相同,并在同一水平高度上,并且相同接口插针定义的定义完全一致。
为了单板能够准确地插入双面插背板的前、后背板连接器,本实施例在每个前、后背板连接器的上、下端分别设置了导向/防误销,也可以根据实际情况在其他部位设置导向/防误销。
可见,本实施例双面插背板的前、后背板连接器水平位置相同、插针的定义一致,使得前、后单板不需要分别设计,前、后背板连接器一般为公头,因此只要单板上的连接器用与前、后背板连接器公头对应的连接器母头就可以了,保证了前、后单板通用,降低了单板的设计成本。
另外,本实施例双面插背板的前背板连接器和后背板连接器的数目根据通信业务的实际需要可以相同也可以不相同。
由上述的实施例可见,本实用新型的这种双面插背板,采用普通的背板连接器就可以方便地实现前、后单板的通用。本实用新型的这种双面插背板,在背板印刷电路板设计、生产、背板加工生产等方面都没有特殊要求,降低了生产成本和工程难度。同时,前、后单板通用,降低了单板的设计成本。
Claims (5)
1、一种双面插背板,该双面插背板的一面按照槽位宽度设置有一个或一个以上前背板连接器,该双面插背板的另一面按照槽位宽度设置有一个或一个以上后背板连接器,其特征在于:所述前背板连接器和相邻的后背板连接器位于双面插背板同一水平高度上且依次左右错开;所述前背板连接器和后背板连接器为相同规格且插针定义相同的背板连接器。
2、如权利要求1所述的双面插背板,其特征在于:所述前背板连接器和相邻的后背板连接器共占一个槽位的宽度。
3、如权利要求1所述的双面插背板,其特征在于:所述的每个前、后背板连接器包含电源接口连接器和信号接口连接器。
4、如权利要求3所述的双面插背板,其特征在于:所述的电源接口连接器和信号接口连接器均为普通的背板连接器。
5、如权利要求1所述的双面插背板,其特征在于:所述每个前、后背板连接器的上、下端分别包含导向/防误销。
