本实用新型涉及燃油燃气机械技术领域,特别是一种燃油燃气发动机械或炉具用的环保节能磁化喷嘴。该磁化喷嘴由壳体、磁环和喷嘴构成,在壳体内的一端装有磁环,磁环中间设有喷嘴。该磁化喷嘴安装在燃油燃气发动机械或炉具的燃烧室前的油路或气路上,燃油燃气进入壳体经磁环作用碳化氢元素进行磁离子化,再由喷嘴进燃烧室与空气中氧气充分结合,更完全燃烧,达到节约能源,减少环境污染目的。本实用新型体轻巧小,不需改动原机械或炉具其它结构,只安装在燃烧室前的油路或气路上即可,宜于实施,而且节能效果明显,废气排放量大幅度降低。

(一)技术领域:本实用新型涉及燃油燃气机械技术领域,特别是一种燃油燃气发动机械或炉具用的环保节能磁化喷嘴。
(二)背景技术:目前,无论是燃油燃气的发动机械,还是燃油燃气的炉具,都因燃料燃烧不充分而导致能源的浪费及环境的污染……
(三)发明内容:针对上述现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种燃油燃气发动机械或炉具用的环保节能磁化喷嘴,采用的技术方案是:本实用新型由壳体、磁环和喷嘴所构成,在壳体内的一端装有磁环,磁环中间设有喷嘴。磁环可由陶制锶元素等磁性材料所制成,可产生高达3000高斯的间隔磁通量,可抵受高达260℃高温和-55℃的低温。将本实用新型安装在燃油燃气的发动机械或炉具的燃烧室前的油路或气路上,燃油燃气进入壳体经磁环作用碳化氢元素进行磁离子化,再由喷嘴进燃烧室与空气中的氧充分结合,更完全燃烧,达到环保节能目的。
由于采取上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果在于:一是磁化后的燃油燃气燃烧充分,不但节约能源,尚减少环境污染。二是本实用新型体轻巧小,不需改动原燃油燃气发动机械或炉具其他结构,只安装在燃烧室前的油路或气路上即可,安装方便,宜于实施。经应用对比测试可知:安装本实用新型的比不安装的汽油节油率3.92~16.69%,柴油节油率9.20~13.71%,石油液化气和煤气节气率在10.08~16.01%,减少黑烟30%以上,降低CO和HC排放量一半以上。

(五)具体实施方式:下面结合附图,进一步阐述本实用新型的一种优选方式。参见图1可知,本实用新型是由壳体1、磁环2和喷嘴3所构成,在壳体1内的一端装有磁环2,磁环2中间设有喷嘴3。磁环2是由陶制锶元素磁性材料所制成。

1、一种环保节能磁化喷嘴由壳体(1)、磁环(2)和喷嘴(3)构成,其特征是在壳体(1)内的一端装有磁环(2),磁环(2)中间设有喷嘴(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的磁化喷嘴,其特征是磁环(3)可由陶制锶元素等磁性材料所制成。
