Abstract

一种滑动轴承,在铝基合金减摩材料基体的内孔表面涂覆铅、锡、铜合金减摩层,厚度为25~70μm。该滑动轴承耐疲劳性好,抗压强度高,又能保证跑合性、平顺性等综合性能,当减摩层遭到破坏时,也不会引起轴颈的损坏,可广泛用于气体压缩机、泵类及其它动力机械中,比起现有多层钢背瓦或铝基合金单层结构的滑动轴承,具有明显的进步。

本实用新型涉及一种滑动轴承。
背景技术
滑动轴承广泛用于气体压缩机、泵类及其它动力机械中,用以支承运动件,其强度、减摩性、耐疲劳性均有较高要求。目前,国内普遍使用的滑动轴承一般有两种类型:一种是用08F~15钢做瓦背,内孔有减摩合金涂层的双层或三层结构;一种是用含锡、铜、镍元素的铝基合金的单层结构。前者在使用过程中,一旦减摩层遭到破坏,会造成钢背与轴颈的直接接触,导致轴颈配合表面的严重损坏,而且其耐疲劳性较差,抗压强度较低;后者以单层材料既作基体,又起减摩作用,难以保证跑合性、平顺性等综合性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种耐疲劳性好、抗压强度高,又能保证跑合性、平顺性等综合性能,不会损坏轴颈配合面的滑动轴承。
本实用新型的技术方案是:滑动轴承的基体为铝基合金减摩材料,在铝基合金减摩材料基体的内孔表面涂覆铅、锡、铜合金减摩层。
上述减摩层厚25~70μm。
采用以上技术方案,由于在铝基合金减摩材料的基体上涂覆铅、锡、铜合金减摩层,因而既能提高滑动轴承的耐疲劳性、抗压强度,又能保证跑合性、平顺性等综合性能;当减摩层遭到破坏时,因基体为减摩材料,不会引起轴颈的损坏。

如图,滑动轴承的基体1为含锡、铜、镍元素的铝基合金减摩材料,轴承内孔表面镀上一层铅、锡、铜合金减摩层2,其厚度为50μm左右。
