技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是包装机械领域中瓦楞纸板生产设备中的瓦楞辊,它也是价格最昂贵的易损部件,具体是一种碳化硅—铬纳米陶陶瓷镀层的瓦楞辊。
背景技术
在包装行业上广泛使用的瓦楞纸是用瓦楞辊加工而成的,进品的瓦楞辊使用寿命为3000万延长米,国产仅为600万延长米,目前国内采用的是在瓦楞辊工作表面进行镀硬铬表面处理,由于表面硬度较低,疲劳强度不高,耐磨性能差,使用寿命不高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有的瓦椤辊耐磨性能低,使用寿命较短的问题,提供一种碳化硅—铬纳米陶瓷镀层的瓦楞辊,它克服了现有的瓦椤辊上述的不足,它具有耐磨性和比镀硬铬高,使用寿命比镀硬铬长。
本实用新型的目是这样实现的:一种碳化硅—铬纳米陶瓷镀层的瓦楞辊,包括瓦楞辊基材的工作表面上具有0.08-0.01mm厚的碳化硅—铬纳米陶瓷镀层,碳化硅—纳米陶瓷镀层由三层构成;第一层是与瓦楞辊基材牢固结合的离子扩散层,第二层为与第一层结合的底层,最外层为与底层结合的碳化硅—铬纳米陶瓷镀层。
所述的瓦楞辊基材为38CrMoAL经过氮化处理的基材或是其它合金钢或合金铸铁或45#钢经过表面淬火的基材。
本实用新型碳化硅—铬纳米陶瓷镀层的瓦楞辊与原来的镀硬铬瓦楞辊相比:耐磨性提高了3.7倍,使用寿命提高了3倍以上,成本降低一半。

实施例
一种碳化硅-铬纳米陶瓷镀层的瓦楞辊,如图1、2所示,它包括:瓦楞辊基材1,瓦楞辊基材1是采用38CrMoAL经过氮化处理的基材,也可以采用其它合金钢或合金铸铁、45#钢经过表面淬火的基材,瓦楞辊基材1的工作表面固接一层0.08-0.10mm厚的碳化硅—铬纳米陶瓷镀层2,碳化硅—铬纳米陶瓷镀层2由三层构成;第一层是与瓦楞辊基材1牢固结合的离子扩散层3,第二层是与第一层相结合的底层4,最外一层是与底层4结合的碳化硅—铬纳米陶瓷镀层5。
碳化硅—纳米陶瓷镀层是以铬为基质金属弥散均匀分布着810粒/mm2的30纳米粒径碳化硅。
本实用新型与原来镀硬铬瓦楞辊相比的优点是耐磨性提高3.7倍,使用寿命提高了3倍以上,成本降低一半。

1、一种碳化硅-铬纳米陶瓷镀层的瓦楞辊,其特征在于:瓦楞辊基材(1)的工作表面上具有0.08-0.01mm厚的碳化硅-铬纳米陶瓷镀层(2),碳化硅-铬纳米陶瓷镀层由三层构成;第一层是与瓦楞辊基材牢固结合的离子扩散层(3),第二层为与第一层结合的底层(4),最外层为与底层结合的碳化硅-铬纳米陶瓷镀层(5)。
2、如权利在求1所述的碳化硅-铬纳米陶瓷镀层的瓦楞辊,其特征在于:所述的瓦楞辊基材(1)为38CrMoAL经过氮化处理的基材或是其它合金钢或合金铸铁或45#钢经过表面淬火的基材。
