背景技术：现有轧油机的轧辊都是一体的，比较笨重，维护起来不方便，表面磨损需整体更换，成本高，近来有人发明了套环式轧圈，把这种轧圈套在已经磨损的轧辊外面并且用胶粘固，结果由于外力的作用经常会使轧圈松动，边角剥落，报废。
发明内容：为了解决现有技术所存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种改进的组合式轧辊，它可以提高轧辊的表面质量，降低轧辊的生产成本、互换性强、维护方便、使用寿命长。本实用新型包括有主轴1、支撑圆板2、轧圈4、螺栓3；支撑圆板2套在主轴1上，支撑圆板2与主轴1各开有键槽5，键6镶在键槽5中，轧圈4固定在支撑圆板2的外缘上，支撑圆板2之间用螺栓3相互紧固，每两个相邻的支撑圆板2之间固定一个轧圈4。本实用新型由于采用组合式结构，制造工艺简单，成本降低，轧辊表面的质量得到了提高，轧圈之间贴合紧密，没有缝隙，维护保养轻巧方便，提高了生产率，因轧辊面(即轧圈)可单个更换，故其使用寿命延长。
