Abstract
一种皮带轮的高合器装置,其特征是在皮带轮(11)的内腔设有可互相啮合分离的高合头(9、10),弹簧(8)位于离合头(9)与压板(12)之间,皮带轮(11)与离合头(10)的转轴(13)之间设有轴承(2),和离合头(9)相连的升降杆(6)上具有一离合杆(7)。当拉起操纵杠杆(7)时,离合头(9)与离合头(10)分离,皮带轮(11)逐渐停止转动。若松开操纵杠杆时,在弹簧力的作用下两离合头又互相啮合,从而通过滑键(3)带动皮带轮旋转。

技术领域
本使用新型涉及一种皮带轮的结构改进。
背景技术
在众多的机械转动设备中,很多都是通过皮带轮及皮带而带动设备转动的。若要更换装卸皮带时,只有等停机后才能进行,严重影响着生产效率。如果停机后换好皮带再开机,往往会因所带负载太大而不能及时达到所需转速。而对一些不宜停机可又急需更换皮带的情况,都是由有经验的工人在不停机的状态下更换。这样就很容易发生工伤事故,轻则会被皮带夹掉手指,严重的还会导致生命安全。
实用新型的内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是为了克服现有皮带轮结构上的不足,而提供一种可以在发动机正常运转下即可很安全、容易地更换皮带的离合装置。
本实用新型的技术改进是:在皮带轮的内腔设有可互相啮合分离的离合头,弹簧位于离合头与压板之间,皮带轮与离合头的转轴之间设有轴承,和离合头相连的升降杆上具有一离合杆。
本实用新型的进一步技术改进是:压板由螺钉与皮带轮固定,离合头通过转轴与联轴器相连;离合头与皮带轮之间设有滑键;弹簧套在升降杆外面。
与背景技术相比,本实用新型的设计构思合理,结构简单,利用两个离合头的结合与分离,既可保证皮带轮随发动机或电动机同时转动,又能使皮带轮与发动机或电动机短时间分离而进行皮带的快速更换,使皮带更换工作更加安全可行,不影响设备的正常运转,进而提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,本实用新型主要是在皮带轮11中心设有一内腔,在这个内腔中装有两个对应的离合头9、10,其中离合头9上带有升降杆6,升降杆6外套有弹簧8,离合头9与皮带轮11之间安有一滑键3。与离合头9既可啮合又能分离的离合头10通过转轴13与联轴器1相接。在皮带轮11与转轴13之间装有轴承2。皮带轮11的一侧由螺钉5固定有压板12,升降杆6伸出压板12外,升降杆6的端头通过销轴连接一离合杠杆7。弹簧8位于压板12与离合头9之间。
在发动机或电动机高速转动的情况下,只要拉动操纵杠杆7的一端,其另一端就会顶在压板12上。当继续向上用力时,操纵杠杆7通过杠杆力就拉动升降杆6并克服弹簧8力的作用而使离合头9与正在旋转的离合头10分离。此时,联轴器1、转轴13及轴承2的内圈还在继续运转,而皮带轮11则逐渐停止转动,即可进行皮带的更换工作。换好皮带后放松操作杠杆7,在弹簧8力作用下离合头9又与正在旋转的离合头10啮合,并通过滑键3带动皮带轮同速转动。
Claims (5)
1、一种皮带轮的离合装置,其特征是在皮带轮(11)的内腔设有可互相啮合分离的离合头(9、10),弹簧(8)位于离合头(9)与压板(12)之间,皮带轮(11)与离合头(10)的转轴(13)之间设有轴承(2),和离合头(9)相连的升降杆(6)上具有一离合杆(7)。
2、如权利要求1所述皮带轮的离合装置,其特征是压板(12)由螺钉(5)与皮带轮(11)固定。
3、如权利要求1所述皮带轮的离合装置,其特征是离合头(10)通过转轴(13)与联轴器(1)相连。
4、如权利要求1所述皮带轮的离合装置,其特征是离合头(9)与皮带轮(11)之间设有滑键(3)。
5、如权利要求1所述皮带轮的离合装置,其特征是弹簧(8)套在升降杆(6)外面。
