Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种带激光对准装置的曲线锯,该激光对准装置包含外壳、装在外壳内的激光发射器、装在激光对准装置外壳上的独立于曲线锯主电源开关的控制开关、作为激光发射器的电源的内置式电池,开启激光对准装置的开关,则激光对准装置可以向锯片前面的工件上发出一束光线,该光线与锯片成面对齐,这样,只要将该光线与预先画在被加工件上的目标切割线对齐,即可使锯片沿着预定的切割线进行锯切。

Description

带激光对准装置的曲线锯
本实用新型涉及一种带激光对准装置的曲线锯。
现有的曲线锯主要是通过电机带动锯片上下往复运动,用以切割木材、钢板、塑料等。目前的曲线锯在切割时,利用锯片或底板前边缘上与锯片对齐的槽口来对齐被加工件上预先画好的目标切割线,从而进行预定的切割工作。这样的曲线锯有两个缺点。一是操作者必须集中注意力,将锯片对准锯片前面的目标切割线或将底板上的槽口对准紧靠槽口的目标切割线来完成预定的锯切工作,二是当锯切时产生的大量切屑堆积在锯片或槽口附近时,就会遮住目标切割线从而影响到锯片与切割线的对齐。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带激光对准装置的曲线锯,该激光对准装置可以发出一束光线,由于该线束是一条线段,将该光束与被加工件上锯片前的一段目标切割线对齐,就可以沿着预定的目标切割线进行锯切,这样操作者就不须将注意力集中于紧靠锯片前的目标切割线;同时,当有大量切屑堆积在锯片或槽口附近时,锯片与目标切割线的对齐不受影响。同时,该激光对准装置上有独立于曲线锯的主电源开关的一个开关,可以根据需要开启或关闭激光对准装置。
本实用新型的另一个目的是提供一种用内置式电池供电的激光对准装置。
本实用新型还有一个目的是解决激光对准装置的安装问题,提供一种不借助于工具即可拆装的激光对准装置,以便于在使用中可以很方便地更换电池。
本实用新型中的曲线锯,包含主机身、把手、主电源开关、锯片、电机、底板等,它还包括一个激光对准装置。
激光对准装置包含一个外壳,一个激光发射器,为激光发射器提供电源的电池,激光发射器可以包含一个激光二极管,及将二极管发出的光线转为一段光束的光学元件,该激光对准装置安装在曲线锯主机身的前面,这样,激光对准装置可以向锯片前面的被加工件发出一束光线,在锯片前面的被加工件上形成一条线段。该激光对准装置上还装有一个独立于曲线锯的主电源开关的开关,用于开启或关闭激光发射器。
在本实用新型中,曲线锯底板前缘的内侧可以有一个槽口,该槽口与锯片的面对齐,这样,激光对准装置沿着该槽口向锯片前的工件上发出一束光线,该光线也就同时与锯片对齐了。操作者只要将该光线与被加工件的表面上预先画好的目标切割线对齐,就可准确地进行锯切了。
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。

如图1所示,本实用新型的带激光对准装置的曲线锯,包含主机身1、把手2、锯片5、底板6、主电源开关8以及装在主机身1前面的激光对准装置3,还可以带一个外吸尘器连接口4,所述的激光对准装置3也有一个控制开关7,所述激光对准装置3还包含激光发射器14、作为激光发射器14的电源的电池19,只要按下控制开关7,就可以开启或关闭激光发射器14。启动控制开关7,激光对准装置就可以向锯片前的被加工件上射出一束光线11,激光对准装置3安装在主机身1上后,应确保该光线11与锯片5的面对齐。
如图2所示,在曲线锯的底板6的前缘12的内侧开有一个槽口9,该槽口9与锯片5的面对齐。这样,激光对准装置3就可以通过该槽口向锯片前面的被加工件上射出一束光线11。
如上所述,只要将激光对准装置3发出的光线11与预先画在被加工件10上的目标切割线对齐,即可以进行预定的锯切工作。
激光对准装置3可以用螺钉连接等方式安装固定在曲线锯上,也可以采用一种快装方式。如图3和图4所示,曲线锯的主机身1的前面为支承面16,激光对准装置3的开口侧边轮廓形状与所述支承面16的轮廓相吻合。所述支承面16的两侧各有一个凹槽17,所述凹槽17的下边有一个止口18,在激光对准装置3的外壳13的两侧边上各有一个向内侧翻的凸片15,所述凸片15的位置、形状刚好与所述凹槽17相吻合,将所述激光对准装置3的所述凸片15从上面与所述凹槽17对齐后向下插入凹槽17中,直到所述止口18阻挡住为止,这样就可以不借助于任何工具、且不需任何附加联接装置就可将激光对准装置3固定在曲线锯的主机身1上。
在上述快装方式中,为了使激光对准装置3与主机身的配合更好,还可以增加一些接合机构。如图3和图4所示,在主机身3的前面还有一个台阶24,当激光对准装置3上的凸片15达到止口18时,激光对准装置3的底面22刚好靠在该台阶24上,且底面22上的搭扣23正好卡在台阶24的凹槽27中;另外,在激光对准装置3的外壳13的顶上也有一个搭扣21扣在主机身1上的凹槽25中,这样可以使激光对准装置3与主机身1的接合缝尽可能小。另外,在凹槽17上可以有一个凸起26,在凸片15上对应的有一个凹口20,激光对准装置3插到位后,凸起26卡在凹口20中,起到更好的定位作用。
采用了激光对准装置,由于其所发出的光线有一定的长度,可以与很长一段目标切割线对齐,操作者就不需要集中注意力于紧靠锯片前的目标切割线实现锯片或槽口与目标切割线的对准,同时当锯切时产生的大量切屑堆积在锯片或槽口附近,遮住目标切割线时也不影响到锯片与切割线的对齐。
对于一个本行业的熟练的技术人员而言,本实用新型并不局限于上面所说明的示例,所述激光对准装置也并不仅局限于用电池作为电源,快装方式可以采用其它形式,激光对准装置也可以装在曲线锯上任何合适的地方。

Claims (4)

1.一种曲线锯,包括主机身(1)、把手(2)、锯片(5)、底板(6)、电源开关(8),其特征在于:在所述机身(1)的前部还装有一个激光对准装置(3),该激光对准装置(3)可以向被加工件(10)上发出一束光线(11)用于指示被切割线,该光线(11)与锯片(5)是对齐的。
2.如权利要求1所述的曲线锯,其特征在于:在底板(6)的前缘(12)的内侧有一个槽口(9),该槽口(9)与锯片(5)对齐,而激光对准装置(3)所发出的光束(11)通过所述槽口(9),同时与锯片(5)对齐。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的曲线锯,其特征在于所述的激光对准装置(3)包含外壳(13)、激光发射器(14)、激光对准装置的开关(7)及作为所述激光发射器(14)的电源的内置式电池(19)等,所述外壳(13)的两侧边上各有一个向内翻的凸片(15),曲线锯主机身(1)的前面为支承面(16),所述支承面(16)的两侧各有一个凹槽(17),所述凹槽(17)的下边有一个止口(18),所述凹槽(17)的形状与所述凸片(15)相适配,将所述外壳(13)的两侧边上的所述凸片(15)对准所述凹槽(17)往下插直到所述止口(18),这样就可以不借助于任何工具、不需任何附加联接装置即可将激光对准装置(3)固定在曲线锯的主机身(1)上。
4.如权利要求3所述的曲线锯,其特征在于:在所述主机身(1)的前面有一个台阶(24),所述台阶(24)上有凹槽(27),在主机身(1)的上面还有一个凹槽(25),另外,在所述凹槽(17)上还有一个凸起(26),而在激光对准装置(3)上分别在底面(22)上有对应于所述凹槽(27)的搭扣(23),在顶部有对应于所述凹槽(25)的搭扣(21),在所述凸片(15)上有对应于所述凸起(26)的凹口(20),这样就可以保证所述激光对准装置(3)插装到曲线锯的所述主机身(10上后,具有尽可能小的配合缝隙,同时也可以防松。
