Abstract

一种用于塑料件加热成形的瞬间加热铆合装置,由电源、时间继电器、加热片、绝缘棒和冷却气管组成,加热片通电发热后传给塑料件,使其软化、成形,适于铆合铝塑组合盖,铆压成形后塑料不反弹,塑料件和铝件不会松动,铆合可靠。

Description

瞬间加热铆合装置
本实用新型涉及一种用于塑料加热成形的瞬间加热铆合装置,尤其适合于铆合铝塑组合盖。
目前,公知的用于铆合铝塑组合盖的自动铆合机上的加热铆合装置是由电源部分、温度控制部分、电阻丝发热元件、铆合成形零件组成,电阻丝通电后发热,传递给铆合成形零件,铆合成形零件传热给铝塑组合盖的塑料件,塑料件得到热量后软化,在铆压力作用下将铝件和塑料件铆合成形,组合在一起,其特点是在塑料件成形过程中始终受热处于高温状态,不能冷却,当去除铆压力后,塑料件要反弹,不能保持铆合时的形状,塑料件和铝件要松动,铆合不可靠。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种铆合装置,在铝塑组合盖的铆合过程中,塑料件在瞬间得到足够的热量,塑料件软化、成形,同时由冷却气管通入冷却空气,在铆压力去除前冷却塑料件到常温状态,去除铆压力后塑料件不反弹,保持铆合的形状。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:用通电后能瞬间发热达高温的金属材料作成加热片,其形状与塑料件成形后的形状相同,加热片既是发热元件,又是铆合成形零件,将加热片、电源、时间继电器组成电路,在加热片与塑料件接触部位的背面安装冷却气管,给加热片瞬间通电(时间约为0.5-1秒),加热片发热达到塑料件软化的温度,在铆压力作用下使塑料件成形,同时通入冷却空气,在2-4秒内使塑料件冷却到常温,然后去除铆压力,铝件和塑料件铆合成形。
由于采用上述方案,铝塑组合盖在铆合完成后塑料件成形完好,不反弹,塑料件和铝件不会松动,铆合可靠。

在图2所示实施例中,加热片(3)固定在绝缘棒(7)上,加热片(3)与导线(6)固定,与电源(1)及时间继电器(2)组成电路,冷却气管(8)与绝缘棒(7)固定在一起,加热片(3)的形状作成塑料件成形后的形状,材料选用强度好、发热性能稳定的镍铬合金制作,绝缘棒(7)固定在自动铆合机上。

  1. 一种用于塑料件加热成形的瞬间加热铆合装置,由电源、时间继电器、加热片、绝缘棒和冷却气管组成,其特征是:加热片既是发热元件又是铆合成形零件,在加热片与塑料件接触部位的背面安装有冷却气管。
