目前,自行车轮胎上的充气装置一般采用气门嘴内放置带气门芯(橡胶)的气门,然而,该装置在充气时或受热爆晒,超载行驶,易使轮胎产生爆裂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,安装方便,有效的防止轮胎爆裂的装置。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:空腔气门嘴侧壁开有对称的卡口,其内放置上部两侧有卡舌,下部装有密封圈的锥形气门塞与内壁为锥形的气门嘴相靠接,气门嘴上端设有盖气门塞与气门盖之间放置弹簧
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单,安装方便,成本低,有效的防止各种车辆轮胎的爆裂,特别是防止机动车超载或行驶过快使轮胎爆裂,造成车毁人亡等事故的发生。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步评细描述。由图1可知,本实用新型是空腔气门嘴1侧壁开有对称的卡口,其内放置上部两侧有卡舌2,下部装有密封圈,3的锥形气门塞4与内壁为锥形的气门嘴1相靠接,气门嘴1上端设有盖5气门塞4与气门盖5之间放置弹簧6
所述的气门嘴1下部设有紧固装置7本实用新型通过紧固装置固定于两轮胎上,可将内轮胎进行充气,当轮胎内气体充足时,停止充气,如果充气过大时,该装置上设置的弹簧被气门塞顶起,减少气体对轮胎的压力,防止轮胎爆裂,同时,轮胎受热时,也同样防止轮胎爆裂,另外,气门盖与气门嘴通过螺纹连接,旋紧气门盖也起到控制内轮胎的充气量。

1、一种轮胎防爆装置,由内轮胎、气门嘴组成,其特征在于:空腔气门嘴(1)侧壁开有对称的卡口,其内放置上部两侧有卡舌(2),下部装有密封圈(3)的锥形气门塞(4)与内壁为锥形的气门嘴(1)相靠接,气门嘴(1)上端设有盖(5),气门塞(4)与气门盖(5)之间放置弹簧(6)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的轮胎防爆装置,其特征在于:气门嘴(1)下部设有紧固装置(7)固定于内轮胎(8)上。
