Abstract

一种天线组合,安装于电子装置壳体上以接收或发射信号,包括支架、天线单元、外壳及连接器单元。天线单元包括印刷电路板及设置在印刷电路板表面的天线本体,外壳安装在支架上用以收容天线单元。所述连接器单元包括线缆和与线缆一端相连的连接器,而线缆另一端则穿过支架与天线单元相连接。通过支架,该天线组合可在电子装置壳体上灵活组装或拆除,另外天线本体组设在外壳内部,这样可保证天线本体不被外界因素损坏。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种天线组合,尤其是指一种组装于电子装置上用于无线通信领域的天线组合。
【背景技术】
随着通信技术,尤其是无线局域网络(Wireless Loca1 Area Network,WLAN)的高速发展,越来越多的电子装置为了具备在局域网络内的无线电通信功能,通常装设天线用以发射及接收讯号。
但是,现有技术通常借助焊接操作或特殊工具,把天线单元直接焊接或用螺丝钉固定到电子装置上,这样不利于提高生产效率。且现有的天线单元通常处于暴露状态,因而易受外界因素损坏。
【发明内容】
本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构简单、易于拆装及有效保护天线不受外界损坏的天线组合。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:该天线组合包括支架、天线单元、外壳及连接器单元,其中天线单元包括印刷电路板及设置在印刷电路板表面的天线本体,外壳安装在支架上用以收容天线单元。所述连接器单元包括线缆和与线缆一端相连的连接器,而线缆另一端则穿过支架与天线单元相连接。通过支架,该天线组合可在电子装置壳体上灵活组装或拆除,另外天线本体组设于外壳内部,这样可保证天线本体不被外界因素损坏。
相较于现有技术,由于本实用新型通过支架安装在电子装置上,可很方便地从电子装置上组装或拆除;并且天线组合的外壳完全包覆天线本体,这样可保护天线本体的正常性能,并可防止外界因素损坏天线本体。

具体实施方式  请参阅图1及图2所示,本实用新型天线组合1包括天线单元10、支架11、外壳12及连接器单元13。
天线单元10包括矩形印刷电路板102及设在印刷电路板102表面的天线本体101。
支架11由金属片材一体冲压制成,包括主体部110、从主体部110一端垂直弯折的定位部111、从主体部110另一端凸设的突出部114及从主体部110一侧垂直弯折的若干固持部113。主体部110设有若干贯穿前后表面的第一固持孔112,定位部111与固持部113逆向弯折设置。定位部111的顶端设有开口116,每一固持部113上设有一个柱状部115。
外壳12是中空绝缘体,包括一端封闭而另一端开放设置的收容空间120及从收容空间120开放设置的一端两侧水平凸设的锁固部122。其中锁固部122贯穿设有第二固持孔121,所述第二固持孔121与第一固持孔112同轴设置。而且外壳12的内壁设有若干个楔形突块123,外壳12位于收容空间120内的四个内拐角各设有卡持部124。
连接器单元13包括同轴线缆130及连接器131,其中同轴线缆130穿过支架11连接天线单元10与连接器131。所述同轴线缆130作为射频馈线给天线单元10馈电,连接器131用以与射频电路(未图示)相连接。
请同时参阅图3及图4所示,组装时,将天线单元10置入外壳12的收容空间120内,使印刷电路板102卡持在突块123及卡持部124之间,此时天线单元10与支架11的主体部110平行。然后将外壳12置于支架11的主体部110的表面上,且使第一固持孔112与第二固持孔121对正,最后通过螺丝钉14穿过第一固持孔112及第二固持孔121,并用螺母15与之锁固,进而把外壳12固定在支架11上。
请参阅图5所示,将本实用新型组装到电子装置(在本实施例中为计算机2)壳体上时,固持支架11的定位部111将天线组合1安装于计算机2的机壳21的扩展槽(未标号)中。外壳12和支架11的前表面露在机壳21的外部,从而可保证天线本体101的通信不受机壳21的影响。
在本实施例中,天线组合1通过固持支架11的定位部111将其安装于计算机2的机壳21的扩展槽中,可很方便地从计算机2上组装或拆除;且天线组合1的外壳12完全包覆天线本体101,这样可保护天线本体101的正常性能,并可防止外界因素损坏天线本体101。

Claims (7)

1.一种天线组合,安装到电子装置壳体上,包括天线单元和连接器,其中天线单元包括印刷电路板及组设于印刷电路板上的天线本体,连接器安装于壳体内部且与天线单元电性连接,其特征在于:天线组合还包括支架和外壳,其中支架安装在电子装置壳体上,外壳包覆天线单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天线组合,其特征在于:外壳是绝缘体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的天线组合,其特征在于:外壳设有收容天线单元的收容空间,其内侧壁上设有若干突块,四个内拐角设有卡持部,通过突块和卡持部固定天线单元的印刷电路板,将天线单元收容于外壳的收容空间内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的天线组合,其特征在于:外壳固定于支架上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的天线组合,其特征在于:支架上设有若干第一固持孔,外壳设有与前述第一固持孔对应的第二固持孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的天线组合,其特征在于:天线单元由支架定位并位于电子装置壳体外部。
7.根据权利要求6所述的天线组合,其特征在于:连接器通过同轴线缆与天线单元连接,并且同轴线缆用做天线本体馈电的馈线。
