                      背景技术
茶叶的保存一般需要在茶叶包装袋中通过充填气体，以达到隔离空气、保证在较长时间内茶叶的质量。现在的充填气体一般都用手工充填，难度较大且操作不便；国外的充气装置结构复杂，价格昂贵。
                      发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单，操作方便且防氧化效果好的茶叶真空充氮机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案。这种茶叶真空充氮机，用于罩放茶叶包装袋的方箱的上部设有与之相连接的升降装置，方箱除底面开口外其余封闭，在底板上设有和氮气瓶、真空泵相连通的通孔。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案还可以进一步完善。所述的升降装置为在底板上连接有立柱和支架，方箱的侧面上设有能在立柱上滑动的靠模，方箱上设有丝杆、与丝杆相配合的丝杆螺母，丝杆螺母与皮带盘相连接。
本实用新型有益的效果是：由于采用了升降装置及罩放茶叶包装袋的方箱，在真空抽氧完毕的时侯，及时回送一种氮气的惰性气体，因而结构简单，操作方便且防氧化效果好。

下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。这种茶叶真空充氮机，用于罩放茶叶包装袋的方箱14的上部设有与之相连接的升降装置，方箱14除底面开口外其余封闭，在底板6上设有和氮气瓶4、真空泵5相连通的通孔。所述的升降装置为在底板6上连接有立柱7和支架11，方箱14的侧面上设有能在立柱7上滑动的靠模8，方箱14上设有丝杆10、与丝杆10相配合的丝杆螺母1，丝杆螺母1与皮带盘2相连接。丝杆螺母1外套装有轴承3、轴承座12和轴承盖13，丝杆10和方箱14之间设有缓冲弹簧9。工作原理：方箱14用于罩放茶叶包装袋，当方箱14在丝杆螺母1和丝杆10带动下向下运动，当和底板6密封时，真空泵5先抽真空，在真空抽完后，氮气瓶4向茶叶包装内冲氮气。

1、一种茶叶真空充氮机，其特征是用于罩放茶叶包装袋的方箱(14)的上部设有与之相连接的升降装置，方箱(14)除底面开口外其余封闭，在底板(6)上设有和氮气瓶、真空泵相连通的通孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的茶叶真空充氮机，其特征是所述的升降装置为在底板(6)上连接有立柱(7)和支架(11)，方箱(14)的侧面上设有能在立柱(7)上滑动的靠模(8)，方箱(14)上设有丝杆(10)、与丝杆(10)相配合的丝杆螺母(1)，丝杆螺母(1)与皮带盘(2)相连接。
