本实用新型公开了一种汽车节能降温装置,它是为解决目前低档客车缺少防暑降温措施,常使旅客发生中暑现象的问题而设计的。其特征是给汽车设一内顶盖,在内顶盖上放一层棉织物,棉织物上置喷水管,喷水管通过水泵与储水箱连接,其上方是加有保温层四周开有小窗的外顶盖即汽车顶盖。该装置本身几乎不使用车内能源,即可使车内温度大大降低,而且对环境没有任何污染。可用于中低档轿车、面包车、各种客、货车等车辆装设。

汽车节能降温装置
本实用新型涉及一种汽车节能降温装置。
目前客用汽车的防暑降温措施，高级一点的装空调，但票价较贵，耗能也大；而普通客、货连装电扇的都很少，主要靠开窗通风，因此常有旅客、司机中署现象发生。
本实用新型的目的是，提供一种汽车节能降温装置，该装置本身几乎不使用车内能源，即可使车内温度大大降低，而且对环境没有任何污染。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种汽车节能降温装置，其特征是在汽车内上方设一内顶盖，该内顶盖为一个四周带凸起的平顶，平顶上放一层棉织物，棉织物上是喷水管，该喷水管带有无数喷向棉织物的喷水孔并通过水泵与储水箱连接，喷水管上方是加有保温层的外顶盖即汽车顶盖，该外顶盖四周开有可随意开关的小窗。
根据上述方案实施的汽车节能降温装置，其工作原理是，水泵将储水箱的水通过喷水管润湿棉织物，使其吸满水分。而当车厢中的热量上升至内顶盖时就会逐渐被吸水层吸收，随着吸水层热量的聚集而在内、外顶盖的夹层中变成水蒸气，并随着空气的流动而从外顶盖的小窗口排出。如此循环下去，即达到给车厢降温的目的。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型靠保温隔热和水的自然蒸发降温，几乎不使用车内能源，即可使车内温度下降5-15℃，而且对环境没有任何污染。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作详细说明。

图2是图1中内顶盖的俯视图。
从图中可以看出，实施本实用新型需在汽车内的上方设一内顶盖1，有的车本身就有内顶盖，只要改装一下即可。内顶盖1为一四周带凸起的平顶，平顶上放一层棉织物2，棉织物2上是喷水管3，在喷水管3的下半部分打有无数带有一定角度的喷水孔，能保证喷出的水把整个棉织物2润湿，以使棉织物2上吸满水分用来蒸发降温。这里的喷水管3通过水泵与储水箱7连接，或者在水箱中直接使用潜水泵6。在具体实施中也可以在棉织物上安放湿度探测器，并与喷水管的控制电路联接以实现对棉织物的间断喷水。喷水管3上方是加有保温层的外顶盖4即汽车顶盖，该外顶盖4四周开有可随意开关的小窗5，当汽车不需要降温时，小窗5处于关闭状态。
本实用新型可用于中低档轿车、面包车、大、小客车以及各种货车等车辆装设。
