Abstract

一种木板用结合元件,在木板上预先钻设一定位孔后,配合以一其外周缘设以螺纹段,其内部末段设以六角埋头螺孔,其前段则再设以螺纹段而成的结合元件,而藉由该结合元件外周缘所设的螺纹段,结合元件前端周缘上再延设一嵌制定位座,将其内部前端设呈渐缩状,其最前段则环设数道嵌插环,其周缘沿轴向则设以数道沟槽;而与结合元件内部前段所设螺纹段配合的螺栓。当结合元件欲与另一工件结合,而以螺栓与结合元件内部前段螺纹段锁合前进时,结合元件可有效与定位孔结合迫紧锁固,不致发生松落的效果。

Description

木板用结合元件
本实用新型有关一种联接件,具体地讲是一种木板用结合元件的改良结构,系针对时下木板用结合元件在与木板上所预设的定位孔锁线,而后欲再与另一工件绩螺栓组合时,该结合元件往往无法有效锁固于定位孔内的缺失加以改良,特别是提供一种令整个结合元件可与木板上所预先钻设的定位孔作有效结合而不致松落的木板用结合元件。
现在,制造业为了节省制成品的仓储及搬运空间,并在流行DIY自已动手作的趋势下,使得很多物品最初制造时,便往往制成半成品,届时再由使用者加以自行组装完成,其中,有关以木板所制成的相关产品便是如此。请配合参阅图1、图2所示,即是在一般木板2上,先行钻设定位孔21,配合以一其外周缘的周径略大于该定位孔21,进于外周缘上设成螺纹段31,而其内部末段设呈六角埋头螺孔32,其内部的前段则再设以螺纹段33而成的结合元件3,提供便可藉由直接以手动或气动的六角扳手对设于结合元件3内部末段所设的六角埋头螺孔32作旋锁操控,而令整个结合元件3外周缘上所设的螺纹段31,因而可预先锁入固定于该木板2的定位孔21中,进而,当该木板2欲再与另一结合工件4结合时,提供使用者便仅须再以一螺栓5先行穿经该另一结合工件4并与结合元件3内部前段所设螺纹段33锁合,达到将两者锁固组合的效果。
上述该种结合元件3,其之所以能与木板2的定位孔21作预先锁固结合,最主要即是将其外周缘上所设的螺纹段31作与该定位孔21配合锁固。然,当该木板2欲再与另一结合工件4结合时,乃系同样藉由螺纹设计方式,而以一螺栓5改与设于结合元件3内部前段所设的螺纹段33作旋锁动作,所以,往往导致当若旋转设于结合元件3内部前段的螺纹段3 3时,将同时转动整个结合元件3外周缘所设的螺纹段31,造成整个结合元件3产生松动、甚至脱落的严重失产生,而有待改进。
本实用新型即是针对前述习用者的缺点和不尽理想之处,在保持习用者原有的优点为前提下加以改进。
本实用新型的主要目的,乃在提供一种木板用结合元件,当结合元件在先行固定于木板的预先定位孔内部中,欲与另一工件结合,而以螺栓与结合元件内部前段螺纹段锁合前进时,该螺栓的最前端即可直接朝嵌制定位座内部前端迫进,而将嵌制定位座向外扩张,迫使设以嵌制定位座最前段周缘环设的数道嵌插环强行嵌插入定位孔周壁中,结合元件即可有效与定位孔结合迫紧锁固,不致发生松落。
本实用新型的次一目的,仍系提供一种木板用结合元件,其中,整个木板用结合元件在操作过程中,亦如习用结合元件一样,便同样仅须直接以手动或气动的六角扳手对设于结合元件内部末段所设的六角埋头螺孔作旋锁操控,令结合元件外周缘上的螺纹段,即可预先锁入固定于该木板的定位孔中;进而,当该木板欲再与另一结合工件结合时,更亦是仅须以目前市售上早已经标准化的螺栓作直接配合使用,而穿经该另一结合工件并与结合元件内部前段所设螺纹段作锁合,亦即该螺栓并不因本实用新型的结合元件在结构上特殊创作,而须以另行开立模具所制造的特殊规格的螺栓加以配合,特别令整体结构在操作实施过程中,安装使用者不须因本结构的创作而需作相对安装、或操作、或工作流程上的任何改变,而皆以原操作、安装、流程即可实施的便利。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种木板用结合元件,在一般木板上预设定位孔,其结合元件主要系制成外周缘周径略大于该定位孔孔径,并于外周缘上设成螺纹段,其内部末段则设呈六角埋头螺孔,其内部前段则设以螺纹段,与一螺栓配合;其特征在于:自结合元件前端周缘再延设一嵌制定位座,其内部前端设呈渐缩状,其前段则环设数道嵌插环,其周缘沿轴向则设以数道沟槽。与结合元件内部前段所设螺纹段配合的螺栓,将其整体长度设呈较结合元件的整体长度略长。
本实用新型的效果是显著的,由于本实用新型的木板用结合元件,当结合元件在先行固定于木板的预先定位孔内部中,可直接朝嵌制定位座内部前端迫进,将嵌制定位座向外扩张,迫使设以嵌制定位座最前段周缘环设的数道嵌插环强行嵌插入定位孔周壁中,结合元件即可有效与定位孔结合迫紧锁固,不致发生松落。另外,整个木板用结合元件在操作过程中,亦如习用结合元件一样,同样仅须直接以手动或气动的六角扳手对设于结合元件内部末段所设的六角埋头螺孔作旋锁操控,因而仅须以目前市售上早已经标准化的螺栓作直接配合使用,该螺栓并不因本实用新型的结合元件在结构上特殊创作,而须以另行开立模具所制造的特殊规格的螺栓加以配合,特别令整体结构在操作实施过程中,安装使用者不须因本结构的创作而需作相对安装、或操作、或工作流程上的任何改变,而皆以原操作、安装、流程即可实施的便利。

首先,请配合参阅图3、图4、图5所示,本实用新型的木板用结合元件结构,主要仍是在一般木板2上预设定位孔21,而其结合元件3仍如先行将其制成外周缘的周径略大于该木板2上所预设的定位孔21孔径,并于外周缘上设成螺纹段31,而其内部末段则同样设呈六角埋头螺孔32,其内部前段则亦设以螺纹段33,而本实用新型的最主要特征乃在于:特别自结合元件3前端周缘上再延设一嵌制定位座34,将其内部前端设呈渐缩状35,其最前段则环设数道嵌插环36,其周缘沿轴向则设以数道沟槽37;而与结合元件3内部前段所设螺纹段33配合的螺栓5’,则将其整体长度A设呈较结合元件3的整体长度B略长,进与结合元件3配合。
藉由上述结构组成下,提供在操作实施过程中,安装使用者并不须因本结构的创作而需作相对安装、或操作、或工作流程上的任何改变,而皆以原操作、安装、流程即可实施的便利效果下,直接以手动或气动的六角扳手对设于结合元件3内部末端所设的六角埋头螺孔32作旋锁操控,而使整个结合元件3的外周缘上所设的螺纹段31,可预先锁人固定于该木板2的定位孔21中,如图4所示;进而,当该木板2欲再与另一结合工件4结合,而以螺栓5’与结合元件3内部前段螺纹段33锁合前进时,即可直接以该螺栓5’最前端51’朝嵌制定位座34内部前端迫进,而将嵌制定位座34向外扩张,迫使设以嵌制定位座34最前段周缘环设的数道嵌插环36强行嵌插入定位孔21周壁中,结合元件3即可有效与定位孔21结合迫紧锁固,不致发生松落的效果。
进而,请继续配合参阅图4、图5所示,结合元件3在其内部末段设以六角埋头螺孔32,进于其内部前段设以螺纹段33后,所再自结合元件3前端周缘上延设的嵌制定位座34,特别因嵌制定位座34内部并未设以任何螺纹段,再加上设呈渐缩段35,进再于其最前段环设数道嵌插环36,其周缘沿轴向再设以数道沟槽37。所以,当该木板2欲再与另一结合工件4结合时,使用者以该螺栓5’对结合元件3作锁合,使结合元件3即可有效嵌制固定于木板所预设的定位孔21下,即使当该木板2与该另一结合工件4因须要作分离而旋松螺栓5’时,因整个结合元件3前端所延设的嵌制定位座34,其最前段周缘所环设的数道嵌插环36因嵌制定位座34的形变而呈强行嵌插入定位孔21周壁的状态,而使结合元件3仍可保持有效嵌固定位而不致脱落的效果。
综上所陈,本实用新型较之习式结构确实具有简便效益的提升,尤特别提供木板用结合元件可与所预先钻设的定位孔作有效结合而不致脱落的效果。

Claims (2)

1.一种木板用结合元件,在一般木板上预设定位孔,其结合元件主要系制成外周缘周径略大于该定位孔孔径,并于外周缘上设成螺纹段,其内部末段则设呈六角埋头螺孔,其内部前段则设以螺纹段,与一螺栓配合;其特征在于:自结合元件前端周缘再延设一嵌制定位座,其内部前端设呈渐缩状,其前段则环设数道嵌插环,其周缘沿轴向则设以数道沟槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木板用结合元件,其特征在于,与结合元件内部前段所设螺纹段配合的螺栓,将其整体长度设呈较结合元件的整体长度略长。
