燃油磁化体
本实用新型涉及一种燃油磁化装置,特别是一种发动机燃油磁化体。
目前,为提高发动机燃油热效和减少污染,燃油磁化技术已为公知技术被广泛应用。一般技术是在发动机的油管上装置燃油磁化装置。如中国专利,“发动机燃油磁化净化节油器”,专利号:97236441.2。其技术结构为两个对称壳体,内嵌一组磁块,外部采用一尼龙带捆扎固定在油管上。其壳体接触油管的部位是一固定R度的弧形圆槽,所以不适应于不同直径的油管,如固定于直径小的油管上,其接触面只有两个点,易产生松动,另外壳体采用尼龙带捆扎方式在高温震动的发动机周围环境中也不会耐久。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装方便,配合牢固,结构更合理的新型燃油磁化体。
本实用新型的目的通过下述方案技术实现,本燃油磁化体由两个不对称壳体构成,壳体内安装两组高磁通量的磁体,其壳体接触油管的部位是一同轴方向的三角形凹槽,这样在固定不同直径的油管时都能保持四个接触面,使之更牢固。另外两个不对称壳体由两个单向齿螺栓逐级固定,使本磁化体在安装时更方便牢固。
下面参照附图并结合实施例对本实用新型详细描述。

如图1至图3所示,本实用新型磁化体由上下两个对称壳体1、2构成,其上下壳体接触油管5的部位是一三角形凹槽3,上下两个壳体1、2由左右两个带有单向齿8的螺栓4逐级固定,本磁化体壳1、2固定装置两组高磁通量磁体6、7,在燃油通过油管5时递增式对燃油磁化处理。
本实用新型由于在两个不对称壳体沿同一轴向形成三角形凹槽,所以在固定不同直径油管时部可有四个接触面,使本磁化体更牢固的固定在油管上,另外两个不对称壳体面由单向齿螺栓逐级紧固,使本磁化体更易安装,与油管配合更牢固合理。

1、一种燃油磁化体,其主要结构为两个不对称壳体,其壳体内嵌装两组高磁通量磁体,其特征为壳体接触油管的部位是三角形凹槽,两个壳体由两个单向齿螺栓左右逐级固定。
