Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种汽油-氧气割焊引射雾化器,由本体、扩散管、预热氧细管和汽油细管组成,扩散管和预热氧细管同轴位于本体中心,二者之间相通,汽油细管与扩散管相通。扩散管为锥形管,锥形管的粗端与本体端面相重合,细端与预热氧细管相接。本雾化器的优点是:汽油罐不用打气,因而操作方便;杜绝了操作过程中滴油和喷油的现象,开启氧气阀门割嘴就喷出雾化汽油和氧气混合物。关闭氧阀门后汽油随即截止,提高安全性,降低了成本。

Description

汽油-氧气割焊引射雾化器
本实用新型涉及一种汽油-氧气割焊引射雾化器,属机械加工技术领域。
目前由本申请人设计的汽油-氧气切割系列产品可切割各种厚度的钢材,该切割工具由专用割嘴、专用割炬和稳压汽油罐组成。其专利号分别为95211651.0,94247487.2,97250604.7,上述专利产品的缺点是:用压缩空气将汽油从油罐中压送至割炬和割嘴中时,汽油在割炬中雾化仍不够理想;操作不当时割嘴出口处常产生滴油;连接油罐和割炬的橡胶管如意外断开,汽油会喷洒出来,很不安全。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种汽油-氧气割焊引射雾化器,根据流体动力学原理将引射雾化器安装在割炬内,通过高速氧气射流从汽油罐中将汽油抽吸出来,在割炬和割嘴中被雾化,并与氧气掺混在一起后从割嘴处喷出,即可点燃获得切割火焰。
本实用新型设计的汽油-氧气割焊引射雾化器由引射雾化器本体、扩散管、预热氧细管和汽油细管组成,扩散管和预热氧细管同轴位于本体中心,二者之间相通,汽油细管从本体一侧伸进本体后与扩散管相通。扩散管为锥形管,锥形管的粗端与本体端面相重合,细端与预热氧细管相接,锥形管的锥度为α1=5°~10°,锥形管的长度为预热氧细管长度的2~5倍,即l0=(2~5)l1,预热氧细管的长度l1为3~5毫米。汽油细管和扩散管相交之处与扩散管和预热氧管相接之处的距离l2=2~8毫米。
上述雾化器中,汽油细管与扩散管垂线的夹角α2=0~45°。预热氧细管直径d1=0.5~2.5毫米。扩散管小端直径d2=1.5~3毫米。汽油细管直径d3=0.5~2毫米。
将本实用新型设计的引射雾化器固定在割炬头部或预热氧管中,开启预热氧管后汽油就被抽入割炬并被雾化,获得燃烧充分、火焰集中、调节容易的理想切割火焰。这种汽油-氧气切割机具的明显优点是:汽油罐不用打气,因而使操作者更方便;杜绝了操作过程中滴油和喷油的现象,开启氧气阀门割嘴就喷出雾化汽油和氧气混合物。关闭氧阀门后汽油随即截止,大大提高了使用过程中的安全性,成本也下降了许多。

下面结合附图详细介绍本实用新型的内容:
图1中,1是引射雾化器本体,2是汽油进口,3是预热氧进口,4是预热氧细管,5是汽油细管,6是扩散管。图2~图4是与引射雾化器配套使用的汽油-氧气割炬的结构示意图。图2~图4中,7是供油管,8是供氧管,9是汽油微调阀门,10是割炬主体,11是切割氧管,12是割嘴接头,13是割嘴,14是预热氧阀门,15是切割氧阀门,16是预热氧管。
如图1所示,本实用新型设计的汽油-氧气割焊引射雾化器由引射雾化器本体1、扩散管6、预热氧细管4和汽油细管5组成。扩散管6和预热氧细管4同轴位于本体1的中心,二者之间相通。汽油细管5从本体一侧伸进本体后与扩散管6相通。扩散管为锥形管,锥形管的粗端与本体端面相重合,细端与预热氧细管相接,锥形管的锥度为α1=5°~10°,锥形管的长度为预热氧细管长度的2~5倍,即l0=(2~5)l1,预热氧细管的长度l1为3~5毫米。汽油细管和扩散管相交之处与扩散管和预热氧管相接之处的距离l2=2~8毫米。
本实用新型设计的引射雾化器的工作原理是:预热氧从进口3进入细管4时氧气流被加速,再进入扩散管时在汽油细管5出口处产生负压,抽吸力随之不断增加,将汽油吸入扩散管6中,与从预热氧细管进入的高速氧流相互作用,汽油即被雾化,并与氧气掺混均匀后,从扩散管喷出进入割嘴即可点燃。
本实用新型的一个实施例是:预热氧细管直径为0.8毫米,长度为4毫米。汽油细管直径1.5毫米。扩散管小端直径为2毫米,长度12毫米,锥度为6°,汽油细管在扩散管中位置为距预热氧细管出口处3毫米。
如图2所示,引射雾化器置于割嘴接头12中,供油管7内固定一根小于管内径1毫米的实蕊金属棒,并将油通过接头12上的斜孔送入汽油细管中,预热氧管16与引射雾化器的氧气进口相通。扩散管出口与割嘴13头部的空腔相通。本割炬实施例中预热氧细管0.8毫米,汽油细管直径1.5毫米,扩散管小端直径2毫米,锥度6°,长度12毫米。
如图3所示,引射雾化器固定在预热氧管16中,氧气进口与割炬本体中的预热氧管连接,汽油管7将汽油送至汽油细管处,扩散管出口与割嘴13上部的空腔相通。本割炬实施例中,预热氧细管4的直径为0.8毫米,长度为3毫米,汽油细管5的直径为1.5毫米,扩散管6直径为2毫米,长度12毫米。
如图4所示,是将本实用新型设计的引射雾化器用于半自动切割机的分配器头,引射雾化器置于预热氧管16与割嘴接头连接处,汽油细管与供油管7相通,预热氧细管与预热氧管16相通,扩散管出口与割嘴13头部空腔相通。本实施例中,预热氧细管4直径0.9毫米,长度3毫米,汽油细管5直径为1.5毫米,扩散管锥度6°,小端直径为2毫米,长度为12毫米。

Claims (5)

1.一种汽油-氧气割焊引射雾化器,其特征在于该雾化器由引射雾化器本体、扩散管、预热氧细管和汽油细管组成;所述的扩散管和预热氧细管同轴位于本体中心,二者之间相通,汽油细管从本体一侧伸进本体后与扩散管相通;所述的扩散管为锥形管,锥形管的粗端与本体端面相重合,细端与预热氧细管相接,锥形管的锥度为α1=5°~10°,锥形管的长度为预热氧细管长度的2~5倍,即l0=(2~5)l1,预热氧细管的长度l1为3~5毫米;所述的汽油细管和扩散管相交之处与扩散管和预热氧管相接之处的距离l2=2~8毫米。
2.如权利要求1所述的引射雾化器,其特征在于其中所述的汽油细管与扩散管垂线的夹角α2=0~45°。
3.如权利要求1所述的引射雾化器,其中所述的预热氧细管直径d1=0.5~2.5毫米。
4.如权利要求1所述的引射雾化器,其中所述的扩散管小端直径d2=1.5~3毫米。
