Abstract

本实用新型两轮车拖斗属运输车辆附件。它由上、下夹板构成的固定板,并于固定板中心孔内插入顶端为圆环的螺杆部件,螺杆顶端圆环内插入带垫圈、弹簧、螺母的插销,插销后顶端与竖管、斜管、横管构成之折边形连杆前顶端连接固定,竖管插入套筒内并在其后固定两轮车斗。它经济实用,并可单独作手推车使用。

本实用新型属运输车辆附件。
城乡居民生活与工作大部分离不开自行车与摩托车,还有轻便车、电动车等两轮结构的车辆,少量货物可以载驮,而量大或体大时,就有一定困难,一般除用载重货物车运输外,有很多地方用到三轮车,但单独配置三轮车,一则增加费用,二则还要增加放置的场地。
本实用新型目的是提供一种可在两轮车上附加使用的拖斗。
一种两轮车拖斗,其特征在于由各有九个孔的倒凹形上夹板(1)及长方形下夹板(2)组成的固定板,固定板中心孔内插入顶端为圆环(3)两端由螺母固定的螺杆(4),在螺杆顶端的圆环内,插入两侧分别有垫圈(10)、螺母、弹簧(9)夹紧、半圆帽螺母(11)防止松脱的插销(8),插销后顶端固定在由竖管(5)、斜管(6)、横管(7)组成的折边形连杆的前顶端即横管的前顶端,竖管插入套筒(12)内并用螺栓穿过吻合孔上紧,套筒固定在后部可开合、带加强筋的盒式带轮车斗(13)的前部中心。
使用时,把固定的上、下夹板分别置于两轮车的尾架上,依据尾架宽窄,用螺栓通过孔固定在尾架上,并通过插销上的螺母、竖管不同孔与套筒孔的对接固定,调节车斗连杆与尾架的高度和延伸度。
本实用新型的优点是,经济实用,单独使用时可作手推车用。
附图1是两轮车拖斗结构示意图,图2是固定板部件图,图3是螺杆部件图,图4是插销部件图。其中1-上夹板,2-下夹板,3-圆环,4-螺杆,5-竖管,6-斜管,7-横管,8-插销,9-弹簧,10-垫圈,11-半圆帽螺母,12-套筒,13-车斗,14-两轮车尾架。
本实用新型的实施是,用钢板冲压或剪切成长方形及折弯长方形的上下夹板,并于上面打孔九对,截取所需之钢条加工成螺旋状或用螺棒并在其上焊接圆环配以垫圈、螺母构成螺杆部件,用半圆头螺栓配以垫圈、螺母、弹簧、半圆帽螺母构成插销部件,分别取内外径吻合的圆管两段,细的一段弯曲成折边形形成竖管、斜管、横管即连杆,横管前端与插销螺栓半圆头焊接,竖管打几个孔,粗的一段即套筒固定在车斗前部中心,于上部打一与竖管上孔吻合的孔,使竖管插入后能够固定且能调整高度,车斗用圆管或角铁制作边框、门框,镶上铁板、安上轮轴、轮子即可。也可购入车斗成品,固定上套筒,再把上述部件组装而成。

  1. 一种两轮车拖斗,其特征在于由各有九个孔的倒凹形上夹板(1)及长方形下夹板(2)组成的固定板,固定板中心孔内插入顶端为圆环(3)两端由螺母固定的螺杆(4),在螺杆顶端的圆环内,插入两侧分别有垫圈(10)、螺母、弹簧(9)夹紧、半圆帽螺母(11)防止松脱的插销(8),插销后顶端固定在由竖管(5)、斜管(6)、横管(7)组成的折边形连杆的前顶端即横管的前顶端,竖管插入套筒(12)内并用螺栓穿过吻合孔上紧,套筒固定在后部可开合、带加强筋的盒式带轮车斗(13)的前部中心。
