Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种交流接触器,包括底座和基座,所述底座内设有轭铁,轭铁上设有线圈;所述基座内设有衔铁和触头机构,其特征在于所述的底座一侧边开启,线圈通过托板及缓冲弹簧与轭铁组成一体,并固定在底座拉部的凸面上,底座顶部具有开口的隔板,底座顶部隔板与衔铁之间设有反力弹簧。线圈可以从底座的开启口处插入或拉出,因此维修和更换线圈非常方便。

交流接触器
本实用新型涉及交流接触器。
现有交流接触器由底座和基座构成,所述底座内设有轭铁,轭铁上设有线圈骨架,线圈骨架上绕有线圈;所述基座内设有衔铁和触头机构,线圈和衔铁之间设有弹簧;底座通过螺钉与基座固定。线圈通电后,在轭铁内产生交变磁场,衔铁受电磁力作用被吸合到轭铁上,带动触头机构动作;线圈断电后,衔铁在弹簧张力作用下被弹回到初始状态。这种结构的交流接触器,由于电磁机构均固装在底座和基座内,维修和更换较为不便。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种电磁机构可方便拆装的交流接触器。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:交流接触器,包括底座和基座,所述底座内设有轭铁,轭铁上设有线圈;所述基座内设有衔铁和触头机构,其特征在于所述的底座一侧边开启,线圈通过托板及缓冲弹簧与轭铁组成一体,并固定在底座拉部的凸面上,底座顶部具有开口的隔板,底座顶部隔板与衔铁之间设有反力弹簧。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的底座和基座之间采用卡扣式连接。
上述结构的交流接触器,基座、设在其内的衔铁和弹簧形成一个相对固定的独立单元,轭铁、线圈骨架、线圈及托板组成另一相对固定的轭铁线圈组件,该组件通过底座一侧边开启口放入底座内,维修和更换线圈时,不需打开基座就可方便地从开启口处拉出。由于托板与线圈骨架之间设有缓冲弹簧,线圈骨架可以沿轴向作相对运动,当该组件放入底座内时,缓冲弹簧将线圈上端顶至底座顶部隔板,使轭铁线圈组件可靠地定位在底座内。
底座和基座之间采用卡扣式连接,便于基座及基座内所设元件的维修、保养及更换。
下面结合实施例和附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。
图2是轭铁线圈组件的结构示意图。
参照图1,交流接触器,包括底座6和基座7,底座的顶角处设有两个挂钩14,将两挂钩插入基座后,再由一环箍扣紧,使底座和基座可靠连接;所述底座内设有“E”型轭铁3,“E”型轭铁上设有线圈2;所述基座内设有“E”型衔铁和触头机构,轭铁和衔铁形状和位置相对应;所述的底座呈方盒状,一侧边10开启,顶部隔板上开有三个供衔铁穿越的方孔11,隔板上中间方孔外侧还设有一对圆弧形凸起12,反力弹簧1放置在两凸起间,线圈通过托板9及缓冲弹簧8与轭铁组成一体,并固定在底座拉部的凸面13上。
参照图2,线圈2底座设有插口15,轭铁3底部也设有插口16,二插口相对应,托板9从插口处插进,缓冲弹簧8压装在托板与线圈之间。装配成一体后,轭铁可上下运动1~2mm。将装配好的线圈与轭铁组件插入底座6内,轭铁与线圈在缓冲弹簧作用下组成相对固定的轭铁线圈组件,当线圈通电后,铁心产生磁通,衔铁被吸合,轭铁在强大的吸力作用下有0.8~1.2mm的向上迎击运动,衔铁与轭铁完全吸合在一起后,由于缓冲弹簧的作用,整个轭铁带动衔铁回到轭铁的原来位置。
为使交流接触器在电流过零时保持良好吸合,无噪音,节约能源,本产品采用中国专利972434194所公开的自控开关装置,该自控开关装置装在壳4内,通过衔铁机械运动控制自控开关的断开与闭合,达到高压强激磁,使铁心闭合后,自动转变成低压直流保持。
本实用新型的交流接触器具有节约能源,使用电压范围宽的特点。
自控开关装置与轭铁线圈组件的连接:将自控开关装置的两根导线端头插入线圈接线片内,使自控开关装置与轭铁线圈组件插装成一体,自控开关装置的壳体的边上设有固封扣5,当轭铁线圈组件放入底座内时,自控开关装置正好位于开启口处,扣紧固封扣,自控开关装置连同轭铁线圈组件被可靠地固定在底座内。

1、一种交流接触器,包括底座(6)和基座(7),所述底座内设有轭铁(3),轭铁上设有线圈(2);所述基座内设有衔铁和触头机构,其特征在于所述的底座一侧边(10)开启,线圈通过托板(9)及缓冲弹簧(8)与轭铁组成一体,并固定在底座拉部的凸面(13)上,底座顶部具有开口的隔板,供衔铁运动,在底座顶部隔板与衔铁之间设有反力弹簧(1)。
2、如权利要求1所述的交流接触器,其特征在于所述的底座和基座之间采用卡扣式连接。
