细导线环型火花塞
本实用新型是一种改进型的发动机火花塞。
现普通的火花塞其侧极为铁片,且位于火花塞正极的正上方,工作时,侧极的铁片会吸收电火花的热量,影响到发动机的起动。侧极的铁片位于正极的正上方,会挡住电火花与燃油的直接接触而使燃油不能充分地燃烧,因而影响到发动机的工作效率,和尾气排放质量。
本实用型针对上述问题的解决,提供一种改进型的火花塞。它能使发动机易起动,节省燃油,提高发动机的工作效率,和尾气排放质量。
本实用新型是将细导线制成环形,作为火花塞侧极,并将火花塞体焊上两个侧极接线柱。然后将细导线制成的环型火花塞侧极,接于具有两个侧极接线柱的火花塞体而构成的。
细导线环型火花塞,因侧极为较细的导线制成,所以较细的导线不会消耗电火花的热量,使发动机易起动。侧极为环型,中间是空的,又是较细的导线制成,所以电火花与燃油之间没有遮挡,可以直接正面地接触,且通过实验电火花会呈喇叭状,比原点状电火花大而猛,因此能使燃油充分地燃烧。因燃油充分地燃烧能节省燃油,提高发动机的工作效率,和尾气排放质量,利于环保。
本实用新型的构造及附图:图一为本实用新型的侧图。图中(1)为细导线环型火花塞侧极,它由一小圆环和两根引线构成(并有放大的立面图),此小圆环的直径略大于正极小圆柱的直径。(2)为具有两个侧极接线柱的火花塞体。(3)为钢丝卡。细导线环型火花塞侧极(1)位于正极的正上方,两极对正,和普通火花塞侧极位置一样,以代替普通火花塞铁片形侧极。侧极的两根引线分别接于具有两个侧极接线柱的火花塞体(2)的两侧极接线柱上,且这两接线柱上有镙纹,可以防止侧极接上后移动。另外还可以用一较细的半圆形钢丝卡(3)对侧极进行固定,即侧极接好于接线柱上后在用钢丝卡(3)卡住接线柱的接线部位。
实现本实用新型,只需将细导线环型火花塞侧极(1)的两根引线分别接于具有两侧极接线柱的火花塞体的两个接线柱上,并使侧极小圆环以正极小圆柱呈同心圆,两极间的距离与普通火花塞一样,按装于发动机即可工作。
