Abstract
一种小型大摩擦力的倾转铰链,包括安装用构件,旋转轴,随动齿轮和主动齿轮,固定凸轮构件和回转凸轮构件,弹簧垫圈和垫圈,旋转轴装置在开闭体之间的安装构件上,随动齿轮与主动齿轮相啮合,借弹簧垫圈使回转凸轮构件向固定凸轮构件弹性压押,较单一旋转轴的倾转铰链产生更强的摩擦力矩,使开闭体稳定地保持在预定的开成角度内。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种铰链,特别是涉及一种适合电视机、办公室自动化用具等各种电子机器所用的倾转铰链。
以往,倾转铰链的构造是安装用构件的旋转轴由单轴构成,双轴方式的倾转铰链还末见报道。由单轴方式构成的倾转铰链虽然具有廉价制造的优点,但欲获得较强的摩擦力时,不得不制成大型的倾转铰链,只有这样才能够实现掣子停止功能和强力的摩擦控制功能。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种小型而容易发生比单轴倾转铰链更强摩擦力的双轴倾转铰链。
本实用新型的第二目的是提供一种倾转铰链,使其在得到比单轴倾转铰链更强摩擦力矩的同时也可使掣子停止。
本实用新型的第三目的是提供一种倾转铰链,使其在得到比单轴倾转铰链更强摩擦力矩的同时也可保持预定的开成角度。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型倾转铰链的特点是:安装用构件支撑旋转轴,旋转轴装置在开闭体之间的安装构件上,安装在安装构件上摩擦回转自如的随动齿轮与同旋转轴共同回转的主动齿轮相啮合,在安装用构件上装置固定凸轮构件,在回转轴上装置回转自如的回转凸轮构件,回转凸轮构件向固定凸轮构件弹性压押,与随动齿轮共同回转的旋转轴插通与安装用构件相固定的摩擦板和压押摩擦板的弹簧垫圈,所述弹簧垫圈可以是多个,所述主动齿轮设置有缺齿部,初动经预定的旋转角度后与随动齿轮啮合。
由于采用上述结构,与单一旋转轴具有的摩擦力相比,倾转铰链既是小型的又可容易得到较大的摩擦力,也可实行使掣子停止,即使在预定的开成角度也可得到强力的摩擦力矩。
下面结合附图对实施例给予详细说明:

如图1所示,是示意倾转铰链在电视游乐器上的安装,在电视游乐器1的阴极射线管2的两侧,开闭自如地安装有一对门扉状的扬声器3,在A,B所示的部位,使用4个倾转铰链、这仅是使用例的一种,而本倾转铰链还能在膝上型办公用具上应用。
由图2至图7所示,安装用构件10呈L形状,安装部10a固定在装置本体,固定凸轮构件12上具有变形安装部12c,其安装在轴承部10b的变形安装孔10c内。旋转轴13设有变形大径部13a,大径部13b,变形中径部13c和变形小径部13d,其变形小径部13d装设在轴承孔12a内且剖面可呈圆形。旋转轴上的中径部13c插通主动齿轮14的变形孔14a和垫圈15的变形孔15a,变形小径部13d插通回转凸轮构件16中心部的变形孔16a,回转凸轮构件16相对固定凸轮构件12旋转的同时可沿旋转轴13轴向滑动。垫圈15可由尼龙、合成树脂或人造纤维制造,也可由磷青铜或不锈钢等金属制造。
固定凸轮构件12相对回转凸轮构件16一面沿径向间隔180度设有一对凹部12b,回转凸轮构件16相对凹部12b的一面沿径向间隔180度设有一对凸部16b,凸部16b与凹部12b的形状相适合。
旋转轴13的变形小径部13d插通具有弹性的5枚串接盘状弹簧17的插通孔17a,盘状弹簧17轴向压押回转凸轮构件16和固定凸轮构件12。旋转轴13的变形小径部13d的端头插通平形垫圈18的变形孔18a,调节盘状弹簧17之间的间隙,将回转凸轮构件16和固定凸轮构件12压紧,达到预定力矩。盘状弹簧17可由其它弹性垫圈或弹簧取代,平形垫圈18也可由锁紧螺帽、E形环、敛缝垫圈取代。
旋转轴13的变形大径部固定在阴极射线管2的扬声器3的开闭体19上(如图1所示),在闭合开闭体19的状态下,回转凸轮构件16的凸部16b嵌入固定凸轮构件12的凹部12b,开闭体停止,因此产生掣子感,稳定开闭体19的状态,打开开闭体19时,回旋凸轮构件16随旋转轴13旋转,凸部16b脱离凹部12b,旋转凸轮构件16向盘状弹簧17侧滑动,对旋转轴13产生强的摩擦力。改变凹部12b与凸部16的位置,可使开闭体稳定地停止在任意开成位置。
在安装用构件10的轴承孔10d内装设随动齿轮20的旋转轴20a,在随动齿轮20与轴承10b之间有垫圈21,旋转轴20a插通垫圈21的插通孔21a,在轴承部的另一方有磷青铜制成的摩擦垫圈22,旋转轴20a插通摩擦垫圈22的插通孔22a。摩擦垫圈22在外周部设有卡止片22b,卡止于轴承部10b的卡止孔10e,制止摩擦垫圈22转动。摩擦垫圈22可由尼龙、合成树脂、人造纤维等制成,或可由磷青铜或不锈钢等金属制造,也可由其它耐摩材料取代。旋转轴20a分别插通弹簧垫圈23的插通孔23a和平形垫圈24的插通孔24a,用平形垫圈24压押摩擦垫圈22。
在开闭体19的闭合位置,随动齿轮20的齿位于主动齿轮14的缺齿部14b,在初动的开闭体19的预定开成角度(本实施例为10度)以内,随动齿轮20不会与主动齿轮14相啮合,仅从预定的开成角度起开始啮合。从预定的闭成角度(本实施例为10度),解除随动齿轮20与主动齿轮14的啮合,随动齿轮20的摩擦力矩不会作用于旋转轴13上。主动齿轮14设有变形齿部14c,将旋转轴13的旋转角度控制在预定的角度,即会使开闭体的开成角度成为预定角度,本实施例中的开成角度是175度。
依照上述结构,倾转铰链可以被制成小型的并产生强的摩擦力矩,可稳定地保持在掣子位置,用弹性元件压押固定凸轮构件和转动凸轮构件会使旋转轴产生掣子停止和摩擦力矩的双重功能,开闭体在预定的开成角度内,可附加随动齿轮的摩擦力矩。
Claims (6)
1.一种倾转铰链,包括安装用构件,旋转轴,随动齿轮和主动齿轮,固定凸轮构件和回转凸轮构件,弹簧垫圈和垫圈,其特征在于:安装用构件支撑旋转轴,所述旋转轴装置在开闭体之间的安装构件上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种倾转铰链,其特征在于:安装在安装用构件上的摩擦回转自如的随动齿轮与同旋转轴共同回转的主动齿轮相啮合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种倾转铰链,其特征在于:在安装用构件上装置固定凸轮构件,在回转轴上装置回转自如的回转凸轮构件,回转凸轮构件向固定凸轮构件弹性压押。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种倾转铰链,其特征在于:与随动齿轮共同旋转的旋转轴插通与安装用构件相固定的摩擦板和压押摩擦板的弹簧垫圈。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种倾转铰链,其特征在于:所述弹簧垫圈可由多数串接组成。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种倾转铰链,其特征在于:所述主动齿轮设有缺齿部。
