Abstract
本实用新型中的聚乙烯醇树脂能溶于水，表面活性剂和添加剂也同样能溶于水，细微孔的存在加大与水的接触面，且形状为薄片，所以溶解较快；固体状的洗涤品对外包装的要求相对粉状和液态状洗涤品低；搬运方便，且使用时计量易掌握，手洗、机洗都适用。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种洗涤品。
洗涤衣物用的洗涤品有块状、粉状和液态状，这是众所周知的，块状的例如肥皂溶解较慢，适宜于手工洗涤用，而洗衣粉和各种液体洗涤剂虽溶解较快，但必须有较牢固的外包装，这给外出携带、运输带来不便。
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种溶解快、对外包装要求低的溶于水的全溶性洗涤物品。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取由天然表面活性剂、医用聚乙烯醇和添加剂组合成洗涤品，该洗涤品为片状，并具有细微孔。
细微孔呈不规则分布，分布密度为100个/平方厘米～300个/平方厘米，孔径一般小于0.9毫米。
该种洗涤品厚度为0.5毫米～2.5毫米。
组成的该种洗涤品的三种成分中，表面活性剂采用十二烷基硫酸钠，或者十二醇聚氧乙稀醚硫酸铵，或者椰油单乙醇酰胺-FS“600”，或者椰子油酸酰胺聚氧乙稀醚琥珀酸单酯二钠盐，或者取上述四种的多种合用，含量为25％～38％；医用聚乙烯醇含量为16％～22％；添加剂含量小于4％，添加剂可以是消毒杀菌剂，可以有增白剂，可以有柔软剂，还可以有微量酶制剂。

本实用新型由表面活性剂、医用聚乙烯醇和添加剂组合成，其中表面活性剂采用十二烷基硫酸钠，或者十二醇聚氧乙稀醚硫酸铵，或者椰油单乙醇酰胺-FS“600”，或者椰子油酸酰胺聚氧乙稀醚琥珀酸单酯二钠盐，或者取上述四种的多种合用，表面活性剂含量为25％～38％；医用聚乙烯醇含量为16％～22％；添加剂含量小于4％，添加剂可以是消毒杀菌剂，还可以有增白剂，或有柔软剂，或有微量酶制剂。例如取椰子油酸酰胺聚氧乙稀醚琥珀酸单酯二钠盐1000克，十二烷基硫酸钠2000克，医用聚乙烯醇1900克，杀菌剂15克，增白剂30克，柔软剂45克，香料25克，微量酶制剂，加净水4990克，加温搅拌成浆状后，流放加压成薄片，同时加温烘干成片状，片状洗涤品上具有许多细微孔，细微孔呈不规则分布，分布密度为100个/平方厘米～300个/平方厘米，孔径大小不一，一般小于0.9毫米，洗涤品厚度为0.5毫米～2.5毫米，根据需要设定。
Claims (4)
1、一种洗涤品，其特征在于：由天然表面活性剂、聚乙烯醇树脂和添加剂组合成的该种洗涤品为片状，并具有细微孔(1)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的洗涤品，其特征在于：细微孔呈不规则分布，分布密度为100个/平方厘米～300个/平方厘米，孔径一般小于0.9毫米。
3、根据权利要求1所述的洗涤品，其特征在于：该洗涤品厚度为0.5毫米～2.5毫米。
4、限据权利要求1所述的洗涤品，其特征在于：表面活性剂采用十二烷基硫酸钠，或者十二醇聚氧乙稀醚硫酸铵，或者椰油单乙醇酰胺-FS“600”，或者椰子油酸酰胺聚氧乙稀醚琥珀酸单酯二钠盐，或者取上述四种的多种合用，表面活性剂含量为25％～38％；聚乙烯醇树脂含量为16％～22％；添加剂含量小于4％，添加剂可以是消毒杀菌剂，可以有增白剂，可以有柔软剂，还可以有微量酶制剂。
