背景技术
随着科技的发展和人类生活水平的日益提高,人们越来越重视健康,衣物、纺织品清洁是人类生活从始至终的问题之一,清洁不仅仅是去掉油污灰尘等可见污垢,还应除去甚至杀死对人体有害的病菌。一般的清洗,只能去污,但不能杀菌,所以人们要用专门的杀菌剂再进行杀菌。而市场上现有的洗衣液都是单方面的杀菌或抗菌作用,杀菌能力差,有一定毒性,刺激皮肤,污染环境,无法满足消费者对洗衣液强力杀菌、持久抗菌、低泡易冲洗,温和环保的需求。特别是酒店、旅馆等公共场所的纺织品和衣物等,一般在洗涤时还需要额外加消毒剂,这在洗涤时带来许多不便。
中国专利申请200710179670.4中公开了一种可同时杀菌去污的抗菌洗衣液及其制备方法,该专利采用双胍类和双季铵盐类杀菌。中国专利申请200810101768.2公开了一种高效杀菌洗衣液,该专利采用枯草芽孢杆菌LD-8发酵液提取物为杀菌剂。中国专利申请公开了一种含ε-聚赖氨酸的杀菌洗衣液,该专利采用生物防腐剂聚赖氨酸为杀菌剂。以上所述的抗菌洗衣液杀菌单一,且制备方法复杂、成本较高,不适用于大规模推广使用。
综上所述,因此需要一种更好的抗菌洗衣液,来改善现有技术的不足。

本发明的目的是提供一种抗菌洗衣液及其制备方法,本发明制备工艺简单,成本低廉,可用于工业化大规模生产,获得的洗衣液具有环境友好和可生物降解的性能,对人体无毒无害,不含有对人体皮肤的刺激性物质,具有广阔的应用前景。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种抗菌洗衣液,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯醇树脂34-46份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠25-28份、柠檬酸钠22-29份、茶皂素28-32份、植物精油11-15份、复合抗菌剂14-18份、抗氧剂8-14份、稳定剂12-16份、抗粘连剂13-18份、润滑剂17-20份和去离子水35-42份。
优选的,所述洗衣液包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯醇树脂38-46份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠25-27份、柠檬酸钠22-26份、茶皂素28-30份、植物精油11-13份、复合抗菌剂14-16份、抗氧剂8-11份、稳定剂12-15份、抗粘连剂13-16份、润滑剂18-20份和去离子水39-42份。

一种抗菌洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将聚乙烯醇树脂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和柠檬酸钠混合而加入反应釜中,在220-300℃下加热至熔化,再搅拌均匀,在80-90℃下保温,得到材料一;
b、向材料一中加入抗氧剂、润滑剂和去离子水,升温至150-180℃,在80-100r/min的转速下搅拌至无沉淀,得到材料二;
c、向材料二中加入茶皂素、植物精油,在60-80r/min的转速下搅拌20-30min,再调节pH在6-8,得到材料三;
d、向材料三中加入复合抗菌剂、稳定剂和抗粘连剂,在60-80℃下加热并搅拌30-40min,再过滤去除杂质,静置4-6h,即可得到成品。
优选的,所述步骤b的抗氧剂为十八烷基3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯、4-[(4,6-二辛硫基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)氨基]-2,6-二叔丁基苯酚和N,N’-双--[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基]己二胺中的任一种或几种的混合。

本发明制备的洗衣液配方合理、抗菌效果好、去污力强、低泡易冲洗,将杀菌和清洁功能融为一体,具有良好的杀菌抗菌、节能环保的功效。
本发明中的十二烷基苯磺酸钠是常用的阴离子表面活性剂,具有良好的表面活性,亲水性较强,有效降低油-水界面的张力,达到乳化作用。十二烷基苯磺酸钠是中性,不易氧化,起泡力强,去污力高,易与各种助剂复配,成本低,是非常出色的阴离子表面活性剂。
本发明中的茶皂素是一种性能良好的天然非离子表面活性剂,具有良好的乳化、分 散、发泡、湿润等功能。
本发明中的柠檬酸钠是一种常用的助洗剂,本身没有明显洗涤能力,但是添加在洗涤剂配方中却可以使表面活性剂的洗涤去污能力得到提高。

一种抗菌洗衣液,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯醇树脂36份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠28份、柠檬酸钠29份、茶皂素32份、植物精油15份、复合抗菌剂18份、抗氧剂8份、稳定剂12份、抗粘连剂13份、润滑剂17份和去离子水42份。
一种抗菌洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将聚乙烯醇树脂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和柠檬酸钠混合而加入反应釜中,在220℃下加热至熔化,再搅拌均匀,在90℃下保温,得到材料一;
b、向材料一中加入抗氧剂、润滑剂和去离子水,升温至150℃,在100r/min的转速下搅拌至无沉淀,得到材料二;
c、向材料二中加入茶皂素、植物精油,在80r/min的转速下搅拌20min,再调节pH在6,得到材料三;

一种抗菌洗衣液,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯醇树脂46份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠25份、柠檬酸钠26份、茶皂素28份、植物精油13份、复合抗菌剂16份、抗氧剂11份、稳定剂12份、抗粘连剂13份、润滑剂20份和去离子水39份。
一种抗菌洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将聚乙烯醇树脂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和柠檬酸钠混合而加入反应釜中,在220℃下加热至熔化,再搅拌均匀,在80℃下保温,得到材料一;
b、向材料一中加入抗氧剂、润滑剂和去离子水,升温至1180℃,在100r/min的转速下搅拌至无沉淀,得到材料二;
c、向材料二中加入茶皂素、植物精油,在80r/min的转速下搅拌30min,再调节pH在8,得到材料三;
d、向材料三中加入复合抗菌剂、稳定剂和抗粘连剂,在80℃下加热并搅拌40min,再过滤去除杂质,静置6h,即可得到成品。
步骤b的抗氧剂为十八烷基3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯、4-[(4,6-二辛硫基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)氨基]-2,6-二叔丁基苯酚和N,N’-双--[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基]己二胺的混合。
步骤b的润滑剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸镁的混合物。
步骤d的复合抗菌剂为载纳米铜、季铵阳离子蒙脱土、蒽醌和纳米TiO2的混合物。
步骤d的抗粘连剂为水溶性淀粉、羟甲基纤维素和氯化钙的混合物。
检测以上实施例制备的洗衣液,得到以下实验数据:

Claims (8)
1.一种抗菌洗衣液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯醇树脂34-46份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠25-28份、柠檬酸钠22-29份、茶皂素28-32份、植物精油11-15份、复合抗菌剂14-18份、抗氧剂8-14份、稳定剂12-16份、抗粘连剂13-18份、润滑剂17-20份和去离子水35-42份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述洗衣液包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯醇树脂38-46份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠25-27份、柠檬酸钠22-26份、茶皂素28-30份、植物精油11-13份、复合抗菌剂14-16份、抗氧剂8-11份、稳定剂12-15份、抗粘连剂13-16份、润滑剂18-20份和去离子水39-42份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌洗衣液,其特征在于,所述洗衣液包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙烯醇树脂46份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠25份、柠檬酸钠26份、茶皂素28份、植物精油13份、复合抗菌剂16份、抗氧剂11份、稳定剂12份、抗粘连剂13份、润滑剂20份和去离子水39份。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种抗菌洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、将聚乙烯醇树脂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和柠檬酸钠混合而加入反应釜中,在220-300℃下加热至熔化,再搅拌均匀,在80-90℃下保温,得到材料一;
b、向材料一中加入抗氧剂、润滑剂和去离子水,升温至150-180℃,在80-100r/min的转速下搅拌至无沉淀,得到材料二;
c、向材料二中加入茶皂素、植物精油,在60-80r/min的转速下搅拌20-30min,再调节pH在6-8,得到材料三;
d、向材料三中加入复合抗菌剂、稳定剂和抗粘连剂,在60-80℃下加热并搅拌30-40min,再过滤去除杂质,静置4-6h,即可得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b的抗氧剂为十八烷基3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯、4-[(4,6-二辛硫基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)氨基]-2,6-二叔丁基苯酚和N,N’-双--[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基]己二胺中的任一种或几种的混合。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b的润滑剂为硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸镁中的任一种或多种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d的复合抗菌剂为载纳米铜、季铵阳离子蒙脱土、蒽醌和纳米TiO2中的任一种或多种的混合物。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗菌洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d的抗粘连剂为水溶性淀粉、羟甲基纤维素和氯化钙中的任一种或多种的混合物。
