本实用新型涉及一种新型机车轴箱拉杆构件,属机车轮对、构架辅件。
我国现有的电力机车和内燃机车都采用了轴箱拉杆作为轴箱的定位构件。使用这种轴箱拉杆可以依靠橡胶关节的径向及扭转弹性变形来实现各个方向的相对位移,使轮对与构架成为弹性联系,限制轮对的横动,既可降低轮缘磨损,又有利于改善蛇形运动。
目前国内普遍采用芯轴箱拉杆是由芯轴、橡胶、拉杆体组成的,由于是采用压装方式组成,在橡胶套与芯轴间存在自由接触面,因而不仅组装质量不易得到保证,而且使用寿命有限。
本实用新型发明的目的,是实施对现有轴箱构件的改进,克服其压缩率高,使用寿命短的缺陷。
这种新型机车轴箱拉杆构件由芯轴(4)、橡胶(3)、拉杆体(4)组成,其特征是所述橡胶(3)硫化或固结在芯轴(4)上。
采用以上方案的新型机车轴箱拉杆构件,与传统拉杆相比,其优点是橡胶层压缩率降低17%,尤其是将传统结构中橡胶与芯轴之间的自由接触面,改为约束面,既减少了组装时的破损,也大大增长了使用寿命,同时也能改善蛇形运动。
