沿边点火极冷火花塞属于活塞式汽油内燃机配件,本实用新型瓷裙导热长度缩减为零,使热值提高达到极限。1是球帽,2是电杆,3是瓷体,4是缓冲垫,5是壳体,6是导电玻璃,7是内垫圈,8是中心电极,10是壳体下端圆孔,它去掉了侧电极9,将内垫圈7移动瓷裙端部紧压在壳体5下端的内边缘上,圆孔10与中心电极8的末端形成一定间隙的圆环,该圆环在火花塞工作时呈现边沿跳火状态。本实用新型适用于持续性高速运转的赛车、赛艇内燃机。

沿边点火极冷火花塞
本实用新型属于活塞式汽油内燃机配件。
热值是火花塞的一个重要参数。热值越高,火花塞的导热性能就越强;抗“炽热点火”的能力就越强;适应发动机持续性高速运转的能力就越强。热值高的火花塞又称为冷型火花塞。请参阅说明书附图,图1是目前普通火花塞的半剖面图。1是球帽,2是导电杆,3是瓷体,4是缓冲垫,5是壳体,6是导电玻璃,7是内垫圈,8是中心电极,9是侧电极。为了提高热值,瓷体的瓷裙导热长度h应尽量缩短,尽量减少瓷裙的导热距离,尽量加快瓷裙的导热速度。目前国内外热值最高的火花塞瓷裙导热长度均维持在3-5mm的范围。
本实用新型的目的,就是要把瓷裙的导热长h缩短为零,使热值的提高达到极限,使火花塞成为极冷火花塞。
本实用新型的技术方案请参阅说明书附图,图2是本实用新型的半剖面图,在图2中,去掉了侧电极9,内垫圈7移到瓷裙端部位置紧压在壳体5下端的内边缘上,该内边缘中间呈圆孔状10,该圆孔10与中心电极8的末端开形成一定间隙的圆环,该圆环在火花塞工作时呈现边沿跳火状态。
在图2中,瓷裙末端在工作时所接受的高温直接通过内垫圈7传递到壳体5上。瓷裙的导热长度h减为零。使热传导速度提高到极限。
较普通火花塞相比,本实用新型的热值提高到了极限。所以称作极冷火花塞,该极冷火花塞,特别使用于持续性高速运转的赛车、赛艇内燃机。另外因省去了侧电机9,所以在一定程度上降低了成本,圆环状边沿跳火较之普通火花塞弯钩状的侧电极跳火其跳火空间也有所增加。

1.一种去掉了侧电极的边沿点火极冷火花塞,是由球帽、导电杆、瓷体、缓冲垫、壳体、导电玻璃、内垫圈、中心电极及沿边点火圆孔构成,它的特征在于:
瓷裙导热长度缩短为零,壳体下端呈圆孔状的内边缘与中心电极末端形成具有一定间隙的圆环,该圆环在火花塞工作时呈现沿边点火状态。
