Abstract

本实用新型研磨轮是一种磨削工具,由骨架、研磨层组成,其特征在于有弹性的非研磨层(2),它紧包着骨架(1)外圆周,其一端平面与研磨层(3)平面相结合。非研磨层最好由无机粘结剂与有机粘结剂双组分组成。本研磨轮能使未精加工的金属表面,特别是薄金属(如家用刀具)表面达到高光洁度的研磨效果,这是一般研磨轮所不及的效果。

研磨轮
研磨轮是磨削金属材料的工具,它由骨架,研磨层组成。骨架用于固定研磨轮,磨轮起磨削作用。
现有磨削金属材料的研磨轮的结构大都是由骨架和研磨层组成,研磨层由磨料和粘结剂粘合而成,由于研磨层硬度高,刚性大,因此研磨轮要达到使工件研磨光亮的目的,工件必要在研磨前进行金属加工并达到较高的精度和光洁度,然后再研磨才能达到高光洁度的研磨效果。而在很薄的工件上进行金属(如家用刀具)平面加工到一定光洁度就更不容易。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种研磨轮,使工件不需要在较高的加工处理条件下,就能研磨出光洁度较好的工件。
本实用新型研磨轮是采用研磨层和骨架之间有一中间弹性层的方案,并改变研磨层的结构。
实用新型研磨轮由研磨层,非研磨层及骨架组成,其特征是有弹性的非研磨层,非研磨层紧包着骨架外圆周,其一端平面与研磨层平面结合。
现用一实施例说明实用新型研磨轮的结构。

研磨轮是一杯型结构(见图1、图2),由骨架1、非研磨层2、研磨层3组成。骨架1形似碟杯,可由金属材料或非金属材料(如木材原料)组成,非研磨层2是一种粘结材料,可以是无机粘结剂或有机粘结剂,最好是无机与有机粘结剂的双组份结合,它紧包着骨架1外圆周,其一端平面与研磨层结合,起粘结研磨层与骨架作用,增加研磨轮的回转强度并通过增减非研磨层厚度起到配重的作用,调节研磨轮的质量平衡,研磨层3由磨粒与粘结剂组成的园环,其一端平面与非研磨层和骨架平面紧密结合,磨料是碳化硅或刚玉磨料。
本研磨轮主要用于磨削刀具或薄片金属。使用时,把工件装夹好,然后用研磨层3接触工件,刀具不需预先经过较高精度的加工,即使刀具或金属片表面有不平之处,也不影响其研磨光洁度,由于研磨轮的结构及非研磨层的弹性,研磨过程将克服金属表面不平的缺陷,使金属表面不平之处都能被研磨和达到较高的光洁度,从而加强了研磨效果。

1、一种研磨轮是磨削工具,它由骨架和研磨层组成,其特征在于有弹性的非研磨层(2),它紧包着骨架(1)外圆周,其一端平面与研磨层(3)平面结合。
2、根据权利要求1所说的研磨轮,其特征在于所述的非研磨层(2)是由无机粘结剂或有机粘结剂组成,最好是由无机或有机粘结剂双组份组成。
3、根据权利要求1、2所说的研磨轮,其特征在于所述的骨架(1)由金属或木材原料组成。
