本实用新型涉及一种机械切割中的管子切割坡口机。
机械切割中，一般采用气切割，另一种采用锯条切割，管子坡口所采用专门的坡口机，气切割虽省时省力，但切割后表面起化学变化，影响管子质量，锯条切割既费时又费劲，劳动强度大，工效低。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术的缺陷，提供一种合切割和坡口、省时省力，操作简便，工效高的管子切割坡口机。
本实用新型设有固定座、罩壳、气动装置，罩壳上固定设置进刀拖板，固定座内设有与罩壳固定联接的齿轮，气动装置与固定座联接处设有与齿轮啮合的传动齿轮；固定座上还设有径向涨紧罗丝。以下结合实施例及附图进一步说明本实用新型。
附图为本实施例的结构视图。
本实施例具有固定座1、罩壳2、气动装置，罩壳2上固定设置进刀拖板9、10，气动装置包括气接头6、气阀门7和减速器8，进刀拖板9、10上分别设置切割刀11和坡口刀12，并设有进给棘轮13，在固定座1上同时设有作用于进给棘轮13的拔叉14，固定座1内设有与罩壳2固定联接的齿轮3，气动装置与固定座1联接处设有与齿轮3啮合的传动齿轮4，固定座1上还设有径向涨紧罗丝5。为方便固定不同孔径的管子，可将用哈夫线罗丝15，联接的固定座1拆成对半。
操作时，传动齿轮4在气动装置作用下驱动齿轮3、罩壳2、进刀拖板9、10转动，从而对管子进行先切割后坡口，在拔叉14和进给棘轮13作用下，每转一圈，切害刀和坡口刀将自动进刀一格，直到完成切割和坡口。
本实新型结构简单，操作简便，集切割和坡口于一体，省时省力，时效高，是机械切割行业的一大突破。

Claims (3)

1、一种具有固定座罩壳、气动装置的管子切割坡口机，罩壳上固定设置进刀托板，其特征在于：固定座(1)内设有与罩壳(2)固定联接的齿轮(3)，气动装置与固定座(1)联接处设有与齿轮(3)啮合的传动齿轮(4)；固定座(1)上还设有径向涨紧罗丝(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的管子切割坡口机，其特征在于：气动装置包括气接头(6)、气阀门(7)、减速器(8)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的管子切割坡口机，其特征在于：进刀托板(9)、(10)上分别设置切割刀(11)和坡口刀(12)，并设有进给棘轮(13)，在固定座(1)上同时设有作用于进给棘轮(13)的拔叉(14)。
