Abstract

本实用新型的对称结构竹集成材,由上、下面板及芯板构成,其特征在于上、下面板为单层竹弦面板构成,芯板为两层竹弦面板或单层竹径面板构成,面板与芯板按竹纤维方向相互垂直方式胶合制成。本实用新型的对称结构竹集成材具有变形量小的特点,可广泛用于家具制造、室内装璜及建筑和室外装饰。

对称结构竹集成材
本实用新型属人造板领域。
本实用新型实用于家俱制造及室内装璜。若改变粘接剂亦可用于建筑及室外装饰。
目前市场流行的主要用于地板、墙板及贴面的竹集成材由于其本身的结构特点,具有易变形以及不能充分利用的缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种克服上述缺陷的对称结构竹集成材,通过改变其组合方式,以达到减小变形量的目的。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案在于对称结构竹集成材由上下面板及芯板构成,其中上、下面板为单层竹径面板构成,芯板为两层竹弦面板或单层竹径面板构成,面板与芯板按竹纤维方向相互垂直胶合制成。
本实用新型进一步技术解决方案在于对称结构竹集成材的两层竹弦面板为竹青面作为表面,而竹黄面作为胶合面而构成,或以单层竹青面与单层竹青面胶合制成一体,或以单层竹黄面与单层竹黄面制成一体。
采用本实用新型的对称结构竹集成材,通过将公知的单层竹弦面板或单层竹径面板进行组坯、胶合制成,由于其组合方式的变化,使其变形量大大减小,而且所组合的竹集成材合理,从而可广泛地用于家俱制造、室内装璜及建筑的室外装饰。
本实用新型的详细说明结合附图叙述如下:

实施本实用新型时,只要利用目前的单层竹弦面板或单层竹面板进行组坯,胶合制成。具体步骤如下:
首先,将单层竹弦面板两面刨平或砂平,再将两块单层竹弦面板按竹黄面与竹黄面(或竹青面与竹青面)胶合制成芯板3;或直接用一块单层竹径面板经两面刨平或砂平制成芯板3。
接着,将两块单层竹弦面板竹黄面刨平或砂平制成上下面板1、2。
再后,将上、下面板1,2和芯板3按竹材纤维方向相互垂直的方式胶合制成本实用新型的对称结构竹集成材。
经过上述过程制成的本实用新型,可通过锯边、砂光、油漆制成一定规格的板材。板材的通常规格:厚度为15-30mm,宽度为100-1200mm;长度为100-4000mm。

Claims (9)

1、一种对称结构竹集成材,由上、下面板及芯板构成,其特征在于:上、下面板(1、2)由单层竹弦面板构成,芯板(3)为两层竹弦面板构成,面板(1,2)与芯板(3)按竹纤维方向相互垂直胶合制成。
2、按照权利要求1所述的对称结构竹集成材,其特征在于,两层竹弦面板由作为表面的竹青面和作为胶合面的竹黄面构成。
3、按照权利要求1所述的对称结构竹集成材,其特征在于,两层竹弦面板由单层竹黄面与单层竹黄面胶合制成一体。
4、按照权利要求1所述的对称结构竹集成材,其特征在于,两层竹弦面板由单层竹青面与单层竹青面胶合制成一体。
5、按照权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的对称结构竹集成材,其特征在于:竹弦面板可为竹青面板或竹黄面板。
6、按照权利要求5所述的对称结构竹集成材,其征在于:所述竹集成材厚度为15-30mm,宽度为100-1200mm,长度为100-4000mm。
7、一种对称结构竹集成材,由上、下面板及芯板构成,其特征在于,上、下面板(1,2)由单层竹弦面板构成,芯板(3)为单层竹径面板构成,将所述面板(1,2)与所述芯板(3)按竹纤维方向相互胶合制成。
8、按照权利要求7所述的对称结构竹集成材,其特征在于:竹弦面板为竹青面板或竹黄面板。
9、按照权利要求7或8所述的对称结构竹集成材,其特征在于:所述竹集成材厚度为15-30mm,宽度为100-1200mm,长度为100-4000mm。
