Abstract

一种竹层积材生产方法,属于层积材生产方法技术领域。包括以下步骤:选用靠近竹青层的部分,其气干密度大于等于0.95g/cm3,加工处理成厚度1~4mm竹片;进行常规处理后,烘干至含水率6~15%;加工成厚度0.5~3.5mm、宽度5~22mm,再经除湿处理至竹片含水率3~10%;进行上胶,上胶量为3~16%;竹片按厚度方向垂直排列组坯,在侧压力:3-15MPa,正压力:1-6MPa条件下压制、固化成型。按此方法制成的竹层积材同时满足顺纹拉伸强度大于250MPa,顺纹抗压强度大于140MPa,弹性模量大于27GPa,具有高强度力学性能,生产成本低、重量轻,满足制造风力发电机叶片的要求,节能环保。

Description

一种竹层积材生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于层积材生产方法技术领域,具体为一种竹层积材生产方法。
背景技术
随着生态环境不断遭到破坏,世界各地的人们已把环境保护当成了重要的课题,许多国家限制砍伐有限的森林资源。毛竹是世界上生长最快的植物,一般4年即可成材,而传统的硬木要10年以上才可使用,并且毛竹质地坚硬,强度和刚度高。用毛竹制成的竹层积材除主要用于制造风力发电叶片外还可以用于建筑结构材、航空航天、船舶工业等领域。现有风力发电叶片采用玻璃钢与环氧树脂材料复合制成,当叶片大于30米时,为了弥补强度和刚度上的不足,需要在叶片中加入碳纤维来提高强度和刚度,而碳纤维不仅价格昂贵,更由于各国航空航天业的发展,碳纤维严重供不应求,制成的叶片虽然强度高但重量重、价格昂贵,相应的整机配套材料要求也高。因此选用竹层积材替代玻璃钢制造风力发电叶片,或应用在建筑结构材、航空航天、船舶工业等领域,不仅可以减少森林资源的消耗,还可以降低生产成本。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明的目的在于设计提供一种竹层积材生产方法的技术方案,制成的竹层积材具有高强度力学性能,且生产成本低、重量轻。
所述的一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)竹片的采集、加工:选用竹龄为4年以上、胸径7~15寸的毛竹,取毛竹根部0.5米以上部位,截成0.3~2.6米长的竹筒,沿竹筒圆周方向加工成宽度为8~25mm的竹条,沿竹条径向方向分成两部分,选用靠近竹青层的部分,其气干密度大于等于0.95g/cm3,去除竹璧外表面的硅质和蜡质层,加工处理成厚度为1~4mm的竹片;
2)上述竹片进行常规防虫、防霉、防腐处理后,烘干至含水率6~15%;
3)将步骤2)的竹片定厚定宽加工成厚度为0.5~3.5mm、宽度为5~22mm,再经除湿处理至竹片含水率为3~10%;
4)采用涂胶或浸胶工艺对竹片进行上胶,上胶量为3~16%(胶与竹片的绝干重量之比);
5)竹片按厚度方向垂直排列组坯,在侧压力:3-15MPa,正压力:1-6MPa条件下压制、固化成型,制得所述的竹层积材。
所述一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于竹筒加工成竹条后,沿竹条径向方向分成三部分,选用靠近竹青层的部分和次内层部分,其中次内层部分的竹片经压密化处理后使其气干密度大于等于0.95g/cm3。
所述的一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于竹片的竹青面、竹黄面按相同朝向以厚度方向垂直排列组坯。
所述的一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于所述竹片按厚度方向垂直排列组坯,其两相邻竹片的竹青面与竹青面、竹黄面与竹黄面紧贴。
所述的一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于所述竹片按厚度方向垂直排列组坯,其对称中心两边竹片的竹青面、竹黄面朝向分别一致,且方向相反。
所述的一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于所述竹片按厚度方向垂直排列组坯,其竹片长度方向采用错位排列方式,使竹层积材两端侧成阶梯式结构,竹层积材长度方向拼接,两相邻阶梯式端侧搭接组坯,制成所需长度的竹层积材。
所述的一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于制得的竹层积材端侧加工成斜端面结构,两相邻斜端面拼接组坯,制成所需长度的竹层积材。
所述的一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于制成的层积材再经除湿处理,使其含水率为3~10%,优选为3~7%。
所述的一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于竹片定厚定宽加工成厚度为0.8~1.5mm、宽度为12~18mm,上胶量为5~8%。
所述的一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于压制成型时的侧压力为3-8MPa,正压力为2-4MPa。
上述一种竹层积材生产方法,工艺简单,按此方法压制成的竹层积材可以同时满足顺纹拉伸强度大于250Mpa,顺纹抗压强度大于140Mpa,弹性模量大于27Gpa,具有高强度力学性能能,且生产成本低、重量轻。该竹层积材满足制造风力发电机叶片的要求,相应的整机配套材料要求低,降低了整机的制造成本,且可降解,节能、环保。该竹层积材还可用于建筑结构材、航空航天、船舶工业等领域。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步说明:
该竹层积材生产方法,包括以下步骤:
1)竹片的采集、加工:选用竹龄为4年以上、胸径7~15寸的毛竹,新砍伐的圆竹经园锯机锯断,取毛竹根部0.5米以上部位,截成0.3~2.6米长的竹筒,沿竹筒圆周方向加工成宽度为8~25mm的竹条,用竹条分片机或手工沿竹条径向方向分成两部分,选用靠近竹青层的部分,其气干密度大于等于0.95g/cm3,去除竹璧外表面的硅质和蜡质层,加工处理成厚度为1~4mm的竹片;或者竹筒加工成竹条后,沿竹条径向方向分成三部分,选用靠近竹青层的部分和次内层部分,其中次内层部分的竹片经常规压密化处理后使其气干密度大于等于0.95g/cm3;
2)上述竹片进行常规防虫、防霉、防腐处理后,烘干至含水率6~15%,竹片烘干处理设备采用窑式烘干房,温度为40~70℃;或恒温恒湿房,相对含水率为6~15%的烘干环境内烘干;或网带、辊筒烘干机内烘干,温度为80~120℃;
3)将步骤2)的竹片定厚定宽加工成厚度为0.5~3.5mm、宽度为5~22mm,优选0.8~1.5mm、宽度为12~18mm,再经除湿处理至竹片含水率为3~10%,优选3~7%;
4)采用涂胶或浸胶工艺对竹片进行上胶,上胶量为3~16%,优选5~8%(胶与竹片的绝干重量之比),所用胶水为改性脲醛树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、异氰酸酯乳液、聚醋酸乙烯乳液、酚醛树脂、改性酚醛树脂、间苯二酚树脂、环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂中的一种或一种以上;
5)竹片按厚度方向垂直排列组坯,在侧压力:3-15MPa、正压力:1-6MPa条件下压制、固化成型,优选侧压力为3-8MPa、正压力为2-4MPa,制得所述的竹层积材,制成的层积材再经常规除湿处理,使其含水率为3~10%,优选为3~7%。
如图1-4所示,所述竹片按厚度方向垂直排列组坯可以采用以下方式:竹片1的竹青面1a、竹黄面1b按相同朝向以厚度方向排列组坯;两相邻竹片1的竹青面1a与竹青面1a、竹黄面1b与竹黄面1b紧贴;其对称中心两边竹片的竹青面1a、竹黄面1b朝向分别相同,且方向相反,即对称中心两边竹片的竹黄面1b或竹青面1a均朝向对称中心线;竹片1长度方向采用错位排列方式,使竹层积材两端侧成阶梯式结构。
如图5、图6所示,竹层积材长度拼接采用以下方式:按图4所示组坯方式制得的竹层积材长度方向拼接,两相邻阶梯式端侧搭接组坯,制成所需长度的竹层积材;按图1-4所示组坯方式制得的竹层积材端侧加工成斜端面结构,两相邻斜端面拼接组坯,制成所需长度的竹层积材。具有一定斜率的层积材进行斜接拼接组坯且斜率大于1∶20时,可以大大提高其斜接处的强度。
按照上述方案制成的竹层积材,具有优越的力学性能,部分检测指标如下所示:

Claims (5)

1、一种竹层积材生产方法,包括以下步骤:1)竹片的采集、加工:选用竹龄为4年以上、胸径7~15寸的毛竹,取毛竹根部0.5米以上部位,截成0.3~2.6米长的竹筒,沿竹筒圆周方向加工成宽度为8~25mm的竹条,沿竹条径向方向分成两部分,选用靠近竹青层且其气干密度大于等于0.95g/cm3的部分,去除竹璧外表面的硅质和蜡质层,加工处理成厚度为1~4mm的竹片;2)上述竹片进行常规防虫、防霉、防腐处理;3)将步骤2)的竹片定厚定宽加工后再经烘干处理;4)采用涂胶或浸胶工艺对竹片进行上胶;5)竹片按厚度方向垂直排列组坯,压制、固化成型,制得的竹层积材再经除湿处理;其特征在于:
所述竹片按厚度方向垂直排列组坯时,其对称中心两边竹片的竹青面、竹黄面朝向分别一致,且方向相反,其竹片长度方向采用错位排列方式,使竹层积材两端侧成阶梯式结构,竹层积材长度方向拼接,两相邻阶梯式端侧搭接组坯,制成所需长度的竹层积材;
步骤2)处理后的竹片烘干至含水率6~15%;
步骤3)定厚定宽加工的厚度为0.5~1.5mm、宽度为5~18mm,再经烘干处理至竹片含水率为3~10%;
步骤4)中上胶量,即胶与竹片的绝干重量之比为5~8%;
步骤5)中压制的侧压力:8-15MPa,正压力:4-6MPa,制得的竹层积材除湿处理后的含水率为3~7%。
2、如权利要求1所述一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于竹筒加工成竹条后,沿竹条径向方向分成三部分,选用靠近竹青层的部分和次内层部分,其中次内层部分的竹片经压密化处理后使其气干密度大于等于0.95g/cm3
3、如权利要求1所述的一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于竹片的竹青面、竹黄面按相同朝向以厚度方向垂直排列组坯。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于所述竹片按厚度方向垂直排列组坯,其两相邻竹片的竹青面与竹青面、竹黄面与竹黄面紧贴。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种竹层积材生产方法,其特征在于制得的竹层积材端侧加工成斜端面结构,两相邻斜端面拼接组坯,制成所需长度的竹层积材。
