Abstract

新型节能烘干炉,属于农业节能技术领域。该炉以煤为燃料,与现有同类燃煤炉相比,具有节能、热效率高、发热快、余热回收、调温迅速、使用寿命长、造价低、占地面积少、烘干热风干净等特点。整机为金属可拆式结构,由炉体、炉体余热回收管、送风系统、烟囱余热回收管、烟囱和板状复合结构换热器等构成,结构紧凑、合理。该炉主要用于为茶叶、谷物、水产品、食用菌等农副产品的烘干设备提供不同烘干温度的热源。

Description

新型节能烘干炉
本实用新型是关于烘干农副产品的系列节能烘干炉,属于节能技术领域。
现有国内使用的烘干炉主要有三种:列管式炉、无烟灶和三回程金属热风炉。列管式炉通过燃料直接加热铁管外壁,冷风流经管内而得到加热,这种炉热效率平均低于20%,每台制造成本高达万元以上,占地面积大,使用寿命短。每2至4年要更新炉灶,底层管道被高温火焰燃烧后易变形烧穿,每年均要检修1至2次,且管道两端易漏烟,性能不稳定,长期以来一直影响农副产品的烘干质量;无烟灶是直接用烟气烘干农产品,烟气中的3.4苯并蓖污染严重,性能不可靠,且只能烧柴;三回程热风炉在燃煤时,高温段弯管部分发生不均匀变形和过烧氧化,炉壁煤层所及区域如耐火层脱落,也易发生类似的、不均匀变形,甚至使弯管出现裂缝,另由于炉体为整体式金属结构,因此不能维修或更换零部件,且造价高。国外如美、意、英、日、丹麦等国的农副产品主要使用柴油炉、煤油炉、电加热,远红外加热、微波加热。俄、斯里兰卡、印度等国大多采用列管式燃煤炉,与我国的列管式炉一样。燃油炉造价高且油料成本贵,电加热造价高且耗电量大。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型节能烘干热风炉,它克服上述的缺点,以煤或柴为燃料、热效率高、造价低、可靠耐用,经济效益好,烘干热风与烟气隔离,烘干热风干净、温度易调、可拆式螺栓联接,结构简单,易拆卸维修。
本实用新型的工作原理是:送风系统(3)吸收烟囱(5)夹层和炉体(1)中炉膛四周隔层中的余热,将被余热加热的冷风经板状复合结构换热器(6),余热空气与烟气通过换热器逆向换热,且换热面积大,热效率高,使板状复合结构换热器(6)由炉体(1)中炉膛燃料加热,余热空气得到再次集中加热,由正压送风系统(3)经集热器(7)送出热风,该机由普通机械厂就能生产。
与现有的列管式炉或无烟灶相比,本实用新型的特点是:
1、热效率高一倍,节省50%的燃料;
2、结构简单,制造成本降低30%-50%;
3、占地面积减少50%-70%;
4、使用寿命长一倍;
5、可烧柴或烧煤;
6、操作方便可靠,劳动强度低,发热快,调温迅速,热风与烟气隔离;
7、整机为可拆式金属结构,方便搬运、安装、维修。
下面结合附图详细说明本烘干炉的具体结构及工作原理:
附图是新型节能烘干炉的装配图。
该节能炉主要包括:炉体(1)、炉体余热回收管(2)、送风系统(3)、烟囱余热回收管(4)、烟囱(5)、板状复合结构换热器(6)、集热器(7)。整机结构紧凑、合理,炉体(1)的炉膛四周为隔层结构,隔层内的冷风经隔层薄钢板传热,传递炉膛对四壁的幅射热。炉膛下部设有鼓风机。板状复合换热器(6)内部采用若干块钢板加工成V型或U型状长条弯板,将各块长条弯板焊接在一起,形成换热器,接近炉膛火焰处为焊缝,耐高温,这种结构换热面积大,余热空气流经换热器的上侧并与换热器下侧的加热烟气逆向换热,换热器(6)外部采用保温石棉板隔热,板状复合结构换热器(6)用螺栓与炉体(1)连接。烟囱(5)离地高度6米,有夹层,内层排烟,外层顶部有进风口,冷风在烟囱(5)外层与烟气在烟囱(5)内层逆向对流传热,吸收烟囱(5)余热,烟囱(5)分两段用法兰和螺栓联接,烟囱(5)下段与炉体(1)和送风系统(3)都用法兰和螺栓联接。送风系统(3)由风机、电动机和机架组成,风机与电动机固定在机架上,风机进风口与烟囱(5)夹层和炉体(1)出风口用法兰和螺栓联接。

Claims (3)

1、新型节能烘干炉由炉体(1)、炉体余热回收管(2)、送风系统(3)、烟囱余热回收管(4)、烟囱(5)和板状复合结构换热器(6)等构成,其特征在于整机各部分之间采用可拆式金属结构,炉体(1)的炉膛四周的隔层结构的出风口与烟囱(5)夹层用法兰联接,烟囱(5)的夹层与送风系统(3)的进风口用法兰联接,板状复合结构换热器(6)的端部进风口与送风系统(3)的出风口用法兰联接。
2、按权利要求1所述的烘干炉,其特征在于板状复合换热器(6)由若干块钢板焊接而成。
3、按权利要求1所述的烘干炉,其特征在于炉体(1)的炉膛四周为隔层结构。
