Abstract

空气预热节能锅炉属于锅炉类产品;在锅炉与烟囱之间配置烟气与空气换热器,烟气与空气换热器的进烟口、排烟口分别与锅炉排烟口和烟囱连通,预热空气输入管两端分别连接在烟气与空气换热器空气出口和鼓风机空气进口上;本锅炉结构简单,节能效果显著,有效改善了炉膛燃烧环境和条件,适应范围广。

技术领域
本实用新型属于锅炉类产品,主要涉及一种将助燃用空气或换热用空气预热后使用的锅炉。
背景技术
目前,各种锅炉炉膛燃烧助燃空气均是采自炉体外的空气,并直接进入炉膛内。在我国广大高寒地区,冬季室外温度多在摄氏零下20度、30度,甚至40度以下,低温空气进入炉膛时吸收了大量的热量,降低了炉膛燃烧温度,不仅浪费煤炭能源,增加煤耗,影响燃烧效率,而且破坏了炉膛内正常的燃烧条件和燃烧环境,降低了燃烧质量。另外,锅炉排出的烟气直接由烟囱排放到大气中,因热交换不甚充分,烟气带走了部份热量,造成热能损失。上述问题和缺陷,在热风炉中也依然存在,即进入热风炉内进行热交换的空气同样直接来自低温的大气中,降低了热风炉热效率,增加能耗。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述已有技术存在的问题和缺陷,设计提供一种空气预热节能锅炉,达到改善炉膛燃烧条件、大幅度提高锅炉燃烧质量、提高热效率、节约能源的目的。
本实用新型的基本设计是,在锅炉与烟囱之间配置烟气与空气换热器,烟气与空气换热器的进烟口连接在锅炉的排烟口处,烟气与空气换热器的排烟口与烟囱连接且相通,预热空气输入管两端分别连接在烟气与空气换热器空气出口和鼓风机空气进口上,至此构成空气预热节能锅炉。
本实用新型结构简单,节能效果显著,能有效改善炉膛内燃烧环境和条件,适应锅炉类型广泛,可配置在热水锅炉、热风锅炉、蒸气锅炉上使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型最佳实施方案进行详细描述。空气预热节能锅炉包括锅炉1、鼓风机2、烟囱5,在锅炉1与烟囱5之间配置烟气与空气换热器4,烟气与空气换热器4的进烟口7连接在锅炉1的排烟口处,烟气与空气换热器4的排烟口6与烟囱5连接且相通,预热空气输入管3两端分别连接在烟气与空气换热器4空气出口和鼓风机2空气进口上。
作业时,锅炉1带有余热的烟气经进烟口7进入烟气与空气换热器4内与冷空气进行热交换,然后经排烟口6从烟囱5排入大气中;受热升温后的空气经预热空气输入管3进入鼓风机2内,从鼓风机2送入锅炉炉膛炉排下方助燃,或送入热风炉空气换热管内换热升温。

1、一种空气预热节能锅炉,包括锅炉(1)、鼓风机(2)、烟囱(5),其特征在于在锅炉(1)与烟囱(5)之间配置烟气与空气换热器(4),烟气与空气换热器(4)的进烟口(7)连接在锅炉(1)的排烟口处,烟气与空气换热器(4)的排烟口(6)与烟囱(5)连接且相通,预热空气输入管(3)两端分别连接在烟气与空气换热器(4)空气出口和鼓风机(2)空气进口上。
