加薄壁轴瓦的整体式铝连杆
本实用新型是涉及一种微型空气压缩机用的加薄壁轴瓦的整体式铝连杆。
现有的微型空压机所使用的整体式铝连杆,其连杆大头是不带轴瓦的,直接由连杆本体与曲轴销连接,润滑效果很差,发生磨损后,往往整条曲轴、连杆都报废,无法经维修后继续使用,而且在失油的情况下,容易“因“咬死”而发生严重事故。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种能提高曲轴与连杆的润滑效果,提高在失油情况下的安全性,而在连杆轴瓦发生磨损后,只需更换一个新的连杆轴瓦,从而延长空压机关键零部件的使用寿命,减轻使用者负担的加薄壁轴瓦的整体式铝连杆。
本实用新型的解决方案是这样的:在整体式铝连杆1大头孔压入薄壁轴瓦2,使整体铝连杆1通过轴瓦2与曲轴销连接,轴瓦磨损后,只需更换轴瓦又可继续使用。为进一步改善润滑效果,在连杆1上开有通油孔3,使飞溅的油能送入轴瓦2润滑,可将曲轴销与连杆的磨损减少到最低程度。
本实用新型的优点是能将曲轴销与连杆的磨损减少到最低程度,保证微型空压机安全,可靠运行,在连杆轴瓦发生磨损后,可更换轴瓦,延长空压机关键零部件的使用寿命,减轻使用者的负担。

在本实施例中,薄壁轴瓦2是整体式,其中部开有油槽,在油槽上开有与通油孔3相通的油孔4。
薄壁轴瓦2也可采用左右两半压入的分体式,其中间连接部位构成油槽。

2、根据权利要求1所述的加薄壁轴瓦的整体式铝连杆,其特征在于整体式铝连杆1上开有若干个通油孔3,通油孔3与薄壁轴瓦2内的油槽相通。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的加薄壁轴瓦的整体式铝连杆,其特征在于薄壁轴瓦2是整体式,其中部开有油槽,在油槽上开有与通油孔3相通的油孔4。
