背景技术
通过开槽支架或千斤顶螺丝调节调节器导轨,对车窗系统进行玻璃密封调节。
然而,这种方法会限制系统的刚度,在工具和部件方面成本高昂,并且会对玻璃系统的偏转产生不利影响。此外,当在导轨上进行调整时,需要在车门上留出额外的间隙,以便进行导轨包装。

本文通过参考附图举例而非限制的方式,对所公开的装置和方法的一个或多个实施例进行了详细描述。
本公开涉及一种用于调节车窗调节器导轨相对于车门面板的位置的装置。
在一个实施例中,车窗调节器被设想用于汽车的无框车门组件,其中当车窗处于关闭位置时,车窗没有围绕其侧面的顶部和上侧部分的框架。因此,用于无框车门组件的车窗调节器必须在所有方向上提供车窗稳定性,并在车窗接近和离开其关闭位置时实现车窗在车辆上与其相关的外部密封件之间的移动。
图1示出了具有车窗调节器12的车门面板或承载板10以及用于相对于车门面板10调节车窗调节器12中的导轨16的装置14。如在现有技术中已知的,车窗调节器12具有一个或多个导轨16,每个导轨可滑动地接收游标18。游标18被固定到车门的车窗上。车窗调节器12还包括电机组件20,该电机组件20通过缠绕和解开线缆22在一端固定到电机组件20并且在相对端固定到游标18而在导轨16上上下驱动游标10。
图2至图4是导轨16的一部分和车门面板10以及用于调节导轨16相对于车门面板10的位置的装置14的各种立体图。装置14包括千斤顶螺杆24,千斤顶螺杆24固定地固定到齿轮26,使得齿轮26和千斤顶螺杆24一起旋转。齿轮26和螺旋千斤顶24可旋转地固定到车门面板10上。装置14还包括蜗杆28,蜗杆28可旋转地固定到车门面板10。蜗杆28被构造成与齿轮26啮合。这样,当蜗杆28旋转时,齿轮26和千斤顶螺杆24旋转。千斤顶螺丝24被构造成与固定到导轨16的螺母30螺纹接合。因此,当蜗杆28旋转时,千斤顶螺丝24将沿顺时针或逆时针方向旋转,这将导致导轨相对于车门面板10沿Y方向移动。
装置14和齿轮组将允许通过在图1所示的Z和X方向之间的任何方向上旋转蜗杆,在从车门外部指向的Y方向上调整导轨16。例如,用于旋转蜗杆的工具可以从Z方向和X方向之间的任何方向插入门中,这取决于蜗杆28在车门面板10上的方向。
由于蜗杆/齿轮连接,齿轮传动装置是自锁的。蜗杆28可以由具有适当长度的六角形、星形(Torx)或IMBus工具驱动,该工具转动驱动齿轮26的蜗杆28。如上所述,齿轮26将转动螺旋千斤顶24,螺旋千斤顶24随后在Y方向上移动固定到导轨16的螺母30。因此,蜗杆28的旋转导致导轨16在Y方向上的调节。
如图所示,装置14位于导轨16(例如,距离车门上部或门槛更远的区域)的下部区域(如图1中虚线所示)。
在一个非限制性实施例中,车门面板10可以为工具34(如图6中的虚线所示)提供导向件32,该工具被配置为接合蜗杆28的头部36,以便为蜗杆28提供旋转力。
在一个非限制性实施例中,车门将有一个与蜗杆对齐的孔,这样个人就可以通过拆除车门孔上的盖子来微调导轨16的位置,而无需拆卸车门装饰件。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于车窗调节器导轨调节的装置(14),其用于调节车窗调节器(12)的导轨相对于车门面板(10)的位置,所述装置包括:
千斤顶螺丝(24),其固定到齿轮(26)上,所述齿轮(26)和所述千斤顶螺丝(24)可旋转地固定到所述车门面板(10)上;
蜗杆(28),其可旋转地固定到所述车门面板(10),所述蜗杆(28)被配置来与所述齿轮(26)啮合地接合;和
螺母(30),其固定到所述导轨(16),所述千斤顶螺丝(24)螺纹地接合所述螺母(30),其中,当所述蜗杆(28)旋转时,所述千斤顶螺丝(24)将沿顺时针或逆时针方向旋转使得所述导轨(16)以相对于所述车门面板(10)的方向移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,可从车门的外部接触所述蜗杆(28)。
